Terrible quality. I went for my first time today. I got a pedicure and manicure. To get my calluses off my feet was an extra charge, supposed to massage for 6 min and it was maybe 30 seconds. I got a set put on and left with nail polish on my hands, crooked nail, part of my nail not covered and none of the goop taken off the back. The total at the end was outrageous. $90 for a basic pedicure and basic nails.

This is my favorite nail place around. They have lots of skilled technicians, very friendly, fast and offer lots of services and colors. It’s always clean with comfy chairs for pedis!

Absolutely love these guys! They go above and beyond to make you comfortable; I have never had a bad manicure or pedicure, and they occasionally offer a nice shoulder massage! Everyone is really kind, professional and personable. They have even stayed open late for a busy, working mother of two toddlers (me!) to get my last minute manicure in at the end of a long day. Amazing! I have come here every two weeks for over two years. Tip them well, we need them to stay!

This was the best nail experience I’ve ever had! Destiny was the one who did my nails and she was so kind and sweet and was extremely thorough in making sure that she was doing a great job and that I liked the nails! When I walked in, I was kindly greeted by several of the people who worked there. I felt very welcomed when I came in and very cared for when I left. I don’t get my nails done a lot, but the next time I do get them done, I know where I’m going!

I have followed my nail tech Nikki for 8 or more years now, I love the way she does my nails! Everyone is very welcoming at Elite nail salon. Its beautiful, clean, a wide range of Polish colors! Great location!

They charged me more than they stated when I called. But most importantly, they CUT ALL MY CUTICLES OFF! It took me a year to get my cuticles looking better, now theyre all cut up again AND it hurt a lot.i have those little cuticle skin flaps again and theyre already snagging. My paint, which was clear chipped right away. Didnt even apply a bottom coat. $90 wasted because I told them I dont do this often. Ive been screwed over less at my mechanics. Idk why I tipped 20%. I just wanted to get out of there.

I love Elite Nails. I live in Minneapolis, but I drive out to Chan to go here. Really great quality. Destiny (sorry - not sure how to spell it?) did my nails today and they look great. She stayed past close to finish my nails, and didnt rush through them at all. Thank you!

Walked right in and got a beautiful set of gel dipped nails for me and gel polish for my daughter!

They had lots of gel colors to choose from and the workers were very nice. My nails turned out so good and the shape was perfect. For the quality of the nails it’s priced perfectly. Would definitely recommend. If you go ask for Jenny she was very nice and did a great job.

Absolutely the BEST Nail shop Ive found!

Elite Nails was renovated a couple years ago when the new owners took over. They renovated and now it offers many services from manicures, pedicures, facial waxing and massages. I have been getting my nails done for 20 plus years, tried several nail salons and love Elite Nails for the quality of the products, friendliness of the staff and services offered. When my girls join me, they get their nails done while I relax and enjoy a massage or get my brows waxed. Win, win for everyone:) One person may will fill my nails and another person will do my pedicure. Some people do not like this and think of it as rude, this is not the case at all here. They have people who only specialize in pedicures and others for manicures and fills. Sometimes they have accommodated my busy schedule and did my nails and pedicure at the same time so I could get home to my kids:) They offer discounts for kids and teens too. I highly recommend Elite Nails.

The staff and manager are friendly and I feel they have proper and adequate health and safety measures in place to keep everyone safe from the virus. They are always offering the latest products and I love that they have a loyalty program!

I have been going to Elite Nails for around 2 years now, after trying 2 other area salons and being absolutely dissatisfied, I stopped in to check it out. I will never go anywhere else! These ladies and gentlemen have taken great care of me and my friend from the very beginning, always remembering our names and preferences. They always leave us satisfied and happy. We always have a great time, it is not just the superb service and pricing, but the happy atmosphere that will keep us going back!

This is our go to spot for superior service and quality. You feel so pampered with their extra touches in shoulder massages and hot wax treatments. Salon is busy being popular however they always accommodate and get you in timely. Hours are convenient and they do not rush you nor do you feel rushed. It’s a true treasure!

Ive been going here consistently for almost a year and the results have been consistently excellent! Clean, friendly, efficient. They do a perfect dip with great colors!

I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years now, this is the only salon that I trust to do a good job. There have definitely been times when I’ve gotten acrylics I didn’t like, but when you go every 2-3 weeks I guess you can expect that. The prices are a little high compared to others I’ve been to so I get a little upset when I get a chunky or crooked nail, but overall this is a very nice salon and I will definitely continue getting my nails done here. Maybe one thing to work on would be to slow down when filing nails, because I’ve been cut so many times I can’t even count them. I make it apparent every time and all I get is a “sorry”. But the work is good enough to where I will keep coming back

Im new to Chanhassen, so I needed to find a new nail salon. The first two tries were failures. Today, trying a third salon, I had an appointment at Elite Nails in Chanhassen for a pedi and mani. Wow! I lucked out with Trieu who did the best job Ive had in a very long time! I was there, in her chair, for 70 minutes--no waiting. She was totally attentive and listened to my requests. I think she added minutes to the regular massage for my feet--no complaints there! The salon was sparkling clean, attractive, and professional. Decent prices and superb service merited a $10 tip!

