Awesome place. Never crowded. Clean and staff is friendly. Bathrooms are clear. Equipment all works. Lots of equipment to choose from. AC and fans are always on and temperature is good to work out in. All pros, no cons.

First time back at a Planet Fitness since before Covid hit and I must say this is one of the best locations Ive seen! Staff is so helpful. Facility is very clean and noticeable upgrades all around!

Dont get me wrong this is a gym..in the abstract, in which I mean it does have treadmills and a weight area but if you are a hard gainer this is not the place for you. the weights are limited and have only a few incline benches and Smith machines this is more for the casual dieter IMO. it is a nice new updated facility with a circuit arena and black card spa which has massage chairs and a water table ..its a bit gimmicky for me but thats just me

My only gripe is that theyre still not back to being open 24 hrs. Especially since I just returned from Michigan and Ohio and all the Planet Fitness were open 24hrs there 🤔 i will give 5 stars when that happens.. other than that great gym and staff .

I am so happy to be back at the club. The staff is always so friendly and their strict adherence to no critics and everyone is welcome makes it so inviting regardless of your level of fitness or your age. All this at a really affordable rate. I love my club.

I was there as a guest. Staff was super friendly, gym was clean, and they had cleaning stations spaced out all over. I like how the machines counted your reps for you. I enjoyed my visit today.

Friendly front office staff. Very clean facility. Love the tutorials you can scan on your phone to learn more about the equipment. Love the different televisions so you can watch what you want to while working out.Trainers are very patient and helpful( as I am a beginner)

Ive always enjoyed my workouts here. The staff is very friendly and upbeat, equipment is plentiful and clean. My issues are typically with the other customers, especially the guys that come in the evening who just hover over the weights and clearly skip leg day. But overall, great services for $10 a month

It’s comfortable, diverse, and genuine. Everything they preach in ads is the reality at my gym on Arizona Ave. Its comfortable in terms of a well maintained facility, up to date and quality equipment, and clearly targeted to help you feel comfortable. It’s diverse in terms of a wide variety of fitness levels. People at all levels are there so there is never an element of feeling out of place. I grew up going to gyms in Southern CA and being a distance runner with minimal muscle was a little intimidating around heavily advanced fitness levels. It’s comfortable for getting back into shape or even getting quick exercise before work. They are genuine in the fact that they have things set up to actually help you feel like you belong- one of their mottos. You don’t get that at a lot of gyms, I’m a track coach, so I see a lot of them. I recommend PF to any and all people and their price is very competitive and very reasonable.

Need to fix the ac unit in all locations. It I always so hot for Arizona

Great place to workout no crowds clean enviroment.

I like that they are open, but they dont stress enough with people working out to clean their machines when finished. Lots of people use equipment and then walk away. I spoke with the manager about it, but nothing has changed. Also, with the facility being shut down for months, they didnt pro-rate they yearly maintenance fee, so I got charged the entire amount, but the equipment went unused for many months. The staff if friendly and always greet you when you check in and when you leave. Lastly, some of the machines arent working correctly and have pointed them out to staff, but nothing gets fixed timely.

So I travel for work. However Sunday mornings people sitting on counters on their phone ignoring you, you can litterly not check in and walk right by. The bathrooms and lockers are dirty.. No hot water again.... The stalls are dry. Its about 7 am. So I dont understand. Some Planet Fitness are Great and some others are bad. Please dont respond with a generic or a wow I dont believe it...

Best 10 dollars a month I have spent. The place has everything I need to get a good workout, it is clean, the staff is friendly, and they worked with us when COVID hit.

If you like to go to a gym where the employees are dancing on treadmills and cussing while the manager laughs and records them, then this is the place to be. The manager also jumped on the counter while another employee filmed her. And no, it was not an April Fools joke. Completely unprofessional. Needless to say, I am now working out at another gym.

While we have been members for five years, we currently are not going to the gym, and our waistlines show it. A fairly quiet, unintimidating place to work out. The equipment almost always works. Friendly staff.

This is a great gym experience for the casual gym person. I am dealing with an injury post 21 leg surgeries. They have a nice mix of machines, treadmills, bikes and free weights. They also have hydro massage, tanning beds and red light therapy. Great if 3-45 lb dumbbells are good for you. Not for the HEAVY lifters. Most of the machines have at least 2 versions. They also have a nice round of machines for a quick 20-30 min full body workout. Plus they are open 24 hours and 365 days with only limited hours on Major holidays. Yes i have gone in at 2am and they are open. You cant beat the price. $10-$20 a month depending on if you want the massages and tanning option. With my $20 a month I get it all plus I can bring a friend for free when ever I want.

Went here with my daughter for a couple of days. It was well kept and clean. Not to crowded and all the machines worked. I really enjoyed it. I will get a membership myself and go. Recommend this place for the price.

This is a great gym to work out in. It is very clean. They have plenty of machines so you don’t have to wait for anything. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The staff is very helpful and the facility is always clean. I forgot my earphones and the manager lent me her adapter so I could listen to my workout music!she gave my a deal in the earphones they had for sale too! I was so happy and it made my day!

I really enjoy going to this gym but sadly its very difficult to get a hold of a trainer. Why is that??? At least someone to teach us how to use the equipment correctly. but it get very frustrating that a trainer is never available.

Great place to work out. I would give it 5 stars but the staff do not regularly monitor the 30 minute workout area. Its often full of people camping on machines playing on their cellphones rather than working out. Go sit on your arse at home!

Been going here for about 3 weeks. Love the staff, always very helpful. Great place for someone who is looking to get back into shape. Love all the extras like the tanning booth and massage beds. Great staff and awesome workout experience! The instructors do a pretty good job of motivating us. Ive finished a few harder workouts that I wouldnt have on my own.

