We have used Antrim several times for repairs and they have always been quick to take care of us. When we decided to replace the whole system, we compared the prices between Antrim and a deal with Costco, and found Antrim to be the better priced system.The installation was punctual and professionally done. And when they ran in to some unforeseen issues in my attic that made things much more difficult for them, they still handled it professionally and put everything back as it was before they started.We had our nursery room on a corner of the house and it was always the hottest room. As part of the install, Anthony said he could optimize the ducting to increase the air flow to that room. The nursery is much better now, and matches whatever temperature we have the house set at.We recommend Antrim to anybody that asks, and will continue to do so. The service is worth it.

I recently had my a/c unit replaced by Antrim Air and normally don’t leave reviews. But they did such a fabulous job that I really wanted to share my experience. I have been a long time customer and they have always been awesome to deal with. Whenever we have had issues with our very old unit they were extremely responsive and always fixed the problem quickly. They worked with us the last 2 year’s to keep our unit working until we were able to replace it. The installation was not easy and it was very hot but the team, yes team, at Antrim was wonderful and diligently worked to get it done in one day so we were again comfortable. If you have any reservations about this company I can personally tell you they are very professional, courteous and really care about their clients. You can’t go wrong with them. I am a loyal forever customer.

Antrim Air was great to work with for both the AC maintenance and installation. They gave me great information to make a decision on what I needed to do with my old unit. They did some research to help ease my concerns with refrigerant getting phased out. They worked with my tenant on timing allowing me to not have to be a middle man. Great quality, good advice and fair price. I highly recommend them and will use their services again on other properties.

We have been using Antrim for approximately 7 or 8 years. Anthony does very good work and is quick to respond to our needs. He recently replaced our air conditioning/heating unit and thermostat. We had to wait four months for Trane to ship the new unit, but Anthony provided us with an alternate unit until the new one arrived. Not too many companies would have done that. I would recommend this company to anyone. To start, we had three companies come out and provide a quote. Antrim is the only company that provided a quote with the line items we discussed. Our first impression was the attention to detail. They offered ways to provide savings and gave honest opinions.They came and did the duct work first. They cleaned up all the insulation with a vacuum and even wiped walls. They noticed damage on my floor and asked if they did it. I explained it was the dogs, but I was impressed how clean and considerate of our home they were.They called and said they couldn’t install our AC as scheduled since I couldn’t get the parts yet. The next day we received a call back and actually had out install date two days earlier!Billing was responsive and clear. We ended up using our existing air vent plates (I am sure I am not using the right term), so they adjusted the invoice to remove that price.I don’t spend time writing many reviews, but this business deserves your attention. :)

Our AC went out on a Friday afternoon, and we were amazed Antrim was able to send someone within the hour during the 115+ heatwave. Our guy was professional, courteous & explained the work he did. I have had services by Antrim Air for several years and have been completely satisfied with the exception of the last service. I was informed by the tech that came out to do a routine maintance, per our service contract, that he did not feel safe on our roof. We were reschedule. The maintance was performed by another tech at a later date, which, was totally acceptable. I subsequently called to update my plan and question why one of the tech felt unsafe. I was informed at that time that since the path to my A/C was tiles it was not safe and that my account was flagged to only certain individuals to service my A/C. I was concerned that since my A/c is older, and the fact that it could go out at some point, and leave my family in a bad situation, that I may not get service as needed in a timely manner. Upon speaking with the tech that was assigned for my service, I was informed that I would need to sign a waiver that if tile were broken that I was liable for damage, which, I would have been more than agreeable. All the years they serviced my A/C, it was never brought to my attention that my account was flagged due to any particular structure issues. The tech was very defensive and almost attacking, when I was trying to get information and basic insurance that I would be able to get service in a timely manner, esp. if my A/C was out. This is an FYI to others.

What a great company! I used Antrim Air to install a Mini-Split AC system in my garage. Not only were their prices the as good or better than the other quotes I received, but more importantly that were awesome to deal with. They were on time, professional, and did a top notch job. I would recommend them to others.

December 2020 update:We used Antrim to replace both our aging AC units. Oddly, though on par for 2020, one of the units had a bad part needed for heating and it wouldn’t work. Somehow missed during quality control at the factory I guess. Despite their busy schedule, they worked with the manufacturer and got a replacement part the next day and got our unit up and running. From the time that Anthony came out to give us a quote on our new A/C unit to the finish installation of the new unit, the service was beyond amazing. It all started with his thorough explanation of everything when he was going over our quote for the new unit and what needed to be done along with which unit would fit our needs. Our old unit was 16 years old and at the time of the quote we told them to take their time scheduling an install since we had a working unit. Not like some people with the heat that didn’t. Talitha was great to work with and schedule our new installation date - not to mention going over the payment plans and documents. Anyways, wouldn’t you know it our old unit died three days before our new unit was to be installed. Anthony came out right away on that day it died and told us we needed a new motor - knowing we weren’t going to put one in since the unit was being replaced he tried to keep it working until our installation date. All this was of no charge to us. The new unit was installed and what a wonderful unit it is - quiet and does an amazing job cooling down the house. Anthony did a wonderful job taking care of us from start to finish. I will end this review on why this company is so unique and one that I will always recommend for A/C work. Why: We had to have a second air return put in since we up graded to a larger system. Anthony notice the style of our air return in the hallway and ordered the second one to match the one that was initially put in the house when it was built. That way the second air return looks like it has always been there. Who pays so much attention to that kind of detail - Anthony does at this company. Five stars is not enough for this company.

