I scheduled an appointment with this Firestone location today on Monday, service manager Jason said “we will see you soon”. I call today to let them know I’m on the way at 3:15 which my appointment didn’t even till 3:30… for him to tell me ya we meant to each out to you but we don’t have enough time to do your car today. lol not to mention in the specific notes box I let Jason know I was going on a road trip tomorrow morning which he knew! 100% not reliable 100% not trusted *as see on the other reviewsDO NOT RECOMMEND!

I was taking my truck to the Mesa location until it closed. I really liked their service, so started going to the Chandler location despite the distance. I had the front brakes replaced about a year ago at the Mesa location just before it closed, and about six months later my brakes started squealing. I took it in to the Chandler location since they said they’d honor my warranty, but they said my front brakes were fine and it was my back brakes that needed to be replaced. The brakes were still squeaking afterwards though, so I took it back and asked them to check them again. They claimed the brakes were fine and that I just maybe had some brake glaze saying it wasn’t uncommon in Arizona because of the heat. A few months later I had them put new tires on my truck, and was again told brake glaze. Finally, I took my truck in once more on 12-21-19 to have them check the brakes because they were squealing worse than before. Again I was told it was brake glaze. I decided to get a second opinion. The mechanic popped my front tire off and saw that my brake pads were shot and the rotors cracked from heat, so I had to have the front brakes replaced again just over a year after having them replaced. I’m done doing business at Arizona Firestone and I recommend everyone take their business elsewhere.

AZ Firestone ruined my 98 Honda Accord transmission then put a junkyard transmission as a replacement. These guys are crooks and this is not a real Firestone store so there is no Firestone Corporate Office to call. Go someplace else and save a big headache.

A few months ago I brought my truck in for an alignment. All was good until a week later I drove to Phoenix. On my way home something went wrong and it was worse than before I brought it in. I brought it back and was told it was fine, that they found that the bushing on my rack and pinion steering was worn. The cost to fix it was insane. I declined, it didn’t seem right. Then he told me my radiator was bad. I said no, it’s new just six months ago. Then he said my hoses were bad, I said no they are new also.I just brought my truck into another shop and they informed me that my alignment was way off on the right front and that it appears that something wasn’t tightened after bringing it in Firestone causing it to get worse.I WILL NEVER COME BACK!! Dishonest and hustlers.

Took my car in for a routine oil change and a mild squeak-Turns out rear brakes needed to be replaced. After being replaced I noticed the whine was still occurring and they looked at it immediately; they warrantied their work and replaced the rear brake pads AGAIN. I appreciate their hard work and taking care of my car! Will definitely be my go to. Thank you Jason!

Jason and his team are the best. Had an issue with a side wall puncture and he told care of it. Came back the next week and had the other 3 tires replaced all at a great price. Had an issue with a small leak and his crew took care of it, no questions asked. Keep up the great work.

Said it would be 30 minutes or so for my oil change, it was done in less than 15!!

I sprung a major flat on my way home from work and called around to a couple places for a replacement but Jason was the only one who could take a look right away. I stopped by and while he didnt happen to have the exact tire I needed he gave me the part number and some advice on where to find it... and even offered to fill my tire back up for the ride home but I told him that was futile, that nail was going straight into the sidewall. Great service, would definitely recommend.

I found my new shop in Chandler! I called 2 other places for quotes to put new rotors and pads on front. Only 1 called back asking more than $600. Jason charged half the cost. While waiting I brought my wifes car in with a slow tire leak. They fixed it fast and for free. So refreshing to work with honest mechanics. These are good people with good intentions! I highly recommend them. A huge thanks to Jason and the whole crew! You have all my future business.

Came in, with an appointment, just for brakes. After two hours, they finally started looking at my car. They also looked at the battery and tires, which was service not requested as those had been checked at a dealership less than a month ago. Paperwork from Firestone said the battery was good, another said bad. Which one was it? Tires are also just fine, but Firestone said they were in the red? Not to mention, the prices here are roughly 2-3x more than competitors. Overall, three hours wasted to be told to repair things that didnt need to be repaired and werent even requested to be check. Save your time and money...go somewhere else.

Had an appt for a diagnostic. Once I arrived they said they don’t have a diag mech and to go to another firestone 25 mins away. Lady said she tried calling me to let me know but I never received any call back. I suggest making sure they have the right personnel to get the job done.

Firestone provided exceptional service for my vehicle. My vehicle was pulling to the right. I assumed that I might need an alignment because, it is an all wheel drive vehicle and it was due for an oil change. After I dropped the vehicle off within an hour Firestone had a diagnosis, to my shock it was a wheel hub I had ordered online. I was able to return the wheel hub and fix the issue at no cost.

My husband went in for an alignment and was charged a $65 new parts fee. They did not put new parts on our vehicle and when I called Firestone customer service to have them look up the item number, this Firestone is not a part of the franchise they have a slightly different name instead of auto care its auto services. When I asked about a fee for alignment the guy laughed and said he has never heard of a fee being charged and that these guys probably just ripped us off. I did a little more research and no where on there website (fine print and all) did it say anything about a fee. Hopefully when I call tomorrow they can straighten things out and apply the $59.99 coupon for the alignment since I was still charged full price $79.99. I do not recommend going here, I will update tomorrow after I call.

