Ive been a gold card member since 2010, that should say enough.I do believe some higher costing services should include other services for those that are members such as:Air duct cleaning: They dont replace filters, or clean exhaust fans. A follow up inspection should be includedShould include air quality check and air flow check.Thats just my opinion.Highly recommend this long standing business. I sand6 behind my recommendation

I called this company mistakenly. I had intended to call a different company as a returning customer and didnt realize until James was at my house and already diagnosing the problem that it wasnt the company I thought it was!! It was a lucky mistake, time will tell, but Climate Pro could not provide better customer service, from scheduling, which was same day, to communicating throughout the entire process, they were excellent. James took his time with me, explained everything, showed me video of what he was describing and laid out all my options. Aside from the expense of having to deal with something no one wants to deal with, James made it pretty painless and engendered trust and confidence. I enrolled for regular maintenance even though I called them in error, Climate Pro earned a repeat customer for sure.

From the moment I called it was a great experience. The person who answered the phone was one of the happiest phone greeters Ive ever talked to. She had Matt and Marshall the same day (today). He was proactive and already prepared to order the part at the closest supplier with an estimated travel time to get there and back. Once the issue was resolved, another anticipated issue was identified and he was already prepared to explain that issue as well. James had taken measurements of the issue and took photos to share so we could make a decision for possible action immediately. It was so helpful to have photos from all of the technicians each and every time they come out to service our HVAC systems. Such a pleasant experience! My AC went out unexpectedly in the late afternoon, and a technician was able to come out by 9pm. Beau was professional, kind, and efficient. I was extremely impressed with his willingness to share each step of the process and to make sure I understood. Wonderful experience! We had an ac unit that stopped working and Climate Pro got us in the schedule for the next day. I was scheduled for an airflow analysis of my home with spencer. I mistakenly thought this was a home energy audit which is a different product, however Spencer took a little of his own time to educate me and provide a couple of obvious pointers out on where I could make some initial improvements to my air flow. Since I had already done some of my own research on the subject of airflow, intake versus exhaust and mechanical versus passive for example, I knew right away that he was much more knowledgeable than I was, as he should be!I have since consulted with a couple of other pros who highly endorsed exactly what Spencer recommended for my home. He was pleasant and professional and on time as well as courteous. I really could not ask for more and I highly recommend Spencer and his company to anyone wanting a transparent and educational transaction with bonded and insured professionals.

While they could do better with timing and schedueling (not a huge issue) they are definitely a good quality company. The technician was very polite and a joy to talk with. He completed the job quickly and provided me with a clear report of the issues that need immediate attention. (Mostly just cleaning).

He was very through and providing me with a few solutions for my AC situation. He did not immediately try to sell me on a new unit. Even though my unit was pretty old. The Technician was phenomenal in his customer support and impeccable service backed by an amazing organization!

They are professional and responsive to my concerns/questions. One issue is timing/appointment. Two appointments were 1-2 hours late; one was rescheduled. They are also late in processing my rebate from SRP of the new AC system. Its been over 2 months since the installation. I think the rebate process has just been started. I do really appreciate that they wore shoe covers when they came inside. I will write a follow up review after 1 year anniversary of my new AC system. It is a huge investment of home improvement!

The Technician Beau was prompt, professional and had a great rapport with me. Had one of our 2 newer units they installed 2 years ago go out right when we were in the process of closing on selling our house. It was a very quick fix, he was there for maybe 15 minutes and had the AC back up an blowing ice cubes. Excellent service!!! Thank you Beau and thank you Climate Pro!

I had to change my review. Climate Pro did come out to my house promptly on a Sunday for diagnostics of our A/C unit that was not working. The technician said there was a restriction on the refrigerant. I was told it would cost $3,400 to drain and capture the refrigerant, clear the blockage and replace the refrigerant. I was told that it would not be worth it to repair the unit and that it should be replaced. I decided for that much money, I should call a signatory contractor that I have used before. I had to wait until Monday afternoon for the serviceman to come, but he quickly found out that the problem was a broken capacitor. He replaced the capacitor, which was an inexpensive part, and had the system working in a few short hours. Not listening to Climate Pro and finding a union shop saved me thousands of dollars.

Water started dripping out of our Intake vent. Spencer came out the same day because of our good membership and was awesome. He found the issue fast and advised us how to stop it from happening in the future. He was an awesome and friendly guy. Also likes cats.

Westin was amazing to work with! He was professional and friendly and made the whole process easy. He helped us understand what might be causing problems and what would enhance our system, but he was never pushy. It was a great experience and we will continue to use Climate Pro for our A/C needs.

