It was my first time there and the lady who did my nails did a great job. I live in Decatur part time and Champaignpart time. I now know where I can get my nails done in both towns. I will be going back.

Lmao never again. They were such in a rush to get out that they didn’t even file my nails down. I let them know that I was unhappy with how thick they are and they completely ignored it. Going to get them redone at my normal spot, modern nails, literally asap.

I called (July 3rd at 428pm) to get an appointment for my two daughters and the lady said she can only take one and then hung up on me. Very rude.

The total best Nail Spa in Central Illinois. The staff is friendly and the facility is gorgeous and so clean. Call in advance it might be busy that os how good they are!

Will never go back...cheetah print design on nails was done sloppy and when I told her I wasnt happy and wanted her to redo it she gave me attitude and still did the design sloppy again

Ive been going there for 5 years they have always been great one of the employees so made my daughter cry and didnt want to listen to what she wanted the past 4 to 6 times we have went in there to get our nails done theyre always too busy I spend at least $100 every time we go in there every two weeks so Im taking my business somewhere else because like I said every time I go in there theyre too busy and theyre really not there maybe two customers in there horrible service horrible.

Ive had my share of nail salons here in ChamUrbana, and this place takes the crown! Although this set was simple, compared to what I usually get. But Ill be back to see if they can master thr crazy nail designs I be coming up with. Thanks to the lady, whos name I cant remember. Charge it to my mind and not my heart!

I called asked how much to strip old and a new set of solor gel powder nails. The lady said 36.00. I get there the gentleman does my nails. Charges me 50.00. Told him what the lady told me he said she misunderstood what I said. I said there is no misunderstanding i clearly stated what i wanted. You are over charging me. Will never go to this place again. Especially when I can go to my normal place back home in Indiana and only pay 20.00. I did it here cause Im stuck here for work. Wont happen again

Have been to the salon numerous times for both a pedi (hot stone is fabulous) and no chip manicure! I have only had one small problem and they fixed it immediately at no charge!! It is conveniently located and everyone I’ve interacted with has been more than professional they’ve been very personable! My daughter and I will definitely continue to use World Nail and by the way they do a great eyebrow wax!!

Amazing job. I had a full set done, and it looks really good! They rounded the edges just how I wanted them and the whole nail is covered with polish! This was my first time there, but I would definitely go back!

Ive been here several times and Ive been pleased with my results every visit. I posted a pic of my most recent gels. I got them done two weeks ago, and I use my hands A LOT. I even did my Highland Games training with these on!! They are growing out but they are still perfect! No lifting, chipping, peeling, fading...none whatsoever. I love this place!

Went to go treat my mom to an early Christmas present and we got bad everything. Bad customer service, bad nails. I asked for seashell and got dipped. Ive never been disappointed before about my nails. I will not be returning.

I just had my nails done Friday. Today is Wednesday and theyre already falling off. Not my first bad experience. I went here for convenience but definitely will not return.

Today I had my first pedicure. I have a slipped disk and have been unable to cut my own toenail. Staff was gentle. I will definitely be a regular customer.

Ive always been treated very special by the techs there. They give you water if you need it. They are very attentive.

I found this nail salon about a year ago and have gone back everytime ever since. the nail techs are prompt and perfectionists. i have always been treated with extreme kindness. by coming to them, i have recieved more compliments on my nails than i have had in my life. (almost daily. not joking.) im never going anywhere else

This place is awful. Ive never been to a place that doesnt listen to their customers wants/needs with how you want your nails done. My friend and I went here and I got a pedi and she got a full acrylic. After my pedi was done I was never told what to do while my toes were drying, I sat in the chair and waited for one to tell me what to do but no one did. I had to do everything else from there on out by myself. My friend who got full set of acrylics did not like one finger and wanted to change the color, when asked the man sat there and ignored us, then we asked again and he refused and told us next time. There was a lot of problems afterwards with her nails, including smuches and part of another color on one nail. We asked to redo it and they rolled their eyes, fixed the smuches but not the color. I was very displeased and their customer service was horrible. Do not go here!
