A good nail salon. Got a full set manicure and gel pedicure.Pros:Team was very nice and professional. They don’t accept more customers than they can handle for that day so I like that about them, I called to book an appointment and I didn’t feel rushed while they attended to me. Their matte polish is really good and doesn’t look like candle wax.Cons:-The manicure of 3 of my nails spoilt the same day I did it while doing the dishes at home. The polish lifted up from my nails and water was in between my nails and the polish. That has never happened to me before. I went back the next day and Jimmy, who did my nails initially, was kind enough to redo the spoilt nails. That wasn’t all, the next day I was taking a shower and the same thing happened again but this time with 4nails, the 3 same nails he redid and another nail on my pinky finger. I had to go back again and Jimmy again redid my nails. I made sure to allow my nails sit in the “LED dryer” twice (60seconds in total) before I left. I haven’t had any issues with my nails after that day. Also they are a little pricey compared to the one I go to. I spent $55 for my manicure ($5 extra cos of the shape) and $42 for gel pedicure.

As a walk in wanted gel mani/pedi...said 20 mins....waited...after pedi....they said another 20 mins for pedi....but a regular said they are always this dysfunctional. Dont waste your time bc they will waste yours

Im from out of town and wanted a pedicure while Im here on vacation. I was hesitant to try a new place but Im so happy I went here. This was the best pedicure Ive ever had. I was able to get an appointment right away and the service was excellent. The prices are also extremely reasonable. I highly recommend this nail salon.

Last night I saw Brittany to help me get ready for my bridal shower on Sunday. She is absolutely incredible! She went out of her way to make sure I was happy and satisfied with the way my nails looked! This is a very typical nail place. The inside is a little dated and most of the paint is a bit older. I got a pedicure and enjoyed it. Nice staff but it was very quiet as everyone worked. A lot of people like that but I am a chatty person.

This is by far my most favorite salon!! Everyone is always so friendly, kind, and really know how to leave me loving my nails!! I get in immediately, they always make sure I am accommodated and get exactly what I want. I get out in great timing! The place itself is always so clean, neat, and fun! I love their decor, the nail colors they provide, and the warm, welcoming environment. I took my mom there and she left all smiles! Im always telling my co-workers to come here after they see my nails and want what I got! 5 stars!! Ill be back soon :)

Awesome spot! You know how you try different shops bc u can’t find one you like?? This one you will consistently go back to. I travel a lot and when I’m home in Chandler I try and always fit them in. Best pedicures ever.

Got my nails filled and was very impressed with the quality I usually break a nail within the first two weeks and with the holidays I got way behind on fills they lasted six weeks and that never happens. You definitely get what you pay for but they go above and beyond here with kind and smiling staff and no wait time id highly recommend them!!

This spa Awesome! Ok being a man and never having a manicure or pedicure I was skeptical but my wife of over 10 years finally convinced me to go...it was our first time there(me my daughter, my wife) but it wont be our last!!! They were excellent, clean and friendly. 5 star all the way!!!!

My nails are great! Jackie does a professional job. However I would have liked the time of the procedure to be shorter.

I’ve been going to this place for about 10yrs, I’m not a regular but I go at least a few times a year. My favorite part of this place is the cleanliness, they are always sterile and clean. My only complaint is lately the people I’ve been getting. One lady took way to much skin off causing me to have sores for a week (I have pics but won’t post) and then I went recently (last weekend) and it doesn’t even look like I got a pedicure even though I paid for one of the higher pedicure packages. If I take the time to make an apt I hope to get someone who can give a good quality pedi. If I walk in the of course I expect to just get whoever is available. Both of these last visits were by appointment. My rating is based off 10yrs not the last 2 visits.

It was great! I was walking by and decided to go in. I was assigned to Britney. She did my manicure, a spa pedicure, and my eyebrows. Everyone was super friendly. The salon was clean, the massage chairs were amazing, and they had lots of nail colors. Everything looked santized -- my pedicure sink was given a liner before the water went in and the manicure tools came out of a sanitized bag. It was very affordably priced too! I plan to go back.

Been here a number of times. Ive seen a handful of the lovely nail techs, all have done amazing work. Stephanie had to be my favorite. She is super sweet and friendly. Listened when I asked her to fix something and gave me a great color recommendation. Ill definitely be seeing her again!

1st time client. Came to the shopping center for massage envy, my mother was having a rough anxiety day. They recommend the nail salon for a relaxing pedi. WOW!!!! Racist establishment. During my appointment I’ve seen them turning black people away, even tho they have workers sitting around watching their phones. They were very motivated to help non blacks such as myself. Terrible, terrible service.