This place helped us out as well were on our way back to san diego we blew a tire just me and my daughter with 2 toddlers a 2 and 3 ur old. They did everything in their power to get us out as fast as possible so we werent running after the kids and going crazy. Got a new tire and was back on the road in no time. These guys are GREAT! Being close to my home is nice but I would drive out of my way to go see them if I had to. They got my oil changed and rotated tires so quickly, I barely got comfortable in my seat when they had it done. Thanks to Jason and the Guys!

Went there late after picking up a nail in my front tire, the manager Jason took care of me fix my tire for free and toped all the fluids in the car at no charge .Went back again for an oil change for my 2014 lexus and the staff did an amazing job with the inspection checked every thing on the car . Not to mention it half what I used to pay at the dealer and better service . Its nice to have someone that knows what they are doing check my car . Definitely will be taking all my cars there and recommend this place .Thank you

Super early morning, my friend and I have plans to get somethings done with a productive start. His front tire went flat and his lug nuts were swollen so we had trouble. Thankfully we were near Firestone. He drove his scooter over and they said they could help us out if we drove over so we did. They were super friendly, didnt ask for anything and went above and beyond for us. Im very thankful and appreciative for their service!

Blew out a tire in the freeway, called Arizona Firestone who was able to get me in very quickly. I even watched Pirates of the Caribbean while I waited, and they investigated the reason the tire got shredded to see if insurance would cover it. Very good service, and descent prices when my insurance didnt cover it. I was happy.

Came in for a battery replacement, Left with a shorted out radio.My battery was old and needed replaced. I went into this store after calling ahead to make sure they were able to do the replacement (the quarter panel had to be removed to access the battery). They said yes, promptly were able to get me in for service and all was well. At the end, i went to leave and noticed no power to the radio at all. After questioning about it, they checked the fuses and then said nothing was wrong and i could pay 130 bucks to have the dash taken off to check the fuse in the radio. I refused and attempted to contact corporate to find out it is locally owned and they could do nothing to help me. I call back and they refuse to give me the owner’s number, but if i could drop it off they would take a look at it to try and rectify the issue. Hours later they call saying the radio just flat out was shorted and there was nothing they could do for me since changing said battery had no way caused it to get shorted out.Taking off the panel and wheel well cover to access the battery they also broke the plastic around one of the bolts (guessing they couldnt remove the bolt properly.) Nothing was done about it when i got it back or when i mentioned it to them.Just hoping my situation doesnt happen to another unsuspecting person. Sadly this is the first and last time Ill take my business to a Firestone.

Not a review per se, but an important note: apparently this is not Firestone as you probably think of it, meaning this is not the same as all the other Firestones you walk into around the country. In their own words We have nothing to do with Firestone Complete Auto Care.In summary: Apparently all the Firestone locations you walk into are Firestone Complete Auto Care legally speaking - and these guys are not them.Why this matters: If you have a lifetime alignment (or, I imagine other services) with Firestone (i.e. Firestone Complete Auto Care) this company will NOT honor it!Very confusing, and seems this should be corrected.Since it likely wont be, hopefully this helps others not be caught off guard and therefore waste time.

I brought in my car for fixing a flat tire without an appointment. The service was very quick (less than an hour) and professional. I worked in the waiting room, which is very nice, quiet and clean. They didnt even charge anything for patching my tire!

Came to this location to buy some larger all terrain tires for my Mountaineer after being turned down by Discount Tire. They were knowledgeable and provided great customer service. I even paid almost $100 more for 4 tires then at discount only cause they treated me like a human and didnt play games with me like Discount on Higley and Main did. They even stayed a bit past closing times to wait my my wife to swing by and give me the rest of the money for the tires since I didnt have the full amount of cash on me. Looking forward to get the tires rotated at this store for the life of my tires. Will buy tires from this shop for my car when it comes to time. keep up the good work.

I called and scheduled a 9 am appointment with the receptionist Kayla. 10 am rolled by and my truck still was not looked at so I asked the supervisor on duty what the hold up was and he informed me that they dont make appointments on Saturdays. He proceeded to inform Kayla of the mistake in which she replied another supervisor told her that they do.the supervisor then said I was next in line. I waited until 10:30 and again asked what the hold up was. the supervisor said they were understaffed and sent someone to look at my tires. They then informed me that they dont carry my brand of tires therefore couldnt pro-rate the tires. I asked if this was a Firestone Tire why wouldnt they carry a Firestone brand. he then proceeded to tell me they were a privately owned Firestone and that I needed to go to a corporate store to find my tire. This was a waste of 2 hours of my work day that I couldnt get back all due to a lack of organization and communication. Needless to say I will never return to a Firestone again I went to Discount tire and bought 4 brand new tires and was back on the road in the time it took Firestone to even take a look at my vehicle.

