First visit and it was an awesome experience! One of the best pedicures ive ever had. Everyone was friendly and inviting. Very clean/safe. I highly recommend.

Wonderful place. The people are wonderful and actually talked to us unlike other places. They took their time and made us feel really welcomed. It was a very quiet atmosphere which helped you relax more. Prices are great and cant complain We!We will definitely be back!

I absolutely enjoy the service at Annas nail salons. All the technicians seemed really nice and attentive. They definitely do a good job at having adequate safety and health measure due to covid. I have been coming here for years and returned for the first time since February 2020. Its like coming back to old friends. Appointments are necessary, they ask you to use hand sanitizer before sitting down, there are partitions, everyone is masked and gloved. They obviously take safety very seriously. Mani-pedi day with my both my daughters and they did a wonderful job. The hot stone treatment and mini-massages are bonus. Im glad to see theyre still in business. Thank you!!!

Had a mani and a pedi done. I thought my nail looked ok when I left but when i got home I seen that my finger nails and toes was missing polish on the corners. You can see brush marks on my finger nails along with the under coat were not enough polish was applied. Now my finger nails are chipping. I didn’t have time to go back as i had to leave town. Winnie my tech was talking bad about another customer to me while doing my toes. I should have known then. Very bad business practice. I wont e back

I think people here have done a really good job! They offer you free drinks. If you do the gel on both hands and feet, you get a deal! They have also done really well on the COVID-19 prevention!!! Definitely try here!!!

So rude! I called 2 times and both times they hung up on me! I asked to make an appointment for acrylics and a pedicure and was about to get my appointment made. I then asked if they had someone who does acrylics regularly and to have my appointment with them, the guy tells me immediately that they don’t have anyone like that and to go to another salon then hung up on me! I called back to let them know he hung up and tried to make the appointment again then they tell me they’re all booked and to go to another salon. Wow such horrible customer service! Absolutely ridiculous!

Favorite salon hands down! I’ve had a mani/pedi done by most of the folks who work here and they all do an excellent job. They are very friendly and attentive. I love the atmosphere too. It is usually quiet. It has always been very clean! They go above and beyond to provide a safe and clean space. Masks required, temp check at the door, barriers everywhere & they sanitize clean everything after use. I love it here.

Experience was decent. Efficient and professional. I was the only customer in the store (it was a friday afternoon). I had a pedicure and manicure (gel). I felt that the gel didnt last quite as long as I have experienced in the past (which is why Im only giving three stars). The store itself is nothing special, but it gets the job done.

This is the cleanest place I’ve been to! They place a bag over the basin brand new for every customer. They open a new set of tools for every customer. The water for the pedicures is nice and hot, staff is very friendly, nice selection of colors, relaxing environment, they encourage relaxation of the the body. Rob is AMAZING!!! Pedicure includes hot oil and hot stone massage which is Incredible and super relaxing & ends with hot towels 💝 while your nails are drying you are given a shoulder massage. And you leave with a smile! I’ll def request Rob every time. 🙌🏽❣️🙌🏽

This was so nice I had meagan and she was so sweet and amazing and I have gone to a lot of salons before but this one was so nice so cheap to but the service was above and beyond going to come back !

Updating this review. It has been 4 days since my dip manicure. Dip manicures are usually perfect for at least a full week. After two days I noticed cracks and now it is day 4, and I have SIX cracked nails and ONE chipped nail. I paid over $40 for a dip manicure that is worse than a normal manicure elsewhere. I’m so sad. I got these done for a vacation and they chipped before I even go to the airport. Awesome. Jk sucks

This place is amazing! The price is unbeatable and the service is amazing! My experience was full of fun conversation and laughter. I absolutely love the results my nails have never looked better! I got the most beautiful flower designs, I am so happy. You seriously have to try Annas Nails it is amazing!

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here! I got the regular acrylics which were only 25 dollars and the guy I had did an amazing job. Hed also ask me if I wanted anything to drink so that was nice. The people here are very welcoming and I loved everything about it. Not to mention, the guy gave a massage at the end so that was a bonus.The gel nails are 40 dollars but tbh, the regular acrylics itself was amazing so Im glad I got those, for such a great price!Luckily, I went during spring break so I didnt have to wait at all but its always best to make a reservation, especially on weekends is what the workers told me (even I still made a reservation). Overall, amazing service and nail job so I will be coming back whenever I need to get my nails done.

Got a great shellac/gel manicure for 30 dollars. Was offered something to drink and got a free neck massage! The color I picked changed with temperature and ended up being much lighter than the swatch (because my hands were warm). Was told to stop by later in the week if I ended up not being happy with the color to change it for free. Later when my hands got cold it turned the color I originally chose and now I love both shades!

With an appointment or as a walk-in everyone is welcome at Annas. Ive witnessed all customers getting great service. I wont go anywhere else. I get a great nail-cutting every time, and I have some crooked nails. The polish assortment cant be beat. I leave feeling beautiful and pampered. Great value!

Clean salon!! I got a pedicure. Cost $25 (without tip). You can tell that they genuinely care about pleasing their customers by the way they look up for your approval throughout and by asking if it’s ok. Hot stone massage along with leg massage, and a short back massage while polish was drying. Were offered drinks several times. Great overall experience.

Ive been a regular customer for a few years now. Everyone des a great job and is so friendly. Prices are great and the little extras come free. They recently got all new massage chairs for pedicures and new chairs to sit in for manicures. You wont be disappointed!

