Where do I begin with this place....I absolutely LOVE IT here! From the owner to all the barbers down the line, they are great! Exceptional service from Jim who has cut my toddlers hair twice now. My son loves to go here! Before, getting his hair cut was like someone cutting him open and now completely opposite! Jim makes getting my sons hair cut a treat...All I can say is, thank you so much for your care!

Best place in Chandler to get your ears lowered hands down! Maury and the boys will get you cleaned up in no time and fill you in on the local happenings and hash out the latest headlines with grit and a generous dash of humor. They dont make them like this anymore and I cant recommend this place enough!

Maury runs a great shop. It’s always a delight to go there, get a great haircut, and have enjoyable conversation with the guys. This will be my only barbershop.

I hate to do a bad review, but I’ve been jumping from place to place and trying to find a barber that actually listens, and is experienced in fades. My request is very simple... 1/2 low-mid fade, and I asked just a nip off the top. What I got was basically a high and tight with quite a bit taken off the top. Not discounting the other barbers there. And maybe it was because it was almost closing time.... but, sorry no excuses. Consistency in quality is key. I’ll probably go back to give them another shot.

The guy that cut my hair here cut one side entirely too short. He refused a refund and argued with me about how thats how it was supposed to look.. he wouldnt fix it. Way to treat your customers guys.

Just moved here from the East Coast and needed to find a good barber. After reading the reviews on this one I thought “alright let’s give this one a shot and see how it goes!”. I didn’t expect to strike gold at the first place! Beyond impressed with their customer service and the skills they carry. I really liked that my barber even made variable suggestions based on what I told him I wanted. Felt like one of those REAL small town barber shops where everyone knows each other. Again, really impressed! I’ve found my barber shop!!! Thanks guys!

Love love love this place. It is a true good ole boy babershop. I take both my boys here 3 and 15. Chris is amazing! My toddler will wait just to have him cut his hair. The do not take appointments and it is based on first come first serve. It is worth the wait. See you soon.

Great old fashioned barber shop. I’ve never had a bad cut. They always have plenty of barbers working, so usually I get a chair immediately. The longest I’ve ever waited was ten minutes.

Ive been looking for a new regular place for great haircuts, and I FOUND IT. I tried Floyds 99 as well as other smaller shops and each one was good...But not excellent. I saw high ratings for Country Clipper and decided to give it a shot since I live nearby. The moment you walk in, you know that it is a legitimate barbershop. Amazing decor that welcomes you and makes you feel at home. The staff is friendly and made me feel like I was a regular.Now for the cut. I sat in James chair and just from looking at my current hairstyle suggested what kind of cut I needed. He nailed it spot on, asked all kinds of clarifying questions to make sure I got what I wanted. He was precise, fast and fun to chat with during the cut. By the time he was done, I was blown away by how well it all turned out and couldnt be happier.If youre looking for a new place, I cant recommend Country Clipper enough. Get there early to avoid a wait, and see what a true barbershop can do for you! For those who care, there are large TVs for watching sports and what not as well, but I was fascinated just looking around at all the retro and unique decorations all over the walls.

Been going to country clippers a bit over a year now. Chris is my go to, but every barber in this shop can give a quality cut. Atmosphere is relaxed, comfortable and conversations are open. Highly recommend.

This place is fantastic and has been my only barber shop since moving to Chandler two yeas ago. However, they outrageously close at 5pm daily and now I have no choice but to find another barber shop because I can never make it there before 5 and Im sure Im not the only one. The last couple times I actually got there by 4:45 and they had already closed. Why not open an hour later and close an hour later? How do they expect working people to be able to take their business there? Its a real shame cause I really do like this place.

Love this old time barbershop. 5 chairs, with each barber having a special personality. Has a great feel inside, they love law enforcement, and they can talk any story you are interested in. Fun place to get your hair cut.

We brought our three little boys in, as well as my husband this past week. They all came out with the best haircuts theyve ever had! The guys working there were so kind and patient with the kids too. We will definitely go out of our way to come here for their cuts from now on!

New to town, looked up some places where I could go, decided to visit Country Clipper after briefly reading the reviews. I called them asking for an appointment and they were like just come on in theres no waiting. I reached the place, I was on the chair directly from the door. The guy was really nice and I got a good haircut for a great price! I think Ive found my go-to place in Chandler.

Just wish I could give this place SIX stars! Me and my two boys have been coming here for the past 15 years or so. The best thing however - they know me so well by now - it takes less than five words to describe what I want - and my haircut comes out perfect each time.Also, if you got problems - sit in Maurys chair (chair #1) - hes part-time therapist - like all good barbers should be!Props Maury!

Its the third best haircut Ive gotten since I moved to Chandler but it was the most expensive. But they were open they get points for that.

Went there for the first time today looking like a mountain man. And came out looking like a new man haha. The experience was great, the staff were friendly and the barber James who cut my hair/beard did an impeccable job. I will definitely be coming back every time I head up to chandler from Tucson to visit my family.

This was my first time at a barber shop, ever. David took good care of me. He shared some knowledge of the barber shop I was in and hooked me up with a great fade and face shave. Im addicted now.

Great barber shop. Nice, old-timey feel. Dont go in expecting a bunch of over the top nonsense, just some excellent barbers and a few TVs on the walls. Exactly how a barber shop is supposed to be. The cuts are a bit more spendy than other shops Ive been to, but they do include a straight razor neck shave.