My AC stopped blowing cold air on a 103 degree Saturday in August. This can likely be attributed to the fact that my house apparently has a slight curse on it, but I dont want to go into details on that for this review.It had gotten up to a sweltering 81 degrees inside before I noticed I was sweating more then usual and my protein bars were all but soggy mush at around 7pm (again, this is on a Saturday). I called a couple other companies who couldnt get out to look at the unit until Monday and had resigned myself to the fact that Id likely have to pack up my things and move back in with my parents for the next couple days. I was poised to impose upon them and disappoint them. Once again.Then I happened to see Climate Pro had a 4.9 star rating on Google with 1800+ reviews. I gave them a call, and less than 90 minutes later, Spencer was at my door. He diagnosed the problem (a bad capacitor) in a matter of minutes. A half hour later, the unit was fixed and my house had already cooled down to 79 degrees -- a temperature more suitable for sustaining human (and pug) life. In addition to being prompt and expedient, Spencer was professional and friendly. We chatted about about college football, our families, and even discovered that we had taken a picture of the exact same double rainbow three years prior. (This is not a joke.)Because my unit was under warranty, Climate Pro is even handing getting me a refund on the price of the part through the manufacturer without any extra work for me. The total cost for Spencers visit was just north of $200 which is chump change considering all the hassle I was saved and how quickly this dire situation was resolved. And I should be getting about half of that money back from Trane to boot!I could not recommend Climate Pro and Spencer more enthusiastically. They went above and beyond, and my parents are probably even happier than I am.

On the third hottest day ever my ac quit keeping my house comfortable. Climate pro was able to get someone out to service my ac the next morning. The technician found parts that werent working up to par, he was able to replace them right away. Based on his recommendation from what he observed he was able to pin point the problem and get my house cool again!

Outstanding service! We have an issue with one of our zones not outputting cold air. The technician, James, was very thorough and did a comprehensive diagnosis and found a leak in the evaporator coil. He took video of the leak detection and discussed our options. Unfortunately the coil needs to be replaced but the leak is small enough to at least pressurize the system until a new part comes in. James did a great job and helped us make the best of a bad situation. I will definitely submit another review when then repair is completed later this week. Kudos!

Matt showed up ready to go. He was an intent professional that listened to my situation and acted. He was able to CORRECTLY troubleshoot a failed unit that another company just made up the result of analysis. There were valiant attempts made to resurrect this dead unit but the reality was this 21 year old beast needed replacement. Matt was able to show me where the age of the second unit and it’s current condition justified replacement. Both were well worn original equipment. Luckily there is financing available to help cushion such a steep replacement cost. Knowing I will be going to a MUCH more efficient system will pay for itself with rising energy costs helps reduce the pain as well.I will update with installation commentsChris showed up on time with my new units in tow. He along with his crew were able to cleanly and efficiently install 2 complete split systems and have them cooling all in 1 day. All new everything up and running in basically 10 hours. Impressive work ! Chris then after ensured the area was completely clean and explained unit operation. Thank you for the quick and professional job you have done. I look forward to many years of trouble free use .Follow up. Had one room that is warmer than others. Spencer showed up on time and performed an air balancing and gave a couple of suggestions for a different way of resolving. Will let it run and see how it now performs.

A full day installing a new 4 ton unit - everyone was ready to do a stellar job. This was our first time working with Climate Pro. The warranty package was 10 yrs on labor & 99 years on the compressor. One year 0% interest which helps a lot. It’s a dual stage system which is more efficient since it has two speeds. 16 seer adds to its efficiency. They answered all our questions and made sure we understand the terms. They submitted the SRP document for us to receive our rebate. Read the documents and contract papers well- we did find contradictions between the agreement and the contract wording. We have the Nest thermostat second generation which they cover 100% should anything go wrong. Everyone worked efficiently and were helpful explaining details. They directed us to office management to get clarity over the paperwork. If they updated this paperwork it would seem to be more consistent with what we understood we were agreeing to.

Our A/C unit was only working part of the time, we changed batteries in the thermostat, that didnt help. We called Climate Pro and they offered to come right out we opted for the next day service instead as we didnt feel we had a full blown emergency. Spencer Ewald came out and recognized the problem almost immediately. Due the the recent humidity and rains our units condensation hadnt drained properly. Im not sure how it all works, but apparently there is a float that will shut off the unit when the level of collected water gets too high. He flushed it out and we had A/C again! We worked with Justin of Climate Pro after our fan motor went out unexpectedly. It was our first time working with them as the company we originally had the install done by is now closed.