I called in and made an appointment even though they take walk ins. I just really hate waiting. As soon as I picked out a polish, my technician was waiting for me. The massage chair was phenomenal and the hot stones were great. The polish was done beautifully and, after my manicure and pedicure was done, she waxed my eyebrows really quickly. Great shape on the brow, couldnt be happier. There was a nice set up for the drying, both toes and fingers at the same time. A quick set spray and a shoulder massage made the dry time pass extremely quickly. Will definitely be returning!

Pedicure was AMAZING ! Manicurist payed close attention to every detail of the pedicure. Gave an amazing calf deep muscle massage and ended it with warm stones . To top it off she gave a wonderful shoulder massage at the end. Will be back!

Just got my nails done here and they were all so sweet! They offer you a drink and give you a hot stone foot massage AND a back massage! Most friendly place I’ve ever been to! Hopefully the gel nails stay a while!

The place was clean and fairly busy when we got in. I got a pedicure, but honestly my feet arent really soft, the ladies were nice but I felt like the whole thing was rushed. If you want a quick nail job totally the place! Probably wont go again.

I must say they were so nice and the service was amazing. I was only their visiting and this salon was the closest to the hotel. I was not disappointed. Their prices are amazing compared to where I live. (Naperville) Its not the fanciest or stylish place Ive been too but their work speaks volumes.

I’ve gotten the best nails I’ve ever had from here with my bff (who also now has amazing nails thanks to them) and the people I saw (bill and wynnie, I apologize if I misspelled their names) are beyond sweet. My normal nail salon closed early so I tried Anna’s, they were wonderful! Not only did they do a great job listening to what I want I got a back massage while my nails dried and hand massage when I was gone. I will definitely be back!

I would not recommend this place to anyone.. My nail technician cut my my pinky while she was removing the cuticles.. She did not apologize at all. I didnt want to make a scene so I didnt yell at her or anything, but I will definitely not use their service in the future

Nice enough, seemed like a rushed job even though it wasnt busy. Staff is friendly enough. Its the cheapest Ive found for gel manicure. It hasnt lasted the 3 weeks though.

I’ve been here three times and turned around at the door all three times. When I asked how long the wait was his response was “long”. I felt a certain way being that everyone in the chair was a different color than I am. Oh well. Will not be returning to get turned away a 4Th time!

I got my nails done here for graduation, and I wish I hadnt! The technician did a horrible job with my acrylics- more than half of them are the wrong size and several of the French tips start halfway down my real nails, theyre full of bubbles, and theyre already peeling after 4 days! But my real issue is with the service after I asked them to fix my nails.Ive had acrylics many times before and I know what they should look and feel like, so I contacted the owner a few hours after they were done and he said hed only fix them if I came in the next morning. Since I had work, I told him that wasnt possible, and asked if I could come another time- and once they started peeling I contacted him again and asked if they could just redo them. He said they might have grown out by now and so Id have to pay- what!? Its been four days! Hard pass on Annas.

Only place that was open on 4th of July, and they legit saved my life as I am leaving for vacation tomorrow!!! Beautiful pedicure job and beautiful ombré acrylics. I’ll definitely be coming back again!! Nice talkative, friendly staff that make you feel right at home.

Best nail salon around UIUC. The service is fantastic including the hot stone massage with the pedicure and the short back massage while your nails dry. The price is unbeatable. All the girls that I have met who work there are fun to talk with.

Went on Saturday and by Monday the edges of my nails are starting to come up. We had a reservation and was quick to get our pedi don’t but they started doing walk ins before myself and the bride to be got our manis. When I asked if we were going to get ours they “forgot” and apologized. We waited for well over an hour AFTER our pedi. They rushed while trying to do our nails. None of my nails look the same. I will never go back.

Went here with my girls for my wedding this past saturday and by Sunday night Monday morning my nails was breaking off and my wedding is this Saturday and half my nails are gone and they refuse to help fix because i dont have proof that i went to them.. never will i return to them.

They are ridiculously overpriced, make you wait half an hour even if you made a reservation, and have an overall rude attitude. I went three times, each time hoping the next time they will treat me better. Never again.

I am not happy. There is no way my nails should have broke within 2 days. They all were so weak i was just not happy with this nail shop at all.

I made an appointment and when I arrived to the place on time, nobody asked my name nor verified what I was getting, they just invited me to pick a color and take a seat. I wanted both mani and pedi. The lady who did my pedi was very good at it, but did not communicate with me at all. She took 1 hour doing my pedi and when I told her that I was also getting a mani, she told me it was 30 more minutes, so I decided not to do it.I saw other patrons getting massages while seating on the uv dryers, but I wasnt offered one. 5 minutes after my toes were drying, the lady helped me put my sandals on and put some oil on my toes to help drying. Instead of only covering my toe nails, she carelessly covered most of my toes.... after a few minutes I asked her to remove the oil from my skin cause it looked awful, but she refused. She said that if she removed it, then my nails would get damaged. Since I wasnt in the mood for complaining, I left with my greasy feet and removed the oil myself at the restroom of a restaurant. Despite the crappy service I left 15% tip. The lady wasnt happy about it!!!Moreover, two employees were fighting in front of patrons all the time, which made my stay very uncomfortable.I totally disliked this place and am never coming back.(its sad cause they do a good job with the nails)

5/25/18 (Friday) Had manicure & pedicure paid extra for shellac fingernail polish as of 6/3/18 (Sunday) polish is already coming off fingernails in one piece and they did not apply polish close to cuticle so it already looks grown out after a little over 1 week...horrible and will NOT return to this nail salon!

The staff here is so nice. Prices are actually reasonable and they do good nail work. Bill did a great job taking off my full set and then doing a manicure with no pain and no cuts. Its customer service oriented and they dont push random things on you. Bonus: They offer a complimentary little should massage.
