The whole experience was super relaxing and my nails came out beautifully

I had an amazing experience, i showed my nail tech a picture of the nails i wanted and she completely did want i wanted. i enjoyed the atmosphere and she was really sweet and careful. i highly recommended coming here and i will definitely be coming back ! 💓

I recently had a pedicure done by Norah (I hope I spelt it right) and was immediately impressed by her care and thoroughness. I get pedicures regularly as I have dancers feet and I have to say this was the best service I have ever received. My feet felt so soft for the first time in a very long time. I saw her nails and loved how they looked. I come back to have my nails done and they look beautiful. She took so much time with them and I love them.

Not good.. bubbles in my manicure.. not filed fully. . Or prepared... big rush....had a powder dip and didnt finish properly. .The pedicure done by a male was good.. but Lisa did my manicure and it was not.good.. she also did my husbands pedicure and cut his small toe.. very careless. They are too anxious to get another client and make money quickly. Like a factory...Disappointed. .

Nora or Norma (not sure the proper spelling) is really awesome. She does my nails every two weeks and does an amazing job. A few times other nail technicians take off my nails or mess up the top coat cuz it isnt dry and prefer only Nora doing my nails because she is flawless and never makes mistakes.

My nails look better than they ever have.They are not very friendly, but do good work.

This place is amazing!! My sister and I showed up 30 minutes before they closed. They still gave us services and took their time. Both ladies did a great job. We are very pleased with their services.

First time here and I will definitely be returning! First of all, 10/10 service! They are very quick to make fixes and make sure everything is how you want it. Dinny did my pedicure and Nara did my full set, before they were anywhere close to done I told them I would be returning!

So far the best place Ive been to in AZ... They are super friendly and do a really nice job. Also, very clean and use plastic in their pedicure tubs. The only critique I had was the massage of legs and feet could have been a tad deeper with the pedicure. Ill be returning for sure!!

UPDATE for 4/5/2019Guess I just got lucky the first time with a good manicurist because the one I had today was terrible. My nails look like a child did them. I pointed out several mistakes so she filed some of nails to try and rectify two issues but it was a very sloppy job and in total I wound up with many nails that look terrible. (See photos).The polish was also disappointing because it’s transparent where you can see the nail underneath so it looks undone like it needed another coat. It didn’t apply well and just looks cheap. If the Polish is bad then they should get rid of it.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I was beginning to wonder if a good nail salon in Chandler actually existed after some of my experiences but I finally found The One. We did not have appointments but were able to be seated and have our nails done right away. The staff is friendly and patient.I had a gel manicure and a regular pedicure with two different technicians working on me. Both were meticulous and gentle. I have very thin cuticles and was worried when they clipped them but they were so good at their job that they managed to cut them without cutting me. No thats impressive.Both my pedicure and manicure came out beautifully and have lasted a week thus far with no signs of chipping or wear. They serve water but no other drinks. The massage chairs are comfortable and work well, and the nail technicians were great at putting on the flip flops without smudging our toenails. I have bunions so thats not easy to do.My mom was particularly impressed with her nail technician because she was very patient and gentle despite my mom laughing like a mad woman while having her feet worked on. The owner seems very nice and friendly and truly wants to ensure customers are happy.Im moving out of the country soon but will definitely be back when Im in town.

Victoria nails and spa is amazing. I drive all the way from North Scottsdale just to get my nails done here. All the technicians are great and nice. This nail salon makes you feel welcomed and relaxed. Thank you to Andy for putting up with me I am very picky and ocd about my nail shape and he nails it every time. Love coming here!!

Wonderful place, Lisa and Timi did a great job. I had a issue with my toe, they handle it better than I could have thought. Highly recommend this place. Plus with covid-19- they are doing a great job with plexiglass at the mail stations n keeping space.

Had Tracy do my manicure she was able to match the color I wanted almost exactly! She did an amazing job and redid my sister nails as well. Chris(Kris?) did my pedicure and she was adorable and did a great job! Very impressed :)

Went in to get tips and powder dipped told the lady I wanted all my nails the same length as my pinky nail. Apparently she couldnt understand what I said cuz all she did was file my nails powder dipped them and thats it. Then she charged me $50 for the job.

