My Daughter got exactly what she wanted while I had my time in the massage chair and the works done on my feet and lower legs. Since Im a guy I had all my nails completed with shiny buff. Excellent Manicure and Pedicure. The hot wax and stones were so refreshing and great for the circulation.

They dont have stencils so if you want something like a heart stenciled on, its going to be done by hand. And to my surprise, my nail tech couldnt draw a simple heart that wasnt wobbly. She also mixed nail colors so the design looked muddy and janky.I got charged $43 for gels that look like I did them myself, which is not a compliment since Im horrible at nails. I shouldve saved my money and done it at home. The extra $10 was for the fact that I chose an intricate design that was ultimately not done since the nail tech gave up and I told them to cover up the poor attempts with the base coat.So I got charged extra for effort and time wasted I guess. They lowkey put the blame on me for having nails that were too short, yet the design I chose was on short clipped nails, so Im not sure why that was entirely the issue.In the end, I didnt even get whatever hand massage with oil that people usually get with a manicure so that was also very disappointing.

Love this place! My manicurist is amazing. She always listens to exactly what I need and makes my experience each time a great on. She is always open to me trying new colors and making sure I am happy with them. After months of going to her, I tried chrome for the first time over dip powder and I LOVE it! Shes the best! Almost one years going to this salon and I have no complaints!

Worst place ever!!! The customer service was absolutely horrible. I was disregarded for nearly 15 minutes before someone asked what I wanted and was met with such indifference. The pedicure (or lack thereof) lasted 10 minutes. I’ve never been this disappointed.

I get dip manicures and they look amazing every time, and they are never too thick. The prices are very reasonable for the quality you receive. I would highly recommend coming here!

I normally go to a place down the stree and have not been too pleased with their work lately and decided to try here and Im sure glad I did! It was actually the best full set I have ever gotten. The nail tech had took her time to make sure each nail was perfect. They even double checked how dry my nails were for me. Very friendly staff every one seems to have a smile on their face. Will definitely be coming back!

I was there with my sister on Friday and the shop was busy. Too many people during this pandamic were in there. I had the Dip and it was overpriced. I never pay $42 for Dip on my nails before, and i will never come back. The lady that did my nails talk too much. Do not waste your time. Go somewhere else!!!

My nail experience was overall good. I got a mani pedi and the guy massaged me for a solid 5 minutes each leg, kinda thought this was weird because Im only 16 though. After I was done getting my nails done not even 24 hours later 2 nails with gel chipped, another is bubbling and is getting ready to lose its grip.I would not recommend to anybody. Id rate a 0 but I cant

This place has the BEST gel manicure. I am very tough on my nails and my last manicure looked almost perfect. I had to have them redone because they had grown out and chose white which is difficult because it shows all the flaws. Staff did a really great job and they look perfect!

Amazing, always get a great manicure and pedicure. Love the sugar scrub and great massage with pedicure. Staff can do anything..I just let her decide what designs or colors to use...I have never been disappointed. If you want to relax and be pampered this is the place for you.

First time I went there was great. I went back today and it was horrible! I showed the lady a picture of the color I wanted and she brought a different one claiming it was the “same”. Once I told her about it all she kept saying was “your nails are fine don’t worry” yet I did worry because I didn’t like it. At the end the nails weren’t horrible but there’s plenty of little spots that are messed up and don’t look good! Next time I’ll think twice before going back there.

Ive been to lots in all different neighborhoods, and this place truly outshines them all. The atmosphere is chic and efficient and the service and quality of the manicures is unparalleled. They do things differently based on the science behind nail polish adherence and it shows! Not exaggerating when I say it is the best mani/pedi Ive ever gotten. 10/10 would (and will) recommend.

If I could leave a photo I would but I can’t. My nail technician was nice, but she seemed to be rushing she didn’t push back my cuticles, she didn’t put polish on everything she missed both edges of all my nails except two. I tipped her well because she was nice, and I didn’t notice how poorly they were done until I got home. I’m not the type to leave a negative review, I’m not the type to go back in but I’m a cosmetologist and used to do nails myself, I just went as a social thing. The next day they looked like they had been grown out for a week so I called to see if I could come back in and have them fixed. So I came, Kevin was very pleasant over the phone but very unpleasant in person. I showed him my toes and he literally said “they’re perfect thats your eyes” then I said no it’s not and showed him a picture of them the morning after and he said “well you have small toes we can’t control that” regardless of my smaller toe nails (my big toe isn’t small no excuse to have that much space) but as far as the other ones I’ve never had this problem any time I’ve gotten my toes done. He told me they won’t be starting over but he can go over them. Well it’s gel so going over them makes a slight bump, then told me I could never come back. Which, is completely fine I wasn’t going to be coming back anyway, still rude to say afterall it was their mistake. I would not recommend this place, go anywhere else and if you choose to go here please confirm quality before you leave because they don’t do refunds and will have you leave for good if you have them try to fix them.

New nail salon they are awesome! Very friendly and welcoming. One of the things I like the most is their cleanliness. They line the tubs also they use new packets for files and buffers and give them to you to take home. I have found my new nail spot!!

The first time I got my nails done there they turned out amazing...well I got them done there a second time on Tuesday ... well it’s now Friday and 6 of them have already started peeling and I’ve had to glue them back on... while there Tuesday 9 of my finger had been cut to the point that they were completely raw on the edges ... I drive almost an hour to go to this nail salon and pay a good amount of money for my nails to be done ... but I’m very disappointed that I was cut so many times and not even 3 days later more then half of them are peeling off. And mind you I’m not rough in my nails . I can have a set without being filled for almost 2 months without needing them to be done again . Still debating if I should find another place to go ... 🥺🥺🥺

Needed a pedi and mani and discovered this place! I feel like Im being treated like a queen! Staff was friendly and a joy to meet. Busy place and yet I had no wait. Truly felt cared for and highly recommend.

