I had an appointment and was seen late.They over charged me on my card. The customer service level was very low. Not Personable at all and not warm and welcoming at all. The pedicure was not thorough or well done at all. The massages were too short and the cutting and grooming was not well done. The pedicure was well overpriced for the level of work that was put into the pedicure. I will not be returning to this nail salon ever again.

I did a walk in with my two girls. I got a SNS dip color change and my girls got colors on their nails and toes. The salon had just opened for the day, they acknowledged us right away and answered every question I had. They were fast and did and AMAZING job! I will definitely be back!

I’ve been coming here since about 2 years before the name change and I must say I’ve never had an issue til today. Being a single mother of 2 I come here to treat myself atleast every month or so mind you I leave a great tip everytime and today when I came I decided I was going to try something new which I never do and I ended up paying for a $80 pedicure which is pricey for me. So today after my service I paid my $80 and I wasn’t able to leave a tip the younger gentleman with slick hair then proceeded to ask in front of everyone (about 10 people) if I wasn’t leaving a tip and I said no I’m sorry, his whole demeanor changed and then turns to the man who finished my nails and says very loudly “yeah she is not leaving you a tip” not only was it BEYOND embarrassing but for being a customer who refers my friends, family and have spent my fair share of money coming to this salon I will say I will NEVER spend another dollar here. To be called out and embarrassed after spending $80 for a service over a tip that should be looked at as a gratitude and not even knowing my financial situation this place has lost a long time customer and I will make sure to let the people I’ve referred know the kind of business this is.

Friendly and helpful staff.The spa was clean, neat and organized. Very pretty marble floors, chandeliers and everything looked new. Highly recommended.

When I came here a girl freaked out on a man because her nails werent as blue as she wanted. He ended up doing my nails and did a fantastic job. Ill have to get his name next time to continue booking my appointments with him.

Ive been coming here for a few months. My nails always look great and the employees are friendly. I never have issues with chipped or lifting polish.The salon is clean and they offer a rewards program. Some of the nail technicians are better than others, but overall Ive been pleased with my nails.

We had a wonderful experience. I took my daughter in for a mommy and me mani pedi. They were great with he and kind to me. I made an appt Wednesday to come back and get my nails done.Nice, open, clean, friendly staff, cute nails. Free WiFi was nice too! Restrooms available. Parking was easy and value was terrific. It was only $35 for my pedi, and my daughter pedi and mani.Thank you for an awesome experience!

I am new to area and just did a Google search looking for a nearby place. I was and still am extremely pleased with the pedicure I received. I felt like the technician took her time. She asked me my preferences for my pedicure and allowed me to relax and enjoy my service. The entire salon had their patrons spaced during this pandemic. I felt their was care put in place for my service. Her polish job was amazing-no flaws and evenly coated. I would absolutely recommend to others and will be returning for another service.

So happy I found this nail salon when I moved to Arizona. The staff is friendly and professional. The check in process is super easy. The prices are extremely reasonable. The place is always clean and spacious. Karen was my nail technician and I was so pleased with her service. She talked to me about nail care and her attention to detail in her work is outstanding! Please give them a try, you wont regret it!

Beautiful place, great people but not real thorough with the pedicure process.

This used to be a good place for peds and manis not anymore. The new owner does not offer the same quality service the previous owner used to offer. They are always short of staff and trying to make you change your mind on the services you want or how you want it done. Plus their prices are way much expensive than other places. My daughter got her nails done acrylic full set for $57 and I got a pretty basic pedi no gel for $63 definitely not going back again. Time to find a new place.

Took two whole hours for a fullset + gel. One color, no design. Charged $55 for me just sitting there not being helped half the time. Got nail polish all over my fingers.

The new Owners really made this place look beautiful inside. They have a very good selection of colors both dip and gel. My nails look amazing and they are all so nice. Will definitely be back!Update: went back again today and DC did my new set and they came out beautifully. He does amazing with shaping and I am loving my nails! 💗

This is the second time I’ve used this salon and had a pretty superb experience. First was with my daughter and her little friend for her birthday. They were so busy, but quick to get us in and was super fast and reasonably priced for two 8 year olds. I was in yesterday as a walk in and was immediately greeted and sat. I did a gel manicure and she was very detailed with each of my nails. Didn’t leave them to thick or bulky feeling, kept measuring lengths throughout. Her attention to detail was awesome!! I of course am basic and gave her a generic Pinterest post to look at.. LOL and she did AWESOME! It’s also by KTR.. so drop your kids off and go get your nails done!

