Matt came over today, did a great job. Very thorough inside and out. Awesome service very professional and clean. Very prompt and respectful. They also respond very quickly if you have any issues or questions. We definitely recommend TruForce to anyone that asks!

I have used them for years now and up to this point communication and service has been excellent and their techs have been outstanding. The issue has been recently trying to cancel a service due to the fact I no longer own the home. I have called three times now and have not been able to get through to a customer service rep. In addition, I have left two messages with no response. Not sure if its due to the pandemic but their customer service isnt even bad its not existent.

Been very happy for the first 1 1/2 yrs, so giving them another chance to take care of it.UPDATE: 7/30/19I normally have Jonathan who always goes beyond and above. Today Eric was filling in for him. He was fantastic as well. I have had years of scorpion issues and was very frustrated until a friend referred me to TruForce. They are top notch and havent seen a scorpion in months. Not even during this hot AZ weather. I have been stung in my house so many times that I can count on both hands and feel so relieved that I dont have to be looking over my shoulder all the time any more, lol.Previous Review:I am very impressed with TruForce. I am finally starting to see progress since using them less than a year now. I have a constant scorpion problem inside my home since 2012. The last pest company I had for 2 1/2 yrs may as well been spraying with water as I saw no decline. I have been stung in my home so many times its unreal. I also hated having a different tech each time because I had to go over where my property line was etc... With TruForce I have Jonathan, as being an older gal living alone the familiarity of the same tech brings ease when in my home. I would highly recommend them.

I signed up with TruForce in 2018 to take care of a severe scorpion problem. The first two appointments went well and saw a big reduction in scorpions. Unfortunately that is were the good ends. The company completely forgot about me for three months. I had to call them and ask them what was going on with treatment. They stated I had an upcoming appointment that i never set up and never knew about. I had them no show no call the past three weeks and this was after i spoke with someone and complained about it. Im seeing a big influx of scorpions again and have a 7 month pregnant wife and toddler that i worry about getting stung. The company doesnt care about its customers and will tell you to find another provider. Once my contract is up i will never sign up with them again! There management needs some serious upgrading!Update : since my review TruForce has rectified the issue and have been much better . I will continue the service as long as their improved scheduling continues .

Great company. We’ve been with them several years and the technicians are very professional and thorough! We asked for a 30 minute reminder call since we have pets and gates are locked and they let us know ETA check in with us if there are any specific issues going on and check back when they are finished. The spray they use is safe for pets/kids once it dries ( usually 30-45 minutes depending on weather. ) Never an issue with our pets. They also offer a mosquito program as well during that time of year just ask about it for mor details!!

SUCH an amazing job.The tech was on time, through, answered any and all of my questions AND they were in and out within and hour.They did the inside and outside of my home and within minutes bugs from all over were handled. In total, 5 black widows were removed from my home.One thing that I loved was that the products were / are pet friendly. Until last week I had never heard of TruForce. The 2 reps that came to the door were very friendly and not pushy. The price seemed very reasonable. An appointment was made for a technician to come by in 2 days to perform the initial spraying. On the day of the appointment, I received a call from the technician, Kevin, letting me know that he was on his way and on time. I love that. No guessing on when they will arrive and wasting my time. Kevin was very knowledgeable about what he saw and where to spray. Our ant and spider issue appears to be solved for now. Although we are one a quarterly service plan, they said we can call anytime and a technician will come out to spray again.So far a satisfying experience.

Services were fine, scheduling was never correct, tried to contact billing to cancel my services waited over 40 minutes only to be told they cannot take my call. Contacted SALES in order to get my issue acknowledged, was heard but not content with outcome.

Company does an excellent job. With regular treatments, we have minor to no bug problems. The technicians are fast, and friendly. My only complaint is that they will spray everything unless you move it out of the way prior. While they say its not harmful to children and pets I would prefer if my kids outdoor items and my dogs bed were not sprayed on.

Had this company come out for a pest problem in our attic. They didn’t do much of an inspection, they don’t even get in the attic, they just took a look around. They set 2 traps and said they would be back to follow up. I had to call them to have them come follow up. They came out and found nothing, reset the traps and said they would be back to follow up. Again I had to call to get them to come back out. They were here today and again found nothing. I’m in the same situation I was before I called them. Not what I wanted or paid for. Now I get to call another company, spend more money, and hope that company can solve my problem.

We have been using TruForce for our pest control for the past couple years. They are easy to work with, very friendly and on time. Most importantly, we do not see many bugs, even scorpions. Once we do we make the call and come out and get us sprayed and back to living comfortable bug free.

Overall AMAZING experience! Nephi came out to my home and did a very thorough scorpion inspection. He educated me on different ways they were getting into my home. Greg in routing got me scheduled very quickly for my scorpion sealing! Taylor handled all of my billing questions and helped me setup my account just how I needed it! I have received excellent service from TruForce. If I see bugs inside, I just have to ask, and there is no extra charge. They treat every 2 months for a reasonable price, and I rarely see any activity.

Ive tried several pest control companies for my home, but TruForce is the first which was able to actually keep my problems under control. In 10 years in this house, Ive seen cockroaches, scorpions (so many!), field mice, ants, crickets, black widow and wolf spiders, and who knows what else. Since I started having TruForce cover my house, everything started rapidly dwindling, and then...all gone. Its been amazing to be able to walk around in my house barefoot, for the first time, without worry of being stung by a scorpion!

Great company & service no doubt, had them for a while, in my second house now. But lately I had to deal with the new customer service representative names Jared, unbelievably rude. I had to deal with him 3 different times & thats how I know. When he started acting rude asked to speak with a supervisor & he told me several times, no supervisor are available to hang up & call back to speak with a supervisor!! When complained to another rep named Alice she seemed to back him up & said will forward concern. I also purchased termite treatment with true force which was great service by Sterling so I spent a lot of money with the company to get a treatment like this, not appreciate.

Ive had TruForce service for several years and they are the most reliable, consistently prompt and friendly people I have have ever dealt with. Because the service for billing and customer service was automated I was not initially happy. Today I talked to someone named Taylor and she was wonderful she fixed everything with my account she fixed the scheduling for service and told me that I could call her at any time for anything. I also told her that this was the best customer service that I have received and that I am extremely happy and not leaving true force pest control.

I called this company one time for service and they signed me up without my ok for coming once a month. I have a big dog that doesnt like strangers amd I dont like people coming on my property without my ok. Iv called several times trying to rectify this issue and it keeps happening. Today a guy came by to spray my property and I got a call that my dog chased him off my property. This is my last ditch effort for getting you guys to stop coming. The next time it happens I will be filing a police report for trespassing and then i will be calling my lawyer.

He always checks in with me and reports to me when done what was done and his observations. I basically dont have bugs anymore. Always courteous and always comes.

This is the best pest control company I have ever had, they are very professional, always keep me updated with reminder texts and calls, and are very willing to help with any pest problems that I am having. Absolute Scam!! This company unscrupulously tricks customers into signing into a reoccurring contract on their first visit. I was told I was signing for the Credit Card charge, when in reality I was signing a binding contract. They are deceitful and provided no documentation to me at the time of the visit. Later, when I told them I no longer want the service, they say cancellation is only possible with a $200 charge. This is a complete scheme to which I am certain it is not legal. STAY AWAY!!! There are plenty of pest control companies with ethics. This is not one of them. They should be ashamed.

I absolutely love this service. The price is a little steep each month, but it’s worth it considering their spray actually works and they not only automatically come out each quarter, but I can call them at any time to come out if something comes up for no extra charge.
