Leslie is an amazing nail tech!! She took the time to make sure I liked everything she was doing on my nail set and continued to put my wants first. I am very very pleased with her work and her kindness. She talked the whole time as well and really made me feel like a valued customer! Best nail salon I’ve ever been to. Even when I come in with complicated designs, and tons of colors they never mind and always nail it! I’m a regular and have yet to find anything bad to say about this salon! Tracy, Lynn, and Kelly are all great at nails and no one can get rid of my ingrowns like Tara! She is such an angel! It’s super clean as well and always have people cleaning which makes me feel very safe with COVID. Love this place!

I have came here twice and have not been disappointed. The vibe in there is amazing. My nails lasted for a month with no lifting! They are really great at making every design perfect and with detail. Leslie did the set in the pictures. 10/10 recommend 🤩🔥

My third visit here unfortunately has me searching to go elsewhere from now on. I wouldn’t recommend Paul to do your nails based on my experience with him. It began with the owner sending Paul over to do my nails while I’m trying to relax during my pedicure. I never had a choice if I wanted a double service, they just pushed it on me without feeling like I had a choice. I was double booked my 2nd service but the girls who did my nails and pedicures were so sweet and made me feel very comfortable. Paul on the other hand was really unwelcoming and cold. I did get a smile out of him when I tipped him, he told me it was too much. I get it now because my nails are a mess when you really look at them. Paul was finished half way through my pedicure which the time before the girls finished at the same time. Paul obviously rushed and was careless. I messaged the owner to give my feedback. It started with the check out. I’m paying for a nail fill and a pedicure = $114 the owners nephew asked me if I had a stamp card. I told him I didn’t get one last month but that I’ve only been here 3 times now. He instantly gave me his robotic response about how they don’t give stamps for past visits while the owners sat next to him staring off into the other direction. The funny thing is that the owner was the one who checked me out last month. I asked him to split the payment on two cards so I can’t hide how much I spend here from my boyfriend. He said he does the same thing but with his bar bill to hide it from his wife. So unfortunately they didn’t honor the stamp and I didn’t say anything at the store but wanted to give feedback since that just seemed so petty… again I just spend $114 here before tip on a FILL AND A PEDICURE. So I sent in my feedback and the responses I got was “sorry you thought my nephew was rude but we don’t give out stamps for past visits” and “for future tell us you don’t want to be double serviced” I literally didn’t even know it was a thing as I haven’t had my nails done before this for like 5-6 years. This is bad business business practice and they care more about up charging you for every thing they can over anything else.

OMG nails is the best nail place that I have ever been to!! The friendly and fun environment makes you feel so comfortable and like you belong to their family. The nail art is the best Ive ever seen! They are professional, funny and all around amazing!! I will definitely be coming back and sending every one I know to this wonderful place!!

My 2 year old princess had a mani-pedi done she absolutely loved it the tech was great with her!After having the same nail lady for 7-8 years I was sad to go somewhere else but TINA made my day.I had full set stiletto cat eye done TINA did an amazing job perfect length they came out sexy and elegant. I will definitely be going back and taking my daughter as well.

Love the color and the service. Unfortunately not the result. The paint on my big toe was clumpy. I didnt realize it because the lights hitting the bright color of the toes so it looks fine until Im back home with shade and saw it.This place is so nice and the staff are welcoming. I really suggest to book your spot before because theyre full especially on the weekend.

Ce ce did an awesome job on my nails. She was so funny and full of life. She made my visit feel like we were old friends catching up. She has a lifetime customer in me. When you first walk in you see how busy they are! You wonder if the quality is going to go down… However the service was exceptional! They immediately check you in, have a lot of colors to select from especially for gel and dip, and they are big enough to go with your friends! I love sitting with my friend! Everyone was very professional, did an amazing job at the OMG gel pedicure with a great massage. The gel manicure was done carefully, not hurting you, making sure the color is what you truly want, and a massage at the end!

This is my absolute favorite place to get my nails done, I have lived in Arizona for over 20 years and I have never had a greater experience anywhere else than at OMG nails. Technician Tracy is absolutely amazing I have been going to her for over 2 years, i have never been dissatisfied with a set shes done, her work is amazing, you can bring her any design and she can do it! Everybody is always so happy to be there, staff always laughing and having a good time, you can tell the staff really love their jobs. Great atmosphere.

I went to another salon for over 6 years, always by appointment. When my last person had started working on my nails, she had me move to sit in a pedicure chair temporarily while she handled a walk-in....that was it for me! I found OMG which is close to my home and Tracy is by far an amazing person! She listens and then does as I asked. The work and shape is exactly what I wanted....have now found a great new salon!!

