Love this place! It’s great to take your kids for 2 hours to get out some energy out or have a birthday party. It’s very reasonably priced as well. Always a good time!

Absolutely the best family place. We have the membership and our kids LOVE the classes.

Fun, but wayyy too many people. To be fair, it rained all day so what else would the kids be doing? However, the trampolines were in use the entire time and my 3 kids barely got any time on them. Also, while they are still learning how to ride scooters in a pool; got yelled at multiple times by the older kids for not knowing the unspoken rules (in the way, to much time in the pool...etc.) Needless to say, the didnt spend long in it and ended up getting forced back to the gymnastic side of the center.Simple fixes like time limits on the trampolines per kid or rotations for ages in the skate park would be very helpful.

We had a birthday party here and it was the best place yet. The staff was very friendly, professional, yet laid back. I liked that they only charged us for the kids that actually showed up - and then our own kids were free. Amazing - most places don’t do that and we saved a lot of money. Well worth it!!

Great place for your kids to burn energy. And you cant beat the price. $40 for 2 hours of fun for the entire family. That includes 5 kids and 2 adults.

My kiddos adore this place. However, I just wish their prices were more reasonable. For 2 of my kiddos to play around for 2 hours it was pretty insane. I know there are packages and family monthly deals but with all the other sports we do and other activities we wouldnt use it all that much. I wish they had a punch card that you could buy that would be a discounted rate but you could use them when you wanted. The place is often PACKED - so my pediatric nurses heart is always a bit anxious when I am there, but my kids love it so I am sure we will be back :)

We had my nieces birthday party here and it was great. The entire process was simple and easy. The kids enjoyed their time and had so much fun, we look forward to coming back again.

We always have a great time at KTR. We just finished our 2nd year having the family summer pass. My kids always have the best time when jumping and running around at KTR. The staff is helpful and very quick to check us in and help with whatever we need.

Always a great time when we go here. Recently attended a birthday party in one of the loft areas and it was SO cool. Would highly recommend booking a party here. A longer time slot would be better, but otherwise it was great!

Great space to skate indoors. Mega pool if you like that, and mega ramp too.

Clearly the place to go on Mothers Day as we were the only ones there except for one other child. With three preschoolers they had the whole toddler area to themselves and had a blast! Nice break for the moms.

Came for a birthday party. What a great place for kids of all ages. They seemed to have a pretty good party package goodie bags, food, drinks, snacks. They also have a snack bar with plenty of items to recharge on. The party lounge was great, with super comfy couches. The party hostess was very diligent in checking that the place was clean and whether or not the party guests needed anything.They have memberships, family packages, hourly rates, classes, and a pro-shop with plenty of items for sale. If I lived in AZ, this would be a place my kids would LOVE to check out!

Awesome place. The staff is great, very professional and friendly and they actually enforce their safety rules, which is nice. A great place to let the kids get out of the heat and play. Very clean too.

Such an Awesome indoor action park! Kids of all ages will love the trampolines, indoor skate park area, bouncy gymnastics mats, ninja warrior type courses and more! Snack bar is convenient but mostly loaded with carbs and tons of sugar, would have been a 5 star for me if there were a few healthy foods. Free wifi is awesome for those of us who are able to work remote. They do have a kids area for the little kids and rent scooters and skateboards if you want to do that. No outside food or drink allowed. Super safe with tons of staff at each activity to keep the peace, oh, and only one at a time on the trampolines...

Very spacious and so many different options for the kiddos and for the kids at heart.

This place is super fun for the kids. The cafe area has visibility to most of the play zones so adults can park it at a table and chill. The drinks are about $2.50 each, I think water should be a bit cheaper but whatever. Food prices are reasonable, it can get packed so just be aware!

Great place for all ages, good people and the obsticles are amazing and all sizes for new and older riders. There are also trampolines and many other things. Overall just a great place for everyone and great people there.

On June 27,2021, I took my two grandkids to KTR for the first time. The boys were having a great time at this place. After two hours we were ready to leave and my youngest grandson could not find his shoes in the cubby where he had left them. I asked one of the employees to help us look. He did look and did not find the shoes and he said “ We are not responsible for lost or stolen shoes” I asked to speak to management. The manager (Ean) said that KTR is not responsible. I asked to speak with someone that could help me and Ean said “they will tell you the same thing I just told you” I had to leave carrying my grandson because the concrete was too hot outside. I left very upset and unhappy!!!!

