Tony was my nail tech yesterday and he did an absolutely phenomenal job on my nails! Tony is amazing. He is always very courteous, thorough, and meticulous and he does an exceptional job. I was looking for something different yesterday, and he suggested the cat eyes technique with gel polish and my nails are absolutely stunning! I highly recommend Vivid Nails and Spa. They are always very nice, professional, and the prices are very reasonable. Whether youre getting your nails, hair, or pedicure done, you will not be disappointed!

Had just come off a really, really bad set of nails from one of the suburb towns. I found Vivid online and they had really good reviews - figured it couldnt be worse than the last. It wasnt - it was awesome! Tammy did my full set with dip and they are beautiful. She was prompt & friendly and I really enjoyed visiting with her. I got my gel pedicure by Helen and it was great! She was funny and very nice. Felt my minty calves all the way home! Absolutely no issues or complaints from me; this place is a gem! Everyone in there was nice. My nails are gorgeous. My toes are cute. My heels are smoooooooth! Life is good!

Everyone did a fantastic job. Tony took the time to make sure my nails were done right. Tammy did a wonderful free-hand design for me. She’s very creative. I will absolutely be getting my nails done again at Vivid Nails.

Updated review: Still the best salon ever!!! Received a full set with colored pink shimmery acrylic powder done in an hour or less. I have had no issues and love my nails every time I come here.First time here at Vivid Nails and Spa and I loved it!!!! Perfect coffin shaped ombre set. Tammy was my nail tech. Tammy is amazing and Ive had her do my nails before. They were exactly how I wanted and worth every penny!!!! Dont go anywhere else you will regret it like I did!!!!

First of all let me tell you that the girl who did my feet was awesome. My pedicure came out nicely and the lady who did my nails was really nice. I got my nails done using Groupon and thought it would be a good experience to tryout a new place for me. However 4 nails popped off before my 2 week fill. Ive never had that happen in my long history of getting my nails done. Im just thinking the product that they use is no good.im very disappointed and my money just went down to he drain.

You don’t need to go anywhere else but Vivid Nails and Spa! I have never been so satisfied and happy leaving a nail salon before, I got EXACTLY what I wanted. Tammy is absolutely phenomenal and I’ll never go anywhere else! The salon is beautiful and the technicians are so nice! I can’t wait to come back!

Have 3 stars because they’re clean and friendly people but the pedicure I received wasn’t. The guy didn’t clean my toes well enough and is clearly visible of skin still around the nails. He cuts my nails crooked and didn’t spend much time with me with massages like the other people next to me.

Amazing lashes here!!! I went once and now Im hooked. Definitely recommend!

I would have given a better rating if they had enforced mask wearing. I went with my daughter. They were friendly but were allowing customers in without. I wont go back. Plenty of nail spas are complying with masks and safety measures.

I was very disappointed with my nail appointment tonight. This was the first time at Vivid Nails and Spa and I wont be returning. I received an acrylic set and I was going to get gel polish, but the base was so bad I kept them clear so I could fix them myself. The technician who helped me was rude and applied the acrylic powder terribly. The powder was too thick and uneven. When I asked for a nail to be filed more or evened out, I was told no your nail is too short. I asked for coffen shape before getting the tips cut so if my length was too short, you as the expert should say so. I asked if someone else in the salon could fix my nails and I was told no when clearly other techs were available, some were cleaning and others were hanging out. When I voiced my displeasure, I was brushed off like I didnt know what I was talking about, which is wrong. Ive gotten my nails done for years this way. I only came to this salon because my usual tech at my usual salon stopped working due to covid. Just absolutely poor service.