Could have been perfect if the management didnt overbook. I have had my appointment booked for four weeks. Everything was going good until 2 of us were told they needed to do our nails first and then pedicures. Mind you were were already seated. Our feet were dried and the techs took us over to do nails first. Pedicures never came as they had no chairs after our nails. I will be back for the fact that I love the work CiCi does. Management needs to figure out that standing appointments need to be honored and walk ins need to wait.Tech deserve 5 stars 🌟 management 0

LOVE OMG is my favorite salon since I moved to Arizona 3 years ago!! Everyone is so nice and does such a wonderful job! Only reason I did not give it five stars was because I tried to do a pedicure and manicure that matched using a regular polish and gel set but the regular Polish on my toes did not match the gel on my finger nails. Not OMG’s fault though. I highly recommend this salon! Love Tracy and Savannah!

If you like your foot soaking tub to have liners in it look no further then here!We had a good size group and made an appointment for it. They had spots already for us to go dip int,. Well organized in our eyes. The guy that did my toes was kind as was the lady who came over to do a complicated design.

I really enjoyed my first experience with my nail tech she was amazing. I had a guy the second time and moved my nail which caused him to redo the dip color and he charged me $5 for it!!Not good customer service. On to the next place.

They were very friendly and the services were great. The place is clean and very welcoming.

The first time I went was fantastic. The second time wasnt great. My nails didnt have the quality of the first set and there were some obvious mistakes to them. The third time I went for a mani pedi. The pedicure was great. The manicure not so much. The shape of my nails came out inconsistent and they werent properly filed, not mention there was still acetone film and old glitter polish on my hands. I was rushed from the chair before I had even changed from the pedi flip flops into my own. Not even kidding they were setting the other lady stuff down before I had even gotten on my shoes. I tried 3 times and 2/3 left unhappy.

Excellent experience with my Mom, Sister, & daughters! Staff was attentive, professional, and artistic. A clean environment with an upscale vibe. Wonderful place to pamper yourself and some friends!

I’ve been doing my nails here regularly but a few days ago the nail tech that did my nails didn’t do it nicely.

I started going to OMG Nails a few months ago after seeing people rave about the salon. The place is beautiful, clean, has a lot of stations/techs and so many different colors to choose from. The staff is really friendly and accommodating. The techs that I have gone to are knowledgeable and do a wonderful job! I have seen Jessica, Emmie and Victoria and have never been disappointed by my nails or the conversation.I also want to mention that I follow them on social media and they have a company that comes in once a month (from what I gather) to sanitize the whole place with a machine. Of course I see them wipe everything down in between customers, but hiring a company to come in to sanitize everything is going above beyond. Thanks for making sure your customers are taken care of!

Im really bummed about my experience here. My pedicure is cute and the ladys that helped me were very nice. But my dip powder nails are not very good. You can see in places where the color was filed off and I wanted a matt top coat. Which I got but I think my lady forgot that I wanted matt nails. I had to remind her about wanting matt nails bc as she was putting on the top coats they were coming out really shiny. So I just reminded her and the she put on two more layers of the matt coat. So now theyre peeling off bc the top coat was applied too thick. She was very sweet, but I paid alot of money for my service and I thought they would of been better.

First time here and as soon as I walked in, I was amazed on how beautiful this is place is inside. I had scheduled an appointment and was seated along with my daughter in no time. We both had awesome technicians, Kim, Savannah and Tracy did an amazing job made it a great experience for the both. Savannah created a unicorn by hand on my daughters thumb... amazing my daughter was over the moon. Tracy and Kim also met above my expectations. We will definitely be coming back.

Nail tech wasnt the friendliest. Kept cutting me off when I tried telling him how I wanted my nail shape and I showed him the picture multiple times as well as asking about seeing the shades of blue so when I ended up with white nails I and my friend were mystified as to why. We both said theyre supposed to be blue. Showed him the pic again and he said I see no blue thats white. So apparently he is colorblind? Didnt offer to fix them. Just said wash hands youre done. Also it hasnt even been a week and 3 of the rhinestones have fallen off of my nails. Not happy with this experience at all or my nails. Not the shape, color, stones, or tech. Didnt get his name or Id warn against him...

I found this place searching for nail places to get a good pedicure for a good price. I made an appointment for two pedicures and a full set for my mom and I, which was good since they’re busy! We both got their bliss pedicure ($32) which consisted of a foot scrub, hot rocks and towels and a leg massage. Our techs both took their time and were very nice and made sure we got exactly what we wanted! We both got rhinestones added ($7) and myMom got a French tip ($5). When I was finished with my pedicure they took me right over for my full set ($27 + $5 design), and she did a great job! I had a picture which she followed as well as asking me questions for clarity. She was very nice as well, and did a great job! Plus the inside was so pretty, and it was an overall relaxing experience! We will both be back!

I LOVE this place! I cannot say enough good things about it. I love that the nail techs actually talk with you while youre at your appointment, they are SO thorough, and really care about their clients. The team always seems to be conversing and having fun with each other too which makes for a fun atmosphere. Ive been plenty of times, had many different nail techs, and cannot complain about any of them. They truly take pride in their work! 10/10 would recommend!