You may not be able to see the amount of people. This makes my anxiety go through the roof. Too many people in recycled air building NOT WEARING MASKS. Employees are...but yeah maybe this place is going to have to wait until after the pandemic is under control.

Love this place! My daughter is in cheer and loves to come here w her friends and theres a place for my little boys to play too. Plus a cafe area for me to post up while they play. Reasonable prices and honor groupons as well.

KTR has a great deal to offer. Indoor skating and parkour training areas as well as some really top notch trampolines and an air tumble floor. Rentals are available for the skatepark and there is both a food venue and pro shop on location. This place is a go to for extreme fun for all ages. We really enjoyed our day there while on vacation.

I really love the place nice staff fun events like dodgeball the skate park is nice and fun I would love to ride without a helmet some times because I gets hot real quick but overall really nice place and the food there is amazing

This place is great! My son had his 13th birthday here and the party package is fantastic! The staff was so helpful and friendly. The kids had a great time! I highly recommend this place! We will be back just for fun for sure!

This place has a ton of room for improvement. Can honestly say I did not see any type of precautionary measures being taken to keep anything clean. So many people on top of each other. Asked for a quesadilla, they were all out. Asked for a hot dog, they were all out. Then I asked for a cup of ice water for my baby and they had the nerve to charge my AMEX .25 cents. Like what?! I would’ve easily bought a real drink if they had food. And the cost to charge my card was more than the .25 cents. Get it together KTR! Will not return.

Great fun. Be sure to watch your scooters because while we were there three people including us Heather scooter stolen. Okay well luckily you are in great hands because the staff is very responsible.

Lots of fun for the kids from ages 4 to 19. This place is big and the best part is that the whole thing is air conditioned. That is perfect for summer.

They should have designated areas to do personal trainings, my son should be able to play anywhere in the park!

My daughter had her 7th birthday party here Sunday June 9th. Plenty of things to do for the kiddos. Hannah was our host during the party and was fantastic.

Fun place for kids sure but during covid not the best. NO ONE wearing masks workers were partially no cleaning seen and tons of people crowded. fun place though not the safest or best during covid

This location is awesome!!! My boys & I absolutely loved it here today! The owner & manager were incredible along with ALL of the staff. We live in Gilbert & usually visit another location but not anymore...this will definitely be our go to! Thank you to all at KTR Chandler...you guys rock!

The kids love this place, but as a parent, they have changed the rates so it is not as economical as it used to be. We had bought 3 gift cards for 3-4hour sessions . When we showed up today the $22 certificates were only good for 2 hours instead of 4 hours. Not happy with that change.

Tons of fun for the whole family. Its pretty expensive for just one person, but a great price for the whole family.

We just had my 11 yo daughters birthday at KTR chandler. It was awesome 25 kids, 8 pizzas ( good pizza!) fantastic facility. Three hours of pure healthy good fun. It was worth every penny . Highly recommend . Staff was really helpful they took care of everything. We had a great time. Thank you KTR!

We love this place. They have something for everyone in the family. Their camps are great and so are the employees.

My kids love this place. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The snack bar is really good and a comfortable place for the parents. I just wish it was a little more affordable. Lower cost or lower cost times would make it easier to come more often.

I’m 12 years old and I’m always at ktr! The staff are super nice and helpful! I think there is nothing to improve on Because that place is just awesome. My friends and I always hangout there because it is a lot better then any other trampoline park in chandler ! It is a great place for family ! I’m also about to have my birthday party there and it’s going to be a great experience!

This is one of my favorite places. It is one if very few local trampoline parks I have found with string bed professional style trampolines. Add to that a huge air floor, concrete indoor skatepark and a parkour course and you have a healthy and endlessly fun place! I started off bringing my kids but I think I like it almost more than them :)

Great place! Lots of fun! Wonderful staff. Amazing variety of different activities for kids and adults. The staff is helpful and will help guide you if you ask. The tight rope was fun. The ninja bars were a great challenge. The trampolines were perfectly spaced. They have lots of equipment to make an obstacle course. The skate park was great for scooters. Great work out for them. Nice decor, clean facility.

My children absolute love this place. I have 3 kids, so we fall under the family plan which makes coming here more affordable. You know its a great place when after 3 or 4 hours of the kids playing here, you still have to drag them out 😁. I really appreciate that the food and drinks are very well priced. Im always impressed with all the teenage staff...there are some great kids that work here. My only complaint is that I wish there were many more comfortable benches for the adults to sit on.