Excellent service start to finish. My vehicle was delivered in the time I was quoted and the bill was exactly what I was quoted as well. No funny business with these guys, just good hard working, honest folks. My family will use Arizona Firestone from now on for all our vehicle service needs.

I brought my husbands car in for an oil change, tire rotation and check on some noises that were occurring. The next day, I noticed that the right front hubcap was missing. I called the office and they said that they would check to see if it was in the shop. When I stopped by, I was told that they couldnt find it. I was told by Alex that they would just order a set and replace the hubcap. I went in 2 days later and they replace all four me! I was so appreciative that they went above and beyond the level of service that I expected. My husband has been going to this location for the past 6 years. These guys are very good at what they do, the office is spotless, and the workers are friendly and professional

I was very disappointed with the service my 80 year old parents received at this location last week.Just prior to this visit to Firestone, they had their vehicle serviced at San Tan Ford and were told their battery needed to be replaced. This was a surprise since it was a new battery, an Interstate (5 year warranty) they had just purchased at Firestone in March 2017. San Tan Ford recommended that they speak to Firestone about the problem. When they went to Firestone, they were told the battery was fine and they wouldnt replace it.Just to make sure there wasnt an error, I had them go to Auto Zone to have it checked. Auto Zone also tested the battery and said it needed to be replaced.I instructed them to go ahead and have the battery replaced at a different location. Very disappointed with this treatment. It caused them allot of stress and anxiety.

Not a corporate store will not honor anything a corporate store has example lifetime alignment. That might be the reason there dead on a Saturday.

Was quoted $690 for my work at Pep Boys, got what I needed from Arizona Firestone for $364. As far as I know, these guys are the most truthful.

I have been going to Firestone for a few years. We were referred there by my sister who always had great things to say about them. I ran into a transmission problem that Firestone couldnt fix (I have a Saturn with a funny transmission) so I unfortunately had to take my car to another place and I am not getting the best service there. It just makes me really appreciate the quality service that Firestone has always shown us. I will recommend them over and over again! It is hard to find trustworthy mechanics these days but you can feel confident that you are getting great service here (They have turned me away for what I thought would have been expensive repairs and told me that it was something very minor.) I highly recommend this Firestone location. Andy (shop mgr) and his team are very honest, fair and ethical.We ran into some serious issues with our van on a trip down to the valley (from Northern Az) to visit family on Fathers Day. Unfortunately, it was a Sunday afternoon and most shops were closed plus the valley temperatures were close to 120 degrees. Also, we have a medically fragile child so the heat was very dangerous for him.I must say Andy went above and beyond the call of duty:He made sure that my family had plenty of fluids and air conditioningHe made arrangements for a car rental just in case they couldnt solve the problem so we could still visit family and arrive back home safely.His team was fully booked, so he personally checked our vehicle and made sure that our vehicle was safe to drive back home.Thank you very much Andy and the Arizona Ave. Firestone team!

I failed my emissions test so I googled car service shops near me. I found this Firestone on AZ Ave and Frye so I decided to head over to see if they could fit me in. Not only did they look at my car right away (without an appointment or even a call letting them know I was coming) but they finished it within 15 minutes and didnt charge me a dime. It was a blown out fuse which would have cost me $30 but they did it for free. And on my way out, the serviceman followed me to my car to show me what to look for if it ever happens again so I can fix it on my own.This made my day. In this day and age everything takes forever and nothing is ever for free. Thank you Firestone!!!

I came in near closing to get my battery checked out and they took it back right away. They arent linked to the other Chandler location so they were unable to pull up my information which is kind of lame but whatever. Anyway, my car battery was purchased from a Firestone in California like two years ago and I was originally told I would need to provide the warranty paperwork because they cant link to those Firestones either. They checked the battery and were able to find a battery sticker so they went ahead and honored the California warranty without making me dig to find the paperwork. Awesome! I loved that they didnt try to upsell me in any way or condecend to me as I often get as a woman in an auto shop. I was in and out. Im definitely coming back for future services.

After being shipped away from the shop with a faulty alignment, I was informed that I had improperly tightened a bolt on top of left off a cotter pin from a tie rod end. When I returned to the shop my tie rod was hanging on by threads because of an improper install by their techs which could have resulted in my death. I was treated with nothing but disrespect from the moment I returned to the shop and blamed repeatedly for the bad work their tech did. On top of the tie rod, I had asked him to fix a bolt on the rear shocks and have it installed properly, his solution was to ghetto rig it with washers. After paying another shop to fix the mess ups at Firestone and inspect my front end for damage my vehicle is safely back on the road. EVEN IF I had somehow both not tightened the bolt or installed a cotter pin, this issue should have been addressed while the alignment was being performed, do you not look at a front suspension while its in your face and you are adjusting it? So after nearly dying, and having my vehicle torn up, I was laughed at, spoken over, and disrespected.

Only go here for my company vehicle and every time the staff looks mad they have to work and have reasons why they cant repair things. If it werent for a fleet account i wouldnt go here.
