Appointment took nearly 2 hours. Technician got chemicals on my face when filing previous SNS off my nails. It has been a few days and already peeling? I’ve never had SNS peel. They also let me walk out with nails that weren’t even fully covered in the black SNS as you can see at base of nail in photo. Awful. Waste of time and money.

Absolutely love this place! Everyone is so talented and dedicated here! They are very busy so if you make an appointment be on time or another customer will eagerly take your place! Professional, clean and friendly. Nothing but great things to say about this beautiful nail salon.

LIARS!!! LIARS!!! LIARS!!! I walked in at 6:30 and they close at 7:00. The only people there were the 2 ladies who work there...one was doing others finger nails. I told them I wanted a mini-pedicure. They told me they had 2 customers coming and would not have time. If they had customers coming, how would they serve them with wet fingernails? They just did not want to stop what they were doing to help....oh yeah! A CUSTOMER!!!

I went in to get a gel manicure with a friend who was getting refills on her acrylic nails. My friend finished her nails before mine and was horrified by her nails. One hand had shiny nails, while the other was completely dull. She told the worker about it and they fixed it. She then noticed that the nails did not go down by her cuticles at all. Instead they looked like they had been one for a week already. On top of all that, her nails were square on one side and round on the other... Very disappointing.Gel nails typically last more than two weeks on my nails; however, a day after getting our nails done my new GEL nails had chipped. The gel polish was completely coming off not even one week later!! My friends ACRYLIC nails are completely coming off after a week.Horrible, cheap products! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!

I was excited to find a new salon that does SNS. The man that did my nails never looked me in the eye, never asked me what I wanted besides the color which I hate. He never asked if I liked or not. My thumb was cut and now hurts. My friend saw my nails right after and said I need to ask for a refund and an apology. I never complain but this place is bad news.

I was a walk in for a pedicure. They took the time to make sure I had a wonderful experience. I felt very comfortable and relaxed. The next time I am in Chandler, I will be going back!