World class fun and recreation for kids of all ages! From trampolines to gymnastic floor running mats to skateboarding to the challenge course, KTR is a fabulous facility for indoor recreation. It does not just stop with their recreation amenities...when you walk into KTR you see the owners went beyond a warehouse feel and instead created a facility that is designed like a recreational resort paradise. To envision a place where parents enjoy sitting in a cafe for a few hours while their kids recreate..KTR created this space too. KTR also has a very well stocked shop to purchase skateboards, gear, high quality board socks...and their hourly facility use rates are very reasonable for such a state of the art world class indoor recreation facility! Definitely a must see when visiting or living in Chandler.

My kid is not much of an athlete, but he loves it here. Hes been here for two birthday parties. They have so much fun jumping and playing! Its nice that they have two party rooms which are open overlooking the jump area. An anxious parent will certainly be relieved by viewing their child. My child did not use the skate area, but it looked to be big enough. You do have to sign a waiver and its pretty extensive. Ill definitely take my kid again.

I wanted to love it but the staff and quality played a big part in me not being a fan. This is a fun place no doubt. My 2, 4, and 9 year old could all do things and enjoyed themselves. What I dont like is that if you have never been before you really have no clue what or where you can walk/play. It is also VERY dirty/smelly. Yes I get that people are running around and sweating and that contributes but it was just insane how bad it was. You dont wear shoes but in the skate park area so you really have to watch your step when making your way to other parts of this place. Now my biggest complaint: STAFF. Pretty sure not a single adult works here, its all teens, which is not my complaint if they actually were there to do their jobs and not socialize and flirt with patrons, seriously nearly every single staff member spent more time mingling and messing around then they did actually watching what was going on. Multiple times I had to step in and remind other people/kids how things worked, appropriate behavior etc. and multiple times I watched someone named Christy? just rough house with Male guests and not bother regulating her section. As a parent, this isnt a place I would ever let my children go if I or my husband werent also present, there are better options out there that we trust.

Wow. great place. took my kids about 15 minutes to get into it but once they did it was great. climbing walls, parkour, skate, trampoline, etc. it was a huge room with LOTS of choices to do! all ages and abilities. they had a BLAST! couldnt pull them out to go home. super fun place to visit and let kids be kids!

The kids absolutely loved it. They have a skate park and areas with trampolines and Matts for running, climbing jumping and flipping. I loved that they had a separate area for 6 yo and younger. I also had fun running behind my 2 yo. It is very reasonably priced for families. We will definitely be back

Great place for active kids! We went at 2pm on a Saturday and it wasnt nearly as packed as we had anticipated. The facility was clean and the employees were really pleasant.

More fun than a barrell of monkeys! I can drag my kids, age 5-14 there when they have the lazies, and soon theyll be jumping, climbing and smiling! Its a little $$, but POGO passes make it doable on a budget. Love that theres a special area for toddlers, heck even new crawlers or sitters will enjoy exploring the cushy surface. Weve been to the Mesa & Chandler locations, and theyre both great!

Great place for family fun

Love the ability my children have to run and play at the different areas. the supervision is moderate so you have to sit to keep an out for your children. the couches are a wonderful addition to the parent area but the cafe area needs updated couches and a better clean. i lost my phone on the side of one amd haf to pull up the seat 🤢it was disgusting. end of evening needs better zoning. however all in all I would take my children back.

This is a great place for kids of all ages. Concrete bowl and tons of skate stuff plus gymnastics equipment, trampolines everywhere, plenty of room for all of the people.

My first experience at this center was during spring break, which undoubtedly was a HUGE mistake, and I’m sure the biggest proponent for my low rating. I took advantage of a family rate for a 2 hour period in the afternoon. If KTR does indeed limit the number of children & attendees, they need to lower their maximum occupants allowed immediately. As far as I could tell, it was an endless open door. The staff to child ratio was unacceptable & a liability. It was mayhem, & unfortunately so many injuries. Nothing serious from my perspective, but lots of tears, this could of been avoided if KTR managed their staff and center better. I was interested in purchasing a membership but decided against it. Great trampoline & indoor skate park. Great, if you actually have the opportunity to use it as it’s intended. Multiple parent/parent, parent/kid, parent/staff, verbal altercations. Again, this unpleasantness wasn’t necessary. If there had been any semblance of care & concern put forth into guests having a great experience, I would of added a star. There was absolutely none. It would behoove the owner of this location to re-examine policies & procedures before their insurance underwriter does- thank you

Cool place. I like the idea of the seating area being elevated above the play area.Makes seeing your child a lot easier when they are running all over the place.