Penney is honestly the best worker there she always has a smile on her face and she is super sweet and nice she always makes my nails perfect just the way I want them she tries her very best .

Kelly is Exceptional! First ever pedicure won’t be my last!Iike most gentlemen, I was very hesitant about getting a pedicure. It wasn’t because I was embarrassed or even above this type of service as a male but I’m a working man and between work and the gym doing a lot of labor all day, I felt that my feet would be too rough and just over the top for a pedicure tech. For my anniversary my wife bought me a pedicure as a gift. I agreed to go and so glad I went. I look at it this way, since you have to do it anyways you should enjoy and relax while having it done by a professional with the best products that feel great! Kelly was amazing! She made me feel comfortable and was extremely personable and kind. Andy the owner/manager made me feel welcome and The Finest Nails was so clean and relaxing. The technicians are neat, extremely clean and thorough. I enjoyed my “Happy pedicure” package. Foot bath, leg and foot massage the MOST amazing massage chair and each step which by the way was about 6 different items was amazing. I walked out of there thinking I just can’t wear shoes all weekend! Great job guys. My wife has been coming here for years and never had a bad experience. Andy always makes right any dissatisfaction. Great job Kelly. You have a gift!

BEST MANI IN AZ! They do an amazing job every time and the manicures last much longer than other salons for both gel and regular manicures. The salon is clean and friendly. She does a great job with creative designs and she is very precise and does a great job on French manicures! Love this place!

Ive been going to Finest nails for almost a year now and each time I go back I have a bad experience when it comes to choosing colors. I typically get gel and regular polish with about three different colors, but for some odd reason they are always out of a color that I select whether its gel or regular polish and I usually end up having to choose another option.Today was no different! I walked in and asked for my normal service picked out my three colors and guess what; they are out of one of my first colors chosen. I went through 3-4 different colors before I chose a color that I really didnt want but didnt want to wait another 15-20 minutes just choosing a color. I only ended up with two colors in which my toes and nails dont even look the same. My toes have way more glitter than my nails and when I asked for more glitter on my nails to match my toes I was told that it would be too thick and the extra coat was not put on my nails.The funny thing is I told myself I would not go back and I decided to give them another chance and was disappointed yet again. I asked to speak with a manager upon leaving and the young man at the desk would not tell me who the manager was and proceeded to check me out and ignore my dissatisfaction. I told him that I will not be back and left. I would not recommend this place if youre really into color.

Extremely disappointed. After spending a lot of money (which every time I went the price was different should have been the first red flag!) There is only one lady there that is good. After multiple trips I have finally said enough. Last Saturday I went in for a fill and Andy took me instead of my regular girl. I was there and hour and a half for a fill!!!! While drilling he kept drilling my skin I was constantly jumping. Then while applying the acrylic I had to tell him it was too thick and wasnt far down by the cuticle enough. He said it was fine and he would fix it. Then the gel color was applied unevenly even after I had to remind him to please use base coat. Finally after an hour and a half I was running late for an event and needed to leave and he asked you dont like them!m? Of course I said no and that they werent even filled. He said he was giving me a discount and charged me 23 and if I wanted them fixed to come in and they wouldnt charge me. My nails look like I havent had a fill in 2 weeks its been 2 days. I called today to make sure I could get in Saturday spoke to a woman and she said to text her a picture of my nails so I did later to get a text from Andy (who didnt ever have my number to begin with) saying my card was refunded. I said great and thank you I will be in Saturday to have them fixed when he responded I was no longer able to get my nails done there. Not cool. When youre paying 40$ for a fill youre expecting someone to do their job right! I have a few family memebers and friends who also will not be returning. Very sad.

I went to finest nails to get a quick gel manicure before I left for my vacation later that week. My gel was coming off at the ends and lifting so I called and they said to come back in to fix it. When j got there 5 days later with half of mines still on. The guy began to redo them, then after I asked them to not cut or file my nails. He cut all the length I had on my nails to little nubs. I do not recommend this place at all. They will talk crap about you in their language the whole time as you sit there
