Kimberly (the manager) did such an amazing job on my SNS nails! She shaped them perfectly and smoothed them out so nicely. It is honestly one of the best SNS manicures I have had in a long time!

I had my nails 💅 done by Kim 2 weeks ago and am very happy with them. Gel manicure over my natural nails. This photo was taken about 1 week ago and they still look the same, so its holding up great! My sister referred me and our mom to Kim, so its #AllinTheFamily ;)

Super professional and very clean. I opted for the #3 pedicure which took about 45 min. Worth it! My toes look awesome and my feet feel super soft.

I went in for a mani/pedi and she wouldn’t stop trying to get me to upgrade to a gel. I told her no and gave her the reasons why. One of which I wasn’t spending over $50 for both services combined. She said they could do both services including gel for my $50. Come to find out, she said I misunderstood and I needed to pay additional. What a snow job! I left there feeling bad about my experience.

I wanted to check this place out for the first time because it was close and convenient to me. Never again. They don’t Care for what you want. And to top it off their prices are ridiculous I was charged 65 for a full set and I got really short nails French tip after she had told me 55 before she even started and they didn’t even turn out nice. Even after having her redo some of them. Def not coming back

The Employees were sweet but seemed like they didn’t want to be doing their job. Plus the nail quality is Super bad, Got acrylics recently and the next day one of them fell off too easily And they charge to fix it. Not to mention the shape n acrylic itself is outrageous. Don’t know if I’d go back again.

Absolutely love this salon! I have been coming to Pink nails for years. I always requested Dat because of his amazing customer service and talent with nails. Dat is incredibly talented at what he does. I have never left with a bad set. He goes above and beyond! Everyone is always super friendly and treat you like family. I recently found out that Dat is the new owner and I am SO happy. I know he will make this salon even better than it was. If you are looking for a nail salon please try them out. I’ve been coming to this salon for 7 years and is honestly one of the best. A lot of the time they are busy I recommend scheduling an appointment, theyre very accommodating and try to get you in. The nail quality is the best I’ve had, they’re particular and care about what your nails look like walking out.

Best nail place. I have never had a bad nail job here. Everyone is professional and friendly. There is usually a long wait. Definitely recommend making an appointment. Even when making an appointment I usually have to wait 30 min to get seated. Worth the wait though! They are always so busy because the do such a good job!

I like this location. Its conveniently located off the 101 and Ray Road in a little shopping center. The shop could use some updating but then again the prices would most likely go up.Ive been coming to Pink Nails for almost 4 years. I usually get a manicure and/or a French manicure. I dont like the acrylics so I always have my real nails manicured. The service is fast and the prices are reasonable. Ive never had a huge issue and if you dont like something then the staff are really quick to fix the issue. They are also friendly and respectful.

My first time there and was very pleased I was in and out in 30 minutes! And there was a full house upon arrival! The man that did my nails kept asking me if the color was what I wanted because I requested a very pink base color he made sure I was a happy customer. Very happy with my nails and will be returning 👍

Absolutely horrible service. I went in for a polish change for my toes & a fill with Ambre polish. I showed the gentleman at the front what I wanted & he stated, ‘no problem’ after supposedly consulting with the technician. During my polish change he left multiple times, one time to place an order for coffee. It took him over 30 minutes to change the polish on my toes only for the lady to state she wasn’t able to do the Ambre. I was shocked & all he said was he didn’t know & asked for my payment. Rude would be an understatement.

By far, the best nail salon Ive ever been to!!!! I live in New York City, and I have yet to find a place as good as Pinks in the east coast, everytime I go visit my family in Chandler I stop by Pink. The prices are very fair, and my nails have always been beyond perfect!! I get gels, and they generally last me over a month and a half without a single chip (whereas gels barely last me 2 weeks at the other places Ive got them done). Theyve also done my eyebrows many times, and each time I end up with perfectly shaped arches, they are true artists! Will definitely keep coming here and bringing my friends and family, I wish there were more places like this! You should definitely stop and get your nails done here if youre thinking about it :)

Waited 35 mins and walked out...upon my arrival I had one female before me. They took her back quickly. I was next but they took two other ladies who came in after me before me. I was told another worker would be right with me...i tried to be patient but I was not gonna wait any longer.