Good prices, lots of parking staff is friendly really young so have patience, but I had fun my kids loved it there is Alot to do and keep busy with they have adult beverages snack and food counter so have fun enjoy

KTR is AMAZING!!! The staff was BEYOND amazing when I came in with my son and his 7 friends! The two girls up front were SO welcoming and they helped me make sure all the kids were appropriately signed in! The two guys in the cafe were SO friendly and helpful, even when I thought I would lose my mind ordering food and drinks for 8 kids. And I cant thank the staff enough that walked around and monitored and watched the kids play! The staff treats you and your kids like family and that is what makes KTR such a great, fun, and safe place! Thank you for making our night a blast!! Cant wait to come again!!

Our family has been to both locations but we were excited when this location opened. The staff was friendly the facility is nice and the kids had fun. I get emails from them often and when it came time to book their birthday party KTR was our first choice, they even sent me a reminder email their birthday was coming up. I log into their website check the pricing, a little on the expensive side, but they do most of the work so you cant really complain. I had a couple of questions before we booked so I called and had to leave a message. Three days go by, no return call, I get it they are busy, someone forgot, it happens. I call again, this time making sure it is during their posted hours. Get voicemail again, leave another message. Another day goes by, no return call. I go back to the website to book the party anyway, I can ask them my questions when they call me back. The date is still available, or so I thought, get all they way through the convoluted process then it takes me to yet another booking site where low and behold my date is no longer available. I call back again, during business hours, voicemail AGAIN, so I called back and opted to talk to someone at the shop. They answered on the first ring, I apologized said I have been trying to reach someone at the front desk asked if they could connect me so I didnt go into their voicemail black hole. I was on hold for 20 minutes before I finally gave up. The service or lack thereof is why we will not return.

Everything was great! Trampolines were busy and there was a wait most of the time but the kids took turns bouncing. Well staffed and they seemed to be in control of everyone. This place is really really busy. Lots of kids! Expect to spend at least two hours here and expect to have a lot of fun!

The staff is friendly and the facility is super fun. However, the lack of transparency and communication for pogo pass users is terrible. We had purchased a pogo pass this year in large part for the 2 KTR admissions. Luckily we stopped in in the begging of feb only to find out that they will not be accepting pogo pass beyond the end of the month! No email, no notification on pogo pass, nothing. Then I brought my excited kids in on presidents day to use the pass before it expired only to be turned away because they dont accept pogo on holidays. Again, no transparency. I basically cant use the trips I bought here. And I had to leave with 2 really disappointed kids.

Great variety of fun for the whole family. Swamp cooler to escape the heavy summer heat. Skate park for the older kids, but really fun for all ages. They do have an isolated area for small kids so they don’t get ran over. Make sure to wear workout clothes because you will sweat!

Worst place for my family and kids will never come back employees like little kids they cannot handle anything anyway. I’m done Screw you KTR . Need to hire professional employees knows how to deal with kids and families. 0 star all the way .

Everyone at the party who hadnt been there loved it. Veterans of this place understand the risks as theyve had kids who leave with broken bones (literally) and other injuries. Its got a great cafe. The staff is amazing and bathrooms are clean. We had a birthday party here. Totally worth it.

My kids LOVE this place! But their lack of comfortable seating/tables for the adults makes me not want to go every time they ask. Yes, they do have the cafe, plus a few benches placed around the main area. But when this place is busy (which is every time Ive been there) there is just no place to sit & relax while your kids have fun! They have several party areas that could be used for extra seating when not in use, but instead they block it off. Why not let parents hang out in these extra areas when there arent parties happening? I was there yesterday and watched as parents/grandparents wandered around aimlessly holding their cafe food in their hands for 2 hours, not knowing where to sit :( It should be an easy fix & would make the trip to KTR fun for both kids & parents 😁

Crear place for all ages up to 18 years old, we had the birthday party of our granddaughter, and every body enjoy it, the hostess were very helpful and nice, the place is very clean, I will recommended to everybody that has kids

We attended a birthday party here today, I was very impressed with the cleanliness, even the bathrooms. Kids had a ball, met a few new friends while lounging with other parents. 👍

They built a mega ramp for scooter kids to stand on. Watched an attendant sit on his butt. A better use of time would be to have an attendant near the ramp and to move kids not doing anything out of the way. Great setup, clean, fun, and overall nice place. Only recommendation is to have more mature staff to supervise the lines and have kids move out of the way when doing nothing. Have a hang out spot for these kids that are only here to socialize.
