I have been using Bug Guardian Pest Prevention for the past year hand a half. I started using them as soon as my home was done being built. I noticed a few scorpions in my garage shortly after I moved in.I found Bug guardian number online and called.I was soon visited by John Livingston a Bug Guardian Service Technician who walked around with me and examined the kinds of bugs and pest lurking in and around my home.I started using their service immediatelyafter the first visit I noticed a few dead scorpions and spiders in and around my home. Bug Guardian is the best! I got stung by a scorpion last night and it was incredibly painful. I saw the scorpion crawl under my couch and I couldnt even think about trying to find it to kill it. We have been with this company for many years. Gary is informative and has helped to eliminate our scorpion problem. We sealed our house 5 years ago and have not seen another one since. Best money ever spent for peace of mind.

With Preventative pest control we didnt see any scorpions indoors until the middle of summer, and when we did see them, we called them and they jumped to get someone over to our house to redo the treatment. We were satisfied with their service attitude, but we were hoping to see zero scorpions inside, so we switched to Bug Guardian, based on all their positive reviews. We started treatment in August, as the scorpion season was winding down. The first guy they sent was courteous and thorough, everything seemed okay.In March, we had to reschedule the treatment, postponing one week because our landlord had scheduled painters to come over and we didnt want them interfering with each other. The guy who normally treated us wasnt available that day so they had to send a replacement. The second guy they sent was barely out of high school and not terribly thorough at all. He was only spraying the lower corners of our outside garden wall where the wall meets the pavement. My wife asked him if he could spray any higher on the outside garden wall, since we see plenty of scorpions on that wall. He said he would spray up to 4 ft. My wife went inside and observed him secretly spraying as he was before, only the lower corner where the wall meets the pavement. My wife and I were slightly irritated, but figured that as long as they kept the scorpions out we wouldnt complain.March 31, the temperatures are finally starting to rise and the scorpions are starting to become active, and here we see our first scorpion inside. This is earlier than we have ever seen any scorpion indoors for the last three years.We called Bug Guardian and notified them that we had a scorpion inside our living room and asked them to redo the treatment. My wife spoke with Tom. He said the reason we had a scorpion inside was that we cancelled our March treatment. Tom was obviously not interested in the truth, as he actually made my wife provide a receipt to prove that the treatment had in fact occurred, it had only been rescheduled. After my wife provided the solid evidence that Tom demanded, proving he was in fact making entirely fictitious and inaccurate claims. He then said Youve only seen one scorpion inside? Thats really good! My wife intoned that shed look for other service if they wouldnt guarantee their work and he told her to go right ahead.UPDATE: Edited for accuracy. The owner is right that we started in August.I appreciate your response Tom and am glad you want to make it right. Weve already hired a new company. Maybe if the new guys cant cut muster, well give you that chance.

We had had problems with scorpions since moving into our home three years ago which has always been disconcerting for us because we have two young children. Despite the monthly service we were receiving from another exterminating company, our problem was persisting. My neighbor shared rave reviews about the new exterminator she was using so we decided to give them a try. Gary came out and listened to my concerns about our scorpion problem which had increased to the point that I had killed five scorpions just that week alone inside my house. He spent an hour treating the interior and exterior taking extra special measures in certain problem areas. Once he left we found several dead scoprions and bugs for the first week that must have been hiding inside the house. The great news though is that we have had no scorpions! Gary has been our bug guy for the last thirteen months and during each visit he provides exactly the same service as he did on his first visit. He takes his time, does not cut corners and seems to be very knowledgeable when it comes to pest prevention. Another great bonus is that each month, I see the same face rather than a different exterminator at each visit as was the case with the previous company we were using. Bug guardian really eased our situation with scorpions.We move two months ago to AZ, had no idea about those creatures. Until our friend came over with UV lights and stories! The next morning I saw one in the kitchen.Basically that was for us...did my research, called Tom, and he was at my house the same day with John, sprayed inside and outside. He talked to us about sealing the house and how to scorpion-proof the house.They coming every month, treating the area.We do see them, but rarely. He was honest about it though, they will pop up.

I called Bug Guardian because i had an ant infestation out of the blue...They were everywhere and they were biting. I spoke with Tom on the phone and they sent someone out within three hours. Gary showed up on time and he was very professional. He informed me that because i had a parrot he could not spray any insecticide, which I already knew but I was at my wits end with the ants. He was able to find three ant mounds outside below my window and quickly sprayed them. He then set up a few ant baits and within 5 hours the ants were gone!!! Yey Thanks Bug Guardian!!!

We have been Bug Guardian Customers for about 5 years and couldnt be happier. We rarely see pests (never inside) and recently the team at Bug Guardian kept us from having to move out of our new home! Upon move-in we discovered there was a scorpion infestation in the backyard due to a large raised wooden deck - and to make matters worse, they were getting inside! Under the deck were tons of river rock and drip line leaks, or in other words, a scorpions heaven! On top of everything, the house backs a common area, which is largely uncontrolled and not sprayed by the HOA. Upon discovering our lovely infestation we contacted our tech John and asked what we should do - he advised we do a night hunt to see just what we were dealing with. Upon doing so we found WAY TOO MANY (about 40) scorpions out and about, just crawling around like they owned the place. There were entire generations breeding on our back wall! From large to itty-bitty they were harboring behind and under the deck, and our neighbors said they would watch them crawl over from our yard into theirs! OMG! Considering we have two young children (5 & 2) and a small 10b poodle, this was NOT ACCEPTABLE. We were going to STOP our move and find a different home, but Tom and John assured us they could get ahold of the situation. Within days Tom had his team out to seal the foundation, to ensure when the deck was removed the scorpions wouldnt flee into the house. And John was out hours following the deck removal to spray the property and blast powder into the surrounding brick wall. I KID YOU NOT, within 7 days the scorpion population went from dozens a night to less than half a dozen! Within a month, they were gone. My husband now does night hunts a few times a week and we are ECSTATIC to report we have not had any outside. In addition, and perhaps more importantly, we have not had one inside since Bug Guardian sealed the foundation!! We are so incredibly thankful to the team at Bug Guardian!! When our friends heard what was going on they kept telling us to go to other companies that specialized in scorpions. I AM SO GLAD I DIDNT LISTEN!!! Not only was Bug Guardian prompt about treating our problem, they did so for an affordable cost, 100% guaranteed their work and I know from working with them for 5 years that they will continue to provide me with a service I can rely on. If you have pest problems, no matter how big, I HIGHLY recommend Bug Guardian! They will get to the source of the problem and eradicate your pests FAST!