My boyfriend wanted to pamper me to get my nails and toes done. He found this place randomly and took me. Andy did my nails and we also got pedicures done. Andy did amazing with my nails and left the perfect skinny coffin shape i was wanting! My boyfriend and I also got amazing pedicures and everyone took such good care of us! I went there again because i loved it the first time, and i was a bit upset that no one was there to do acrylics but they could do dip powder so i went with that. I got a light yellow and it came out almost clear which i didn’t mind at all but they gave me a discount for the hassle and i was left amazed. Not only that but Again I got the perfect shape. I love this place! My boyfriend and I will definitely be coming here always!

I found this place by a chance when wandering around chandler. they did a nice job, my feet became happy feet now. They also clean my cuticle so well, no complain. Best natural products for my pedicure ( so in love with it) would love to be back.

Went there at 6pm as a walk in customer - and they were great! Very friendly and took their time with me as a customer even though it was a quiet evening and they were due to close.Had a gel pedicure that looks fantastic. Manager was even kind enough to fix a nail that I had done while out of town the previous week (so I couldn’t return to the same salon for help)The salon is newly remodeled and feels freah and updated.

I have received several of their services, including acrylics and pedicures and I have always left loving the level of service received! I have gotten a gel acrylic full set from both Tracy and Andy and they both do a flawless job! The nail has not changed over the weeks, even when it grew out it was very clean still. A+++

I called to set an appointment for a full leg wax. I was told yes they could do that and to come in at a specific time. I had to wait about 10 minutes past the set appointment time, but that was fine. I had called not long before then and was happy to get a same day appointment. Once we got into the waxing room, I could tell almost right away the woman did not have experience waxing legs or anything other than eyebrows Im guessing. She started just placing the wax in random areas on my legs and left a lot of large areas with hair still on them that never got touched. Basically the entire back of my legs never got waxed at all. She then started tweezing areas she had not even waxed yet. I should have known better and driven farther to go to an actual body waxing salon, instead of a nail salon. I felt bad for the woman, so I still left her a decent tip. If a salon doesnt have someone who is properly trained, then they should not offer that specific service.

I have been going here for a few years. Staff is always friendly, prices are fair, services are great and the salon always looks clean.

Insane pricing! And $10 to take off my nail polish? You can buy nail polish remover for a $1! While I was getting my nails done she wasn’t paying attention and filed so hard I was bleeding! That’s the last time I will ever go to that salon! And pricing is never the same! If I were, you I would pick a different salon

Every time I go there they make sure they pamper me and make me feel comfortable.My fav is the deluxe ped you get hot rock, sugar scrub, hot oil and paraffin wax with fresh orange and honey. They use all organic products. Love it

I came in as a walk-in on a Saturday at noon and the service was great. The whole team worked together to accommodating my needs and wants . My nail technician Steven was very helpful with giving me exactly what I asked for . Definitely coming back because I’m very happy with my nails!

No misunderstanding on how a pedicure is done, what the tools are or how they work or what to expect. It certainly wasnt my first pedicure. I stand by my review that your tech did a mediocre pedicure at best!!Original post: Disappointing. I am looking for a new nail salon and this wont be it. They said no wait when asked. After 10 min, tech next to me said, 10 more minutes. So I wasted 20 min before they even started. Tech did not use callous remover with any pressure and completely missed my heels. After paraffin treatment, I told her they needed to be redone. I waited to see if she was going to ignore the fact it wasnt a complete job.Her leg/foot massage was like being massaged by a child. No pressure AT ALL and nothing but up and down. Lightly rubbing to front of the leg and top of foot is not a massage.All around disappointed in the meh, blah pedicure this place gave me.

I went with my mother, sister, and daughter in law. I was impressed until the very end when the guy at the front insisted that I give a tip for two people because I got a Mani and a pedi even though the same person did both. He practically called the ladies I was with liars and cheated the girl who did my nails. I wont go back.

I came in on Tues 7/24 and Crystal went the extra mile to take care of me. I literally walked in barefoot bc I was in so much pain from being on my feet for work(nursing job,) and Crystal made sure I didnt leave the same way I came in. I have small bony feet, and usually I have to tell people to massage heavier and even then, they act scared like theyre gonna hurt me. This wasnt the case with Crystal. She made my feet feel SO AMAZING like they were on cloud nine and I will definitely be going back. She was very precise and made sure I had pretty perfect toes before I left. We had a great conversation and I cant wait till its time to go again. Thank you so much!

Went there for the first time because my regulars were closed. So disappointed. The guy who did my pedicure did not scrub my feet as left the French Tip so thick my feet look horrible.
