Followed Kim from another salon. Never been disappointed. Love the new shop and everyone there. Each one of them are so friendly and helpful. Not just to customers, but also to each other. Come check them. You will love the artistic designs and attention to details.

Arrived for my appointment and I was taken back to the station promptly. Kim did an amazing job. I asked for the Ombre acrylics and Kim went to work with her artistic skills. They came out beautiful! Kim does truly Amazing work!

Anna does an amazing job! Shes friendly and always up for my challenge on design. People compliment my nails all the time. The shop is very clean and service is always prompt and high quality!

Amazing job! This was my first time ever getting my nails done and I was very well taken care of! I love the shape and how professional they look. Id also like to add that they are clean at this spa. I saw them washing their hands and using sanitizer. They also made sure to use new buffers. Very good experience, will definitely be coming back!

Im impressed with the level of detail Lucys Nails put into providing safe services during a pandemic! Ive always been loyal, however now I can keep being loyal until covid-19 has a vaccine! My nails look fantastic and I have a perfect eye brow and upper lip wax too!!!

Had to find a new nail place. My favorite tech at my last place left. Tried Lucy Nails based on all the other great reviews. Im so glad I did. They did such an amazing job! They were friendly and professional. They are taking measures during COVID to ensure the safety of everyone. I like to get an ombre acrylic on my hands, and not everyone does a good job. They took the time to not only do a good job, but made sure I was happy with how they turned out. Will be coming here regularly. Before and after pics below.

Hands down(no pun intended), THE BEST.I am an avid gardener, so my Mani/pedis are sort of daunting. I usually find myself apologizing to staff as they Mani/pedicure my digits, but before I could, I found myself barely able to move much less verbalize apologies due to the nirvana Id just achieved in the hands of Lucys Nails. Hands down, the best money Ive spent in a year! I thought about trying to do that at home... impossible. It wouldve taken hours and I still couldnt get the results that they gracefully delivered. I was shocked at how quickly they saw me and the amount of personal attention was given to me at such a reasonable price.Im stoked that I stumbled upon them while in town. Definitely, will be a repeat customer.

I absolutely adore everything about Lucy Nails Spa! The nail techs are wonderfully friendly. They take a great deal of pride in their work AND IT SHOWS! I have been to multiple nail salons....from Copa to Scottsdale....and Lucy Nails is by far the BEST. My nail shape is always smooth and symmetrical. The gel polish is perfectly applied and where the other shops only apply 2 coats at Lucy expect no less than 3...even 4 to get the true bottle color! I will always spend my hard earned money to Lucy Nails Spa! This is my opinion, this nail shop is the best around, hands down! From the wonderful staff, immaculate environment and quality service, it is a 5 STAR EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND!*Update* A year later, Tammy is still my favorite nail tech. She will give me any design my heart desires. She always goes the extra mile to make sure that I am totally satisfied with my nails before I leave the store. I have yet to have a nail pop off or have my polish prematurely chip. My nails look great between appointments!

I was one of their 1st customers after they took business over from previous owners and the owner was worried about slow business. Fast forward few months and business is great! It reflects on their outstanding service and friendly staff. The cleanliness of this Salon is also important and they also exceed this expectation as well! You won’t be disappointed.

Customer service is everything to me and Tammy and her staff do that and then some. I had a work event that I had to attend Saturday morning, so I booked an appointment for 6 PM on Friday and picked a very difficult design for my polish. Tammy took her time And finished after hours at 7:40 PM.I have received compliment after compliment, this week about my nail design. She is absolutely fantastic her staff is friendly she is affordable and she is willing to go above and beyond to make sure that her clients are satisfied. By far the BEST nail salon in Chandler.

I went there for the first time today and I was incredibly impressed. Tammy greeted me with a smile and made pleasant conversation while working on my nails. She checked in with me multiple times to make sure I was happy with the work she was doing, which was greatly appreciated. She did a wonderful job on my nails and I will definitely be back.

I have gone to see Tammy at Lucy nails 4 times now because she does a great job. I normally wouldnt get my nails done on a re-occurring basis but they look so nice and she goes as short as I need for work but still shapes and paints great! Everyone here is so nice and always fit me in when I call for an appointment!

Tammy the owner has amazing talent. I have been visiting her for over 4 years now. She takes out my ingrown toenails everytime.