This place was great! We were walk-ins who were sat and helped immediately. They were so friendly and did a great job. Everything was sterile and their chair bowls were lined, which I love.

I LOVE this place. Its the only place me and my girls can go to and know we will walk out happy with the service we receive. I live in Maricopa and dont mind making the drive cuz everywhere else is such a disappointment. I was a little skeptical when my Grandmother (early 70s) took me here because I didnt think they would be able to do all the designs I like. Most places stick to one basic style. Not here. They are all very talented and take pride in their work. I always go to Dat. He just always knows what to do. He is so incredible at nails. I am always getting compliments on my nails and people asking where I go.Above all..the thing that really separates them from other salons is the attitude at this place. Everybody is so kind and friendly. They remember your name and will treat you like family. They go above and beyond to ensure that your experience is a good one. I booked an appt. last minute today- an hour before closing. Most places would rush you. But here they welcomed me with a smile & Dat like always took his time & did my nails amazing. Im never going back. I went for my 4th time just over a week ago. The first 3 times a man (I think the owner) did my nails and did a great job. This last time he wasnt there and a lady did them. She was so rough and made all of my fingers bleed. She painted on the liquid gel all over my fingers. They were a goopy mess and it burned like hell under the light. Every time I told her it hurt she told me it was normal and she knows what she is doing. Im not a nail expert, but I do know that is not how you do nails. To make things worse, they overcharged me by $10. The guy at the front argued with me about the price and told me they mustve charged me wrong before. All 3 times? I dont think so. I was so upset that I didnt tip. My nails looked like crap, but I was afraid to ask them to fix them because my fingers were already cut up and bleeding. Not even 5 days later, 3 of them broke off. Ive never had such a horrible nail job. I feel so ripped off and Ill never go back.

Edit 2 years later: 3☆ Under new ownership as of May 2019. Not a fan of the new management. I called to make an appt. The woman told me in 20 minutes, so I showed in 20 minutes. Waited another 30.My daughter went in for dip. Woman told her she needed tips as her nails were too short for dip (??). So now my 13yo has too long of nails. Ugh.I miss the old crew dearly.5☆ Great place to go for your nails! I always call ahead to see if there is a wait and they keep to the time they give me. As a walk-in, Ive never waited more than 30 minutes, nor have I seen anyone else wait longer than that. They take great care in ensuring my nails look great whether Im getting a pedi, gel mani, or just giving my natural nails a shine. My husband goes here and I take my two daughters here as an occasional treat.

Update - I ended up going back the same day because I noticed there was gel missing from my nail because the girl didnt fully brush the polish on my nails, Dat instantly stepped up and made my nails look 100% better, they arent what I wanted exactly but they look good and he made sure I left with a smile on my face.1st review - I only came here because my mom and sister do, my first experience was great the guy (owner) fixed a previous horrible job and made them look amazing. But this second time Im beyond disappointed and angry to the point of tears!!! The girl who did my nails (cant miss her shell be the only one with the stilettos on and the mini dress like shes going to the club) she was rude, while doing my nails she went to the back to take a break, so rough she cut me a few times and say didnt sorry, she rushed doing my nails, left hanging skin and powder all around my nails, they look horrible and when I complained I was told to put oil on my hands and it would be okay. I was supposed to get a pedicure as well but I was so mad I left and came to a City Nails, I know they will always be friendly and make your nails look beautiful. The 11 years Ive been getting my nails done faithfully I have never not tipped someone but today she didnt get anything! I only recommend it if you have a different nail tech.

Worst customer service ever seen. They are saying the wrong wait time, and keep on waiting like hours and the man reaction was arrogant towards us. Disaapointed and cancelled all the plans on weekend.

Posted that they opened at 9:30. Went at 9:30 and 10 and the door was still locked and no one was inside.