Great work and very affordable but saw that the package of cuticle tools (pusher and the clipper thing) had been opened didnt say anything because I wasnt sure. While I was leaving I saw one of the nail techs with a bucket of cuticle utensils and she was repackaging them. I really liked them but my health is first I will be finding another salon.

I paid $22 to have my feet rinsed with water... and painted with regular polish. Only took 15 minutes from start to finish. My feet didn’t even soak in the water. No lotion, no scrub, nothing. This place is horrible, unfriendly, rushes the service, and does such a sloppy job. Would NOT recommend, should be shut down really.

I have been a long time client and noticed new management has taken over. While I love the girls the prices have increased a lot and they dont offer the same pedicure packages they used to offer. If you want polish removal in a pedicure its $8 and if you request a paraffin treatment they now cost $10 and is not included in any package. Just a disappointment to see a nice place like this change prices so drastically. Paying close to $60 for a pedicure is just so spendy. I dont think I will be returning.

Girlfriend brought me here for my first pedicure. Very nice and apparently got new massage chairs the day before. Really nice and relaxing. The women who was doing my pedicure was nice and informative. Great night out

Came here to have a full set with tips of SNS applied, and 2 nails broke within a days time and the top coat had already started to peel the night I had them done. Not worth the money especially when I had to pay more to have my nails repaired so soon.

NailSpa Expose is awesome! Ive been going there for the last 8 years and will be a customer for life. The salon is always clean, comfortable and has a relaxing, fun atmosphere. All of the staff speaks English and all are professional. There are tons of color options and they are always up to date on the latest styles and trends. Nancy is amazing! I highly recommend the salon to anyone! You wont be disappointed.

The technicians were very nice but they are VERY overpriced! I decided to go here because it had good reviews, but I would have saved money driving across town for more affordable prices! It cost me $50 for a pedicure with UV polish and it was one of the shortest pedis Ive ever had. Also had rhinestones put on my nails and lost 8 within ten minutes of leaving. I was shocked at how much they nickel and dime you!

I came here to fix my nails that were messed up by another shop. They did a really good job to make them look normal again. I also got a pedicure done that looks great too.

New owner has gone out of her way to make sure you get excellent service. I recommend this this to anyone who needs a nail salon.

I used to highly recommend this place but they do not honor or take care of long-term clients here (I was a 4-year client). Terrible service when it comes to scheduling. Sad because they used to do a very good job.

My Fiance visited this salon yesterday for a mani/pedi and wax and I was in complete shock on the total when she left the salon! This place is WAY OVERPRICED and and I found no reason as to why other than maybe the salon thinks the part of Chandler they are located within is for the riches. The lady who I assume is the owner is not the most pleasant person. The receptionist/hostess is another story. Overall this place is way over priced and you do not receive the service for which you pay for. Word of advice, check the website for the cost before you get sucked in and walk out of there spending $50 or more for basic services! We will not be recommending this place to anyone simply because of the prices! **If you request a certain tech do not be surprised if you end up with someone else, the lady who I assume is the owner controls the receptionist every move and she will determine who will be your tech. We found this to be VERY rude especially when she had the conversation right in front of us. Again very poor business ethics and goes to show that if you arent their normal client you will not be treated as such! Spend your money else where!

Clean salon, medical autoclave, sterilize implements! I think alot of times people go to salons and think about the price and forget about the cleaniness. Nailspa Expose team knows what they are doing, keeping up with the Fashion, new products, new techniques, educated, and take pride in their work ! Many gel colors to pick from over 250 colors! They used the BEST PRODUCTS!

Clean, warm and welcoming, I consistently receive excellent customer service and beautiful results from this nail salon. So much so that I felt they deserved a good review on top off the good tip I left behind today. ;-)It is a bit overpriced for its modestly appointed decor and not-so-spectacular strip mall location, but I keep coming back for a few big reasons:They installed a super relaxing wall-mounted fountain where others would have stuck a soul-sucking TV;They provide luxuriously long massages for even their basic services;They pipe in spa-style zenned out music instead of tired top 40 tunes;They have always used sterilized tools, and fresh files and buffers on each of my visits;My nails and cuticles always look and feel great! No cuts, no blood, no uneven lengths or French tip lines, no complaints.

I was going to expose for a long time and when my gel manicure lasted less then 10 days i went in to see what they could do for me and apparently its nothing wasted 50 dollars on a manicure that,didnt even last a full 10 days.

Worse experience ever! The staff wasnt nice and the lines on the nails came out not even!