I don’t know if they changed ownership. I’ve been to their salon a couple times during morning hours but today for whatever reason, they didn’t honor my appointment. If they recently changed their time and didn’t open till 9:30 am, then why did it allow me to schedule an appointment online for 8:30 am? I even received a confirmation from them on my phone. Went there for nothing today. Was trying to explain to owner that I had a scheduled confirmation online but all she kept saying is we don’t open till 9:30 am. They were open and didn’t take me, regardless of my appointment.

Walked in today (Sunday) close to noon for a full set. My first impression of the salon was great. Friendly greeting, nice smell, lovely decor. No wait and the guy who did my nails was Nick. $30 for a full set with a $5 upcharge for almond shape (not thrilled about the upcharge, but I understand why due to extra shaping/ filing. Also, I dont know if its standard to do so). I got regular polish, not gel. They did have a HUGE selection of gel polishes that I may consider when I get a fill.Nick was polite, skilled, and GENTLE. His acrylic application was very smooth and required minimal filing. My fingers are not sore at all, which was my experience 12 years ago when I last had acrylics. I will update if I have serious lifting or if my opinion changes after visiting again. But so far, I am very pleased with my experience.

Very unprofessional. I called at 10.30 AM today to make a 3 PM appointment. I landed up exactly at 3 pm. I told the person in charge that I have an appointment. I was made to wait for 15 minutes. I then walked up to the counter again to check how much longer it would take. The in charge person told me that they are pretty backed up and that I should come back in 30 mins and they would charge me only 50%of the rate. Totally unprofessional. What is the point of making an appointment. I have a 9 month old at home and cannot afford to come back in. I will never come back to this place

I initially went here to get just a pedicure because I’m always scared to go somewhere new to get my acrylics done. I ended up changing my mind and showing them a picture of how I wanted my nails asking if they could do it. The nail tech didn’t seem too confident but another man, the manager or maybe owner, insisted that he could do it and so I let him. To start off the technician was repeatedly checking his watch and rushing through cutting and shaping my nails . Then when it came time to doing the design he had no idea what he was doing and had to start over quite a few times. It really sucks because my pedicure was great but now i have a set of acrylics that are uneven sloppy and outright ugly and I’m out $100. Had the tech just said he couldn’t do a flame design I wouldn’t have asked for one and if he was in such a rush to leave he could have asked someone else to do it instead. I’m so disappointed and I do not recommend this place at all

If allowed, I would give zero stars. Do NOT get the dip and buff whatever you do. I allowed this to be done on my natural nails and after a couple of days (yes 2 days) it looked horrible. When asking for the situation to be rectified, I was informed my nails were just growing out and this is how its supposed to look. The material is literally lifted, like a huge bubble. I was then informed that to remove it, they would charged me 😲. Bad business and will never return ever!!! Holly and Karen were my technicians.

I would give 0 but thats not an option. I been there 3 times giving them a chance. And my nails always comes out horrible. And they always have to rush with me, even cutting me sometimes. My recent visit she was really yanking my hand around amd rushing. My nails after day 1 look HORRIBLE. I was really disappointed having to pay 35$ nails that look 2 weeks old!!

If I could give this place zero stars...I would! I thought since this place had good reviews it must be good but boy was I wrong! First of all the prices seem fairly decent (I believe it said it was $22 for a full set) but lord forbid you want anything other than the plastic tips glued to your nails because they charge for everythinggggg. They charge you for the length of your nail (legit anything past a millimeter is + $5), color (+$5), shape (+$5), breathing (+$5). Expect to spend maybe $40 or more just on your acrylics if you come here and theyre painful when you first get them done! The pain was so excruciating I couldnt sleep. Now Ive had my nails done for so long and I have never experienced so much pain from acrylics. Second, they buffed my nail so much that when I went to take my acrylics off, my nails were so frail that they started bleeding! Do not go here. Lol save your money and time go to delightful nails. Delighted nails is around $25 for a full set and they actually do a good job (unless you get Donna). I still have yet to find the perfect salon.

Save your money! I’ve gone to them 3 times and 2 times were awful. I believed after he 1st bad experience they deserved another chance and today was that chance. I will not be back. My cuticles were not cut well. When you run your finger along your nail, my nails are jagged. And the polish has puddles towards the top.

I must say this was THE absolute WORST nail place to go to in Chandler. Dont let the fancy interior fool you. The customer service was terrible!! I came in to have a fill and pedicure. Each service was rushed, and i had to repeatedly ask each technician to fix my nails. The woman named Holly did my pedicure, was yanking my toes and did a poor job of cleaning and removing dead skin. She packed on the polish (called it gel) and when I got out of my chair, the coat was already peeling. I paid 75 bucks for a horrible job. Never will I visit nor do I recommend.

Horrible experience. The SNS powder color I picked out was supposed to be pink turned out light purple with the tip of the nail pink. Found out it was a weather changing color that was not labeled that. Had to ask a few times to have them redone. A week later I had polish chip on one nail. I went back and the nail tech tried to just dip the chipped part. I had to ask to have whole nail re-done. Not experienced with SNS. Not customer friendly. I will not go back or refer anyone.