I sat at the nail salon for about an hour after my nails were done and they still werent dry I drove 40 minutes all the way home and my nails still werent dry it wasnt until about five and a half hours after I had gotten my nails done that they finally dried but by then they were so messed up it didnt even matter

***To the owner: Yes, I went to your salon. Check your appointment book. I didnt go today, I wrote the review today because Im just now able to find the time to write it and post the photos I took before all of my polish came off from my manicure there. My appointment was on October 25th. I am a legit customer and you know it .****I made an appointment online and they were very efficient and quick responding to me and honoring my appointment when I arrived. The staff was friendly to me though sparse since it was empty during the weekday afternoon.I had one nail tech, a young male, do my pedicure and a woman do my nail dip manicure. I was disappointed with the lack of variety with the sns colors—no glitter, just flat colors and not a huge range. Lots of ranges with the gel colors.The pedicure was done quickly but the sns manicure took 75 minutes. It looked horrible initially but she kept using the Dremel file (which was overkill for a short natural nail and she kept filing my cuticle which hurt) then more powder and clear polish over and over until it was so thick and didn’t cover my entire nail bed.Not surprising the sns powder lasted less than two weeks. One came right off (just fell off in less than a week) and the rest are all lifted and are about to peel or fall off. My sns manicures usually last 3-4 weeks so this one wasn’t done well.The color was not as shiny as I’m used to and my cuticles weren’t pushed back and looked no different than when I walked in. I did get a nice hand massage though.I received a nice foot massage from my pedicure but that, too, lasted a week before chipping and that was regular polish. My pedicures normally last 3 weeks. Not sure if their products are old or what but I didn’t pay that kind of money for a pedicure and manicure to last such a short time. My calluses were also not worked on so I had to file my feet on my own when I got home.I was also put off by the way they were rude and aloof to the one non-Vietnamese employee who seemed very nice. They ordered her around, didn’t include her in conversations (keep in mind it was empty) and I felt badly for her. How the staff treat customers as well as each other says a lot.I was offered a bottle of water which was nice. Didn’t love the massage chair though and there was no sound on the one TV. The decor also seemed mismatched with brown massage chairs but black manicure chairs. They could use more decor to make it more inviting and classy. Though they were nice to me, my manicure and pedicure didn’t live up to expectations.

This place is truly one stop for all your beauty needs! The owner was brilliant in that she hired a very talented staff, who treat each and every client like they are the .most important person in the world. I have never left this place disappointed. Many times I have gotten there just before closing and I have NEVER been turned away. Not once have I ever felt rushed or like I didnt get what I paid for. Everyone is so welcoming and focused on giving you a great experience I often feel like I havent paid enough! Recently I discovered they also do lashes. I am very hesitant about doing my lashes in a nail salon, but everyone I had encountered were so good at their jobs that I gave it a shot. WOW! My lashes are totally blonde and no one has ever done them right. I have been searching for years and finally have found the Holy Grail!!! I will never go anywhere else again! Do yourself a favor, check this gem out! I almost hate to leave this review because i would love o keep this piece of heaven all to myself ;)

I loved my whole experience and I love my nails! Everyone was very friendly and talkative, totally made me feel welcomed and valued.

They had a grand opening special. Went in with my 7yr old daughter. Minimal staff expected since they just opened. They had pre designs to select, which I notice other salons dont ever have out in the chandler area. Prices were about other salons in the area, I did the pedi that included the paraffin wax. Emily did my nails, which were an amazing design with gel. Other salons cant or wont even do because they say its too difficult. Emily did a pink marble design and a high shine holographic powder accent nail. They were also so kind to my daughter, she said she felt like a grown up. I also got my face waxed which was 30$ my side burns lip partial neck and eyebrows. the eyebrows looked so good. They did have an opening special 25% off. and I did all those services with just over 100$ Also they have the frequent punch card, and cant beat that. Check them out just expect them to be busy 4staff, if u can try back during the work week u have a better chance

My wife went in and it took them 2 1/2 hours to put nails on and polish on her toes they charged her 5$ for the toes and 5$ for the hands to remove the gel my wife was mad cause they took too long and then the lady up charged and also charged extra for things she was going to do already I dont recommend this place cause of inconsistency