Great company! Honest and reliable! We had to buy an entire new Air conditioning unit. Even though it took a week to get it installed, they were honest and had amazing service. We used another large company before and were not pleased with their service. With the big company, it felt like a sales pitch instead of actually wanting to help us. It was a great company and so glad that I used them.

When Antrim recommended a new unit, I could trust their opinion.I was provided a list of options for equipment and financing. I liked that it was 5-6 options. So a good selection, but not overwhelming. I had questions about both. Talitha helped me understand sizes, likely return on investment, efficiency, and speed.The installation was quick. I purchased my first home this past year and had issues with the HVAC company that I am contracted through with my home warranty. I contacted Antrim Air and Anthony came out and inspected my unit free of charge and gave me his honest opinion and verified what work needed to be done. He also offered to come back out once the work was completed to make sure everything was done correctly. Not many companies care enough to come out and check up on you and expect nothing in return. All I know is once my warranty is up Antrim Air is where I’ll be going for all by HVAC issues or concerns! They are more than just a business and they actually care about they community they serve!

If I could give Antrim Air and their entire team 10 stars I would! I have used Antrim for all of my HVAC repairs and Maintenance as well as a thermostat upgrade. They have been amazing. When I was having trouble with my home warranty company and was unable to get any HVAC service in a timely manner, I called Antrim. They came out and did the repairs that totaled in the neighborhood of $400.00. I was a brand new customer and was beyond frazzled and near tears after my interaction with my Home Warranty company. Antrim charged me no more than the set fee I would have paid through home warranty. I was so appreciative and surprised by the kind gesture I think I was rendered a bit speechless. They continue to impress me. I have had them here in 118 degree weather and downpour Monsoon rains, and they are always exceptionally professional and take their time to explain every detail of what needs to be done. They provide great rates and simply service that can not be beat. Arizona is not my home state and it is nice to know I have a company I trust to manage my HVAC needs. Local veteran owned company worth calling. I am always impressed with their knowledge and honesty. Antrim Air has been maintaining our units for the past 3 years. All issues we have had in the past with our units Antrim promptly came and fixed it with no problems. I highly recommend Antrim Air and will only call them for any of my HVAC needs.

We called Antrim Air for a second opinion after a different company misled and lied about a repair and the amount of refrigerant we had to replace (claiming a coil was leaking in the handler and 20 pounds of freon needed to be replaced on a 4-ton unit). Nope! Antrim’s to the rescue! The response time was great and Anthony was very respectful of my home and family. Anthony did find a small leak on the unit, repaired the stem, replaced 3 pounds of freon and verified that everything was in good order. Regrettably, we wasted time and money through our home warranty company and learned not to rely on the clowns a warranty company sends. In the future we will completely rely on Antrim knowing we can trust and depend on them. They were also the only company out of four others that we spoke to that didn’t tell us that our 10 year old unit likely needed to be replaced.Thank you Talitha, Anthony, and Antrim Air!

AC went out in my rental condo in East Mesa. Called one of the Big Boys in town...ooooh, your compressor is shot, lots of issues, 3900 bucks to repair. OR, we can sell you a NEW one for 5700! Called another place, almost the same exact script, except 2000.00 more!! Called Antrim their tech came out close to 5 PM. Looks like a loose wire, and, you need a charge. 45 minutes later, and just a very small service call charge, AC works like a Champ!! Honesty goes a long way, Antrim...you are the Good Guys!

Such an amazing company! Super fast too! We were stuck with a broken A/C on a 118 degree day in AZ with a 2 year old! They had same day response and in less then 24hrs we were enjoying ice cold AC! Very friendly and caring people who always keep you informed on the status of your appointments, parts, and even let you know if something looks as if it will give you future issues! They treat you like real people and not just a bank account! Their pricing is great!!!! And don’t take advantage of you! We will never use another company other than Antrim Air!!!

I sent them out to look at a friend of mines house when 4 others said the unit needed to be replaced for the tune of around 10k.He was able to repair almost nothing as it was only a small problem.He is honest and trustworthy