My birthday is today so my husband asked if I wanted to get them done a few days back. Yesterday was the very first time Ive been to a nail salon to get anything done to my nails. Got an ombre dip powder done and glitter. I was a bit worried since I came around 6pm but glad they were able to attend me, Joann did my nails and had been working there for a week! I definitely recommend her, shes very sweet with years of experience. 😀 The people working at the front desk were very nice to me as well. If I ever get them done again I will surely come back!

This is my GO TO nail Spot. I see Tina, and her work is amazing!!! I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she was sure to assure me she’d do her best but couldn’t guarantee they’d look exactly like the photo, well let me tell you they looked better than the photo!! A couple of them broke after about a week(I think they were just a little too long and that’s why they broke) and she fixed them for me happily, shortened my other nails for me to prevent that in the future, and touched up my polish, again, for free. She has a heart of gold and you’ll genuinely feel cared for while you’re with her. Whether you guys are chatting away about everything or sitting there quietly getting your nails done, Tina is the woman to see. I look forward to seeing her when I go in and can’t wait to see her again in a few weeks for a fill. THANK YOU TINA.

I have been here several times but todays experience was bad. She didnt brush off excess powder after each application. Nails are thick and did not clean up the skin around the nails and its all flaky. I drive almost an hour to come here only to get a bad service.

Treated very rude instead of being greeted the person started yelling because it was being put wrong in their appointment book made my 12 year old cry I was in shock and des believe I was sick to my stomach he ruin my daughter birthday never I encounter a person this rude in my life specially when going in for a service done

Ive been going to OMG Nails for about 6 months now for dip manicures and occasional pedicures, and I absolutely love them! All the staff are friendly and professional, and the place is very clean and fancy looking. Ive never had a bad experience. I just got my nails done the other day for the holidays and theyre beautiful! I always recommend OMG Nails.

I went this morning and had a bad experience and I got a call later on asking me to come back and get them fixed and the generosity of the owners was so amazing and I feel so much better! I love this place so much!!! The first picture (blue) was the color I got this morning and the second (purple) was the fixed ones:)) Definitely coming back in the next two weeks!

This is my absolute favorite nail salon. My aunt and I have been to do many places up until this. Victoria and Emmie are the sweetest and so incredible. I went to OMG nails where Nancy was my tech (other staff called her Pretty Nancy) and man was I spoiled. She made me feel like a king for the day and was super pleasant the entire time. I got the ultimate pedicure along with the regular manicure and I felt extremely pampered. I feel moisturized, my nails look great, my feet are so soft, and I can’t recommend them enough. There’s a reason why they’re #1 in the valley and I know where I’m going from now on! Btw, if you pay in cash, it’s 5% off their services!

This salon is nice and clean but it’s prices are ridiculous! I went in for a dip manicure and the tech didn’t know what he was doing, he had done my whole right Hand which had taken an hour already when he realized it wasn’t looking right he had to take it all off and start from scratch which then he convinced me to do acrylic, I asked what was the price difference and he assured me it was the same. We went to acrylic which took him another hour just to start because he was practicing the ombré style, I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt so we continued. Once we were finally done the nails looked decent but not what I was looking for, I didn’t say anything cuz at this point I’ve been there for 3-4 hours already, it’s my bday and I’m a mom of 4 so I had to get back home. After my basic pedi with no gel on it was done I went to pay and everything came out to $100!!!! I looked for the guy that had done them and he was no where to be seen so I paid and left super unsatisfied. I will not be returning to this place. It’s the second time I’ve given them a chance. The picture below is what I asked for verses what I got, funny the manager responded in their defense and won’t admit to their fault. The guy didn’t know what he was doing and they knew as well because they came to check up on him. Also I don’t know what the problem was but his hands were shaking the whole time, maybe he shouldn’t have been doing nails that day. Customer is always right FYI you guys didn’t even offer for me to return so you could fix them, instead you guys blamed me for results, not everyone is aware of guys are charging till the end. Went in for a powder dip manicure. Victoria was my technician and did an amazing job! The salon is absolutely beautiful. You could tell the employees truly care about the customers experience and go out of their way to ensure you are satisfied. They didnt try to upsell me throughout the manicure either. Throughout, she ensured I was happy with every step. Amazing communication! Definitely recommend them!

I will not be back to this place. This is the first time and last time I will ever be here. The nail technician was as cold as ice and personality, and the price they write on the slip is not the price you pay at the cash register. The price at the cash register is higher and the customer should be made aware of this before they get their nails done. I would not recommend this place as it looks fancy, but the quality of the pedicure was poorly done.

For 160$, I am not impressed. I had my nails and toes done here about a week ago. I have 3 cracked nails and one lifting. I got the dip. My toes are still in good shape and intact. Also, when I got the dip on my nails, they didn’t give me a manicure. Not worth the money that I spent!

I went here for about a year consistently, and really liked it. During that time I went to Tracy, Tina, and a few others that I can’t remember. I started going to A male nail tech (I’ll remove name for professional purposes) and really liked him. Until one day he told me i should lose 20 lbs... this was really off putting. I’m a pretty average size girl, and I thought this was totally unprofessional. Took my business and my $150+ a month elsewhere.