I used to really like this place but lately they have done a very poor job. When i get acrylics they cut up my fingers because they are way too rough when sawing down my nail before and after putting on the polish. Also, this last time I asked for a fill but instead they took off my nails and put on a new set and charged me for a new set and they have started breaking off after 8 days. They are also very unprofessional, the last two times i’ve gone the person doing my nails starts watching something on his laptop while I am sitting there waiting for him to continue doing my nails and they did not give me the wax or lotion on my hands they just sent me out. I will not be returning here anymore because of this poor service.

I highly recommend elite nails! I have gone to many places, and these guys are the best! Nicky does a fantastic job on acrylic nails. She makes sure that they arent too thick. David gives amazing pedicures, his massages are the best! They are super friendly, the shop is clean, and the prices can’t be beat.

I am always dissatisfied when I come here. I have given them many chances, and they always ruin my nails. They do whatever they want to your nails, and shape them as they see fit. The lady today put a “dip powder” on my nails without asking me, which boots the price up $10!! I don’t even know what a “dip powder” is, and I prefer regular acrylic powder, but clearly that wasn’t an option. I would like to be asked first before they start applying things that jack up the price! The worst part is that they leave a space/gap between your cuticles and the polish, so your nails look like they need a fill by the time you leave. I am NOT impressed with this place. Nice staff, but they need to learn how to LISTEN TO A PAYING CUSTOMER. What a waste of $50!!! 😡 I will stick to my spot in Minneapolis.

I went for a second visit and they did a wonderful job once again! I would highly recommend it! I will definitely be going back. The staff is very friendly, and kind, and I didnt have any issues with my manicures.

This place is under new management. The owner and wife are very nice people. I had two women working on my nails and the were very kind. They took the time to get to know me and ask me questions. They also offered everyone a water. Great service they offer!!!! I will be back!!

I had my nails done here for my wedding along with the 10 other ladies and gents in my wedding party. The whole staff was completely accommodating and they were so fast and efficient which was a blessing because I had a schedule to keep.I will definitely be going back.

My girlfriend came here to get a full set and was very pleased with how they turned out. The price was very reasonable and straightforward, which we like. They have a punch card for you to get punched every time you get a service done. I look forward to coming and getting my nails done here.

I have been going to Elite Nails regularly for the last few years. My friend purchased a $100 gift certificate for me at Christmas. When I brought it in to use it in April, they wouldnt accept it because I was told it was only good for 90 days. I was only 15 days late from the expiration date. As a long time client, I was disgusted by this. Particularly since I had been in in February prior to that and let them know that I forgot the certificate I had. I will never go back. DO NOT ever purchase a gift certificate from this place! Youll be wasting your money.

This place is so AWESOME. I’ve been rockin with these girls since they were in Hopkins. I’ve never had a better nail tech like Nicky. The place is clean, the service is always THE BEST. I most definitely will be referring all my friends here!!!!

Decided to give this place another try since I saw there were new owners. Big mistake. Most of my pedicure was ok, but when it was almost done, polish was on, for some reason she started clipping more skin on the side of my big toe. She dug so deep that it started bleeding! She just stared at it, said oh Im sorry and then proceeded to do the same thing on the other big toe! They were sore for a week, and took over 2 weeks to completely heal. I will never ever go back. Instead, I will go back to Nail Gallery on the Ponds where I have never been disappointed.

You are greeted with excitement and courtesy upon your arrival. They are happy to make appointments and warmly welcome walk-ins. You are given a bottle of water to sip as you begin your relaxing treatments.I have been having my nails done for over 25 years. I can honestly say that Nikki is the best nail tech I have ever experienced. She is gentle, but fast. The nails are thin, but sturdy. They are tough and stand up to everyday life, but look completely natural. Her french manicure, pink and white acrylic is beautiful. But the sheer number of paint colors they have (both regular and gel) make it difficult to decide what lovely look my hands will have for the next few weeks.I have also had several pedicures - extremely relaxing and sanitary even for this OCD, germaphobe! They line the foot bath with a disposable, elasticized, fitted bag. I can finally put my feet down without worrying about cleanliness. They have a little menu booklet handy that thoroughly explains all of the various pedicure options along with prices. No more lengthy discussions - just select the pedicure you want and order.Finally, being a lady of a certain age, I have had their partial and full face wax. They are as gentle and quick as possible. I have several allergies to different oils and lotions, so they work with me on products and processes. They do the waxing at the beginning of the appointment so that any redness has had time to settle before going back into the world.The fully renovated salon has all new pedicure chairs, nail stations, sinks, etc. They have TVs playing general interest shows like HGTV.Please dont miss this true gem, tucked away behind SuperAmerica/Burger King on the Northeast corner of 5 and Century Blvd.

Absolutely ridiculous, my friend recommended this place to me because she had good service. First time there, they scammed me asking for more money than the “menu” said. Nails were lifted and clumpy. The design was super ugly and not what I wanted at all. When I asked for her to fix the whole nail she told me she would but without any of my original idea. I don’t even want to give them 1 star. The lady made my fingers bleed, she was so rough. A week later my friends nail (gel) broke in half, not doing anything over dramatic and ripped the whole nail off and she is bleeding a ton. I will never come back to this place ever.
