No longer Warner nails. Under new management

Very rude. My sister and I had went in to get our toes done and my sister got her nails done as well. The lady kept pushing my sister to do gel nails and rolled her eyes after I said just regular polish and shook her head then continued to talk about my sister and I’m in a negative way making me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome there. The lady kept giving us dirty looks and the whole time we just wanted to leave. The guy that did our pedicures did a decent job but kept looking at us in a very unsettling way. My sister didn’t even get what she wanted and when they said they would fix it they never did. The guy cut my toes several times while cutting my cuticles and when sprayed with something burned a lot. We left and my sisters nails started coming off immediately. We did not enjoy our experience at all. Never going back and I think it was a waste of time and money.

First time coming to this nails salon with my sister and we were treated amazing. Becky did a great job!!! Id definitely be back.

This is a very pleasant clean and well decorated nail salon and spa. The man who did my French tips was an artist as well as the lady who polished them. I am new in az and had a not so pleasant experience some where else. I will definitely return to this salon and highly recommend it to all.

I have been going here for over 5 years. They are the nicest and most polite people that have ever done my nails. And Ive gone to plenty of places. Granted the new staff isnt always in the same routine as the others.. they always try their best. I give them a hard 4. Keep up the good work 🤘

First time here and loved it. Hot pink nails for the summer :) nail tech worked with me since I do not get many manicures (I am picky and usually would just do my self) they turned out great. Thank you.

Been coming here for years. The owners are wonderful. They hold their employees to a high standard. My pedicures last about 3 weeks. I prefer not to go anywhere else.

Warner Nails used to be owned and operated by Holly and Richard, truly the sweetest husband and wife team. I’ve been going here for over 10 years, and I’m sad to say this new management is ruining the reputation Holly and Richard built for so long. The completely new staff does not hold a candle to the former. Slow and sloppy work - redoing my nails as I type. Giving a 3 because I love Holly and Richard so much, and they still work there often. If going, I’d be sure to make an appointment with them only.

Depending on the employee you get, you may have a great service or an eh service. This last time I got the new guy, of course. But not wanting to wait an hour, I took him. His massage was non-existent and he scared me because he wasnt confident with the tools. But he did an ok job at the end. Until the service is more consistent, I cant give it more than 3 stars.

I just got my nails done by the owner he was a really nice gentleman as with his wife as well. He really took his time and paid attention to detail I love my nails they have to be the best job Ive ever had done. I definitely recommend anybody to get their nails done there and its really cheap

My sister-in-law and I went here a couple of weeks ago and had a great experience getting mani-pedis. Nails looked great when they were finished. The brands they use are high quality and the gel polish stays on for a long time!They also have great prices. I will definitely be back!

Every time I come here, I have never had a problem. Granted I only get pedicures but I love this place and I also love that even when its busy its not noisy like most salons

Horrible service, it wasnt even busy and the lady was rushing my nails as if they had a line... my nails are so chunky, the paint isnt even distributed evenly, they are un even and sideways, will definitely not be returning. My nails look ridiculous.

Its under new ownership so 10%off which is good because the man who did my gel manicure had a hard time. He struggled to remove the dry cuticles and had to stand up to paint my nails. One lady went and hid in the bathroom the whole time they did my nails I guess she was sick so they started getting swamped. A girl came in and said she had a 1oclock appointment and when I left it was 120 and no one still had not attended to her. Another lady sat in her pedicure seat for about 25 mins and no one attended to her either. My nails did not come out right but I had to go and seeing how swamped they were getting I left not satisfied at all. Will not return.

These are the worst nails I have ever gotten they started lifting the second I left, and the lady kept on taking about me and my daughter also. The thumb nails came off after like 3 days and I paid way mire than I usually payed at my other salon

They claim under new management, but it doesnt appear that way. The girl butchered my cuticle and then tried to glue over it. Really?

The ladies were very nice but one of the males i had trouble putting on my sandals and he got fustrated and yelled at me ( im pregnant so it’s hard) and so when he was done i took a while getting money out to tip and he raised his voice so i decided not to tip and in the end he charged me $10 extra which i found outrageous. he then saw me outside and cussed me out.

I walked in and asked to get my nails done, as soon as I was seated the man and a women started arguing and screaming at each other really loud. He then yelled at me and told me pick color or go home. I then left and he proceeded to yell while I walked out the door. Really unprofessional, highly disappointed.

I have been going to Warner nails for many years and wouldnt go anywhere else.Good people and good service along with a very nice job and a reasonable cost.

I have been going here for years. Since new management took over its hit and miss if you get someone who does what you asked for.

Recently moved to the area and tried them out. Great service, friendly and very reasonable prices.

I have been going here since 2001 and love love love the owner, staff, and the salon is always clean. If I were to ever move out of the area I would make the drive.

Messed up my nails and my cousins he started yelling at us and they said that they would charge us 25 but ended up charging us 30

This place is an okay substitution for when my regular nail lady is booked.

I had a good experience but the water for my toes was cold and towel wasnt warm.

Friendly staff, wish they were open on sundays.

My gel nails lasted 4 weeks and it was cheaper than every where.

I wouldnt even give it a half of a star been going there a long time and the last two times were horrible I will never go back again do not recommend ever

Horrible place the product they use is cheap I got my nails filled here and they started lifting the next day to top it off I had an appointment and I waited to be helped 45 min after my appointment

Never again! Pay all this money just to get rude customer service!!!!!!!