The machines are really nice. The only problem I feel is that people campout on the machines because they are texting or playing on their phones. They are not using the equipment just using it as a park bench. This needs to be monitored by the employees and enforce a no camping out on equipment policy. Others are wanting to use the equipment too.

I love the convenience of the locations. I love the fact that you can find a cardio machine to work out on anytime of the day. I love the ab circuit. I love the massage chairs and aqua massage tables. I love that I can bring a guest with me anytime........ Planet fitness ROCKS!

Overall a good club. On a few occasions the personnel do not know how to set up the tanning booths or massage chairs. Frustrating and a waste of time. If they were properly trained, i would of given them 5 stars.

Ive been using Planet Fitness for 18 months and Im very pleased with the facilities and my personal results have been great. Ive lost 25 lbs and gained muscle. The only thing you need to do is keep showing up.

You cant beat this gym for the price at $10 per month! Clean and well taken care of with a friendly and helpful staff. Definitely not the place for serious lifters, but for the average person its a great gym. Ive had friends at other locations who were harassed with their grunts, water bottles, etc., as the gym tries to keep them away. Also, weights in dumbells only go so high, and no free weight benches. In the past this wouldnt have been the place for me, but nowadays its perfectly fine.

Planet Fitness is a great tool that I have used to change my body and my life. Its affordable, close to were I live and the staff is very inviting. I go just about every day and Ive been able to lose 60lbs since I first joined. I would definitely recommend this gym to friends and family and I look forward to many more days of awesomeness!

This is a good gym for the price, but forget going between 4-8 PM: too many people and youll have to wait to use weights. Its terribly dark in the parking lot at night, and as a woman, I dont feel safe going at night alone. There are lights in the parking lot, but Im not sure why they dont turn them on...? Come during the day, and its generally quiet and accessible. Black card amenities are great, but be prepared to be assertive in asking to use them, as the staff is frequently preoccupied with who knows what, so you have to work a bit get their attention.

I would like to address the negative review… obviously your a competitor from another gym.I have never ever encountered anything negative at this gym in the FIVE years I’ve been coming here...From the time you walk in the door and walk out… They treat you like family! I’d rather be treated like family with a friendly hello and I heartfelt goodbye.Shouldn’t everyone have fun at their job? Low membership fee. Chose from free weights, treadmills, cycyling, stair master and eliptical machines. A separate area for circuit workouts. Mats, medicine balls, kettle bells, ropes, stretching cage and more. Equipment and bathrooms are always clean. No pool.

(THE MASSAGE ROOMS NEED SOFTER LIGHTING! STARING UP AT THEM DURING A MASSAGE IS SO BRIGHT IT MAKES ME FEEL LIKE I NEED TO BARF) This is a great 24 hour planet fitness and its next to a 24 hour WinCo. It gets very crowded and they are short staffed and the locker room is very tiny. The showers are nice though!

Great Customer Service and Great Facility. I was a member when they first opened, then decided to cancel my membership because I wasnt making the time to go. They were as friendly when I was cancelling as they were when I signed up! Needless to say, when I decided to start working out again, I went back to them! Highly recommend.

Nice helpful staff, place is ALWAYS clean but they only have 3 StairMasters and one of them has been out of commission for a month. I like going there.

I just joined recently and I cant deny its a great value. No frills gym, whats to be expected. But the thing that KILLS me is that the stair masters are always taken and there are only 2. Thats my favorite form of cardio and one of the main things I come to the gym for and I have only been able to use it once in over 10 times coming!

There is always a friendly face to greet you when you come in and a friendly face wishing you a great rest of your day when you leave. The customer service is wonderful. I had a question about adjusting the hydrobed and they were very patient with me. Love going to get my workout on.

Signed up as a client. The young man never even looked me in the eyes..... In fact when I walked in the staff was talking and laughing amongst themselves... Probably why they didnt even bother to speak... Never received a shirt nor a membership 💳.... I canceled 2 weeks later. Never again. The Planet Fitness in Colorado and Florida was so much better... You guys dropped the ball... Major Fail......i have one star because it wouldnt let me give half a star ugh

Usually busy, remember to read contract fully and dont trust what they say about the contract to get you to sign up. I use the gym weekly so it works for me. No cash accepted, online sign up is easier than going down to the gym. If you go in person remember to bring your check book

My wife and I have both had bad experiences at gyms we belonged to so we were hesitant to try again until we saw this ad in our churchs bulletin about Plant Fitness. We decided to give it a try and from the moment we stepped in and were greeted by the well mannered staff and fellow gym members, we knew this was a great choice.The equipment are top notch, the members and staff are kind, no judgement on your fitness level and the special services are amazing. The price is right and highly recommend the Black Card membership. The changing room, locker room and restroom are spotless. The lighting is great and the overhead televisions are perfect.We highly recommend this gym to everyone.

Just a great place to workout. Be a Black Card Member and you can bring a guest free (my wife Marie). Tanning and Massage with the membership. Oh, if you do do not know the proper way to excersise/workout they do have trainers.

Planet fitness is a place I would recommend for beginners like me. Their biggest thing is to make people feel comfortable and not ashamed to work out like you might feel at LA fitness which is great because I know I feel self conscious at sometimes. I love their 30 min workout booth for those days Im just not feeling it that area kind of makes me get into it. And they have other things like tanning booth and massage beds. In Arizona you dont really need tanning beds but I love all over even tan. But the reason it got only 4 stars is because for those who are or become advanced it is not as fitting for them. The weights dont go high, there are limited machines and because of their cheap price is going to be beyond crowded when New Years resolution time hits.

Ive been attending PF for 3 years now. I like the atmosphere and the variety of people there. Anna at the Chandler location is always nice and kind and makes you feel welcomed.

Helpful management. A large variety of work out choices. And great AC.
