First time in here. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They walked me through what I need to do to rent from them. Very easy process. In and out. Will rent from again.

Tried a project as DIY, but soon found out that I am able to complete the project. Matt was great to work with and explained how to use the equipment. Definitely important information that I probably wouldnt have received anywhere else. Thanks for the partnership in the project.

My apologies to sunbelt I let my grandkids mess with my phone and they posted a 1 star review. I would like to say I have no problems with sunbelt they have taken great care of my rental business since 2000.

Good place to rent stuff make sure they got your stuff and make sure you got good Communications with them when you want your lifts cuz sometimes they dont understand

They have some great machinery for pretty good prices. If you need any machine to do a job from a excavator to a tiny little power washer, they can hook you up with a well oiled piece of equipment

@ 8:30am I personally havent had an experience with this company but this morning when I was on my way to drop my 3 yr old off at daycare. We were getting on the highway (Cunningham Ave & highway 74 in Urbana, IL heading west on 74) about 6:45am and a white GMC Sunbelt Truck with Plate# 92117 (White guy driving) tried running me off the shoulder. I sped up to try and get away from him but he wouldnt let me over and recklessly made me pull onto side of shoulder to avoid him hitting my car. Thinking it might be an employee driving the truck on his way to work, considering it was this early in the morning and he got off on Prospect Ave heading towards Sunbelt. I will say I should of called the cops and reported him and his driving. But I didnt have time for that considering I was trying to get my kid dropped off and myself to work. I would recommend someone talk to this guy because if hes driving your company trucks like this, it looks horrible on your business and could possibly end up in a law-suite. If he would of hit me, he could of injured not only me but my small child in the back seat. His driving is unacceptable !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!@ 9am I called and asked to speak to manager.....was told he is in meeting so left message about what happened with my name & number.Its been 7 hours and still havent heard back from Matthew McCarron !!!!!8 months later and I never heard anything from these people. Not even a simple phone call to apologize for his employee. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RELATIONS. Way to go MATTHEW McCARRON!

Very inconvenient hours. There is nowhere to rent equipment for a few hours on a saturday in Chambana - clearly an untapped market. Should be able to rent things for an evening or on saturdays...

Over priced but good people there

I cant believe they arent open on Saturday. Thats when everyone does projects! So disappointing.
