Wasps, Yellow Jackets, Ants, Mice, pesky children? Ok maybe not children, but just about everything else is well within Vaults expertise. With their knowledge in what they do and a willingness to listen to my concerns they are truly AMAZING! Steve and Missy are professional, timely, very thorough and extremely nice people. There I was standing outside the vacant new house that I just purchased. The wind was blowing, my dress was flowing and hitting my legs, a lot. It finally dawned on me that maybe too much for the wind to have that much control. I lifted my dress a little and to my surprise a cockroach the size of my puppy was up my leg by my knee. I screamed, it lumped off my leg and landed 2 feet away. Instead of burning down my house, I called VAULT PEST CONTROL to the rescue, Steve and Missy are the best. They came right away and killed all things. Now I only see dead roaches, just like I like it.

When we first moved into our current home the previous company we used did not take care of our scorpion problem so we switched to Vault and have not had an issue since. We have been with them for close to 2 years and not only have they taken care or bug problem but have helped us with a couple rodent problems as well.

We moved from Connecticut about two years ago and were horrified by scorpions and the enormous cockroaches. The worst was when my son woke up screaming from a scorpion in his bed that stung him while he slept. Vault Pest Control came right out and took care of everything and were beyond thorough. My mother who has lived in her home for over 12 years has tried every pest service out there. They had a terrible scorpion problem. I finally convinced her to give Vault a try. She was hesitant to try yet another company. But I was not surprised to hear that Vault got the job done! No more scorpions in their home! Not only is Vaults pest control service top notch, but their customer service is as well. They will explain everything they do along the way and will also listen to all your concerns. We switched our pest control 2 years ago to Vault after still seeing scorpions inside the house on a weekly basis in the hot months. Since then we haven’t had ONE inside! The first time they came was incredible. They went into recon mode... looked over the whole yard with black light (it was dusk) and asked me about where we had seen the most scorpions. Then full vault invasion LOL! It’s been 2 years and they have kept it up. NO scorpions since. This is the 3rd and LAST pest control company we’ve had. Worth every penny. Highly recommend.

Moved to Mesa about a year ago. The house had been somewhat neglected and Momma doesnt like Scorpions! Wed seen at least a dozen inside the house, of all different sizes. Hired a company to begin extermination, after a few months there was a slight reduction, but not elimination (and I was spraying monthly myself) Thats when we switched to Vault. Steve and Missy are the best of class when it comes to pest control. Ive come to realize over the past 3 years of paying for pest control from my former vendor in the east valley, prior to moving to Chandler, that i was not receiving THE BEST service. Steve and Missy TRULY care and survey my home to ensure i am protected from critters/insects.My former pest control did not take measures to find out what pests they were spraying for. Depending on areas of infestation. Steve measured and mixed the appropriate mixture to control hot spots in/outside my home. Ive used several pest control companies here in AZ and Vault Pest Control is hands down the most effective treatment. Scorpions and roaches are all gone. But thats not all, Steve & Missy went above and beyond to put traps around the garage which grabbed other smaller bugs. Their customer service is awesome. So glad to have them protecting my home!

Vault Pest Control gets a 5-star rating for sure! We started to have a cricket problem, then we ended up having scorpions not only on our property, but in our house! After Vault began our pest control service, we dont even have ants! I love not having to worry about running into scorpions around the house! I also love that Vault sends email reminders for appointments and that they do top notch work. Vault Pest Control is the BEST!

Vault has done an excellent job at controlling pests for us! We used a different company up to a year ago and back then, we could still see occasional scorpions in the house or on the walls in the back yard. We just thought that was normal. Ever since we hired Vault, we have not seen a single scorpion in our house or on the walls outside. I didnt know that was possible in AZ! They may cost a little more than some competitors, but you get what you pay for with them and I feel its worth the small extra cost.
