It never seems to get most of the dirt off your car the first go round. Be prepared to go through a second time. Staff are accommodating if youre not satisfied.

My car didnt get washed at all. All of the brushes were not working on my turn.

So glad they are open for full usage again...nice to see the bug prep station and the detailing carts in use. Rainstorm is great for both occasional use and monthly subscription. I like that there are two entry gates so that you dont have to wait behind a credit card customer. I have a monthly billed account and the RFID sticker mounted inside the drivers side of the windshield makes entry a breeze. Its great that the automatic turnstiles are set up to alternate access to each side when theres a line of cars waiting. The attendants are efficient, helpful, and friendly. Ill keep using their service as long as I have a car to keep clean.

The brushes in the bin for the bug removal need to be replaced. The tire shine apparently doesnt work, the vacuums have poor suction and the young staff is far from stellar.Dont waste your money or time.

Can’t go wrong with the monthly special, you pay a monthly price and you go as many times as you want and then you vacuum your truck/car as much as you want, all part of the monthly special. I’m glad that rain storm employees are still practicing social distancing and wearing masks, thanks

This place has not been working for 3 weeks and is still charging me my monthly medical fee and Im not able to get no one to ever answer the phone when I call and there is no corporate office number online!!!! REALLY

I was able to deep clean my car. The vaccum is very powerful. They have a lot of wipe cloths available. No Hurry take your time to clean.

I have had a fast-pass to this Car Wash for about five years. My current fast-pass has been on my current car since I got it in 2017. Today, I go through the wash and one of the employees meets me at the end of it and tells me my fast-pass is registered to a Nissan. I told him I havent had the Nissan for over three years. He tells me to pull around to the office and they will update the info. I pull around and go into the office. The guy inside is nice, but says to me that my fast-pass is registered to a Nissan. I say to him that I havent had that car for over three years. He said I will update it and he gets my car info. He then turns around and tells me that it is on my profile that I have a habit of switching cars on my fast-pass. I said that I have never done that and each person in my family has their own pass. He said it was there and he needed to let me know to not do it any more. I let him know, nicely, that I didnt do it in the first place and why after three years is someone just now telling me this. He didnt know. I also asked why this didnt get updated when I came in the first time with this car and told the guy. He told me theyve fired a lot of people who dont want to work or do their jobs right.He said my info was updated and to make sure I didnt use my fast-pass on more than one car. I told him that wouldnt be a problem since I didnt do that in the first place. I also let him know that if I evercame through and had this happen again I would be less nice and he ciuld keep my fast-pass.Now that I have been home and have thought about this, Im in less shock and just frustrated and mad. I understand people do this. However, there was no benefit of the doubt, no Im sorry our system didnt update your info the first time, no sorry for the inconvenience. It was assumed I was in the wrong and I got a hand-Slap. I will be looking for a different place to take my car for a monthly membership. I drive about 400-600 miles a week and wash the bugs and dust off my car a few times a week. To have someone mark my profile as having done something wrong in the first place is bad, but to be scolded as having done it with no questions asked is infuriating. Extremely poor customer service whichever way I look at it!

Its great but if you have a pickup or at least my pickup it doesnt clean the tailgate area and I do not have a hitch

It washes cars and has free vacuums. If vacuums stop being awful, then Ill update to 5 stars. But assume you get what you pay for.Pro tip: bring a small helper to get those hard to reach areas in the back of the van.

Love the Fast Pass, the subscription plan where you pay a set price each month with unlimited washes. If you wash your car more than twice or so a month, it pays for itself. And its so easy to use, just pull up, your windshield sticker is automatically read, and you are on your way in. Now there have been several times recently that I have driven to the car wash to find it is closed for maintenance again. On top of that, there have been times that Ive noticed a particular function of the car wash not working.

Half the features dont work

This is legitimately the best car wash I have ever been to! I had pigeon droppings all over the back of my car because of a poor parking situation and the guys who worked at this place made sure I did not leave their car-wash until everything was completely cleaned off! They were extremely helpful by sending my car through the wash multiple times and nicer than any other gas station or car wash I’ve ever been to in my life.

My go to car wash for a quick and easy wash. Triple-T is better for an interior and detailed clean, but I don’t always need that. Even when the line seems like it goes on forever, it still goes pretty quickly. They also have package deals that are pretty reasonable.

BEWARE! I went to this carwash ONCE and ended up with deep scratches on the hood of my car.The management I met with was very unprofessional throughout the whole process. When I arrived on site and stated I had a scheduled meeting with Alexis to view the cameras, she just turned around and walked away without introducing herself and another worker had to tell me who she was so I could follow her.The cameras that ARE working arent the greatest quality. Alexis tried to claim the scratches were already there and then proceeded to point at... a stick... on the middle of my windshield. When I informed her that was not even where the scratches were located, she asked to see my car in person as the pictures did not give a good idea of the size and location (this was after she had sent an email stating the scratches were inconsistent and not caused by their equipment). When she looked at my vehicle in person, she started pointing out how there were multiple scratches on my car (it was only dirt).We reviewed the entrance footage multiple times and when we could not see the damage from there I asked to see the exit footage because that would show if it happened in the bay. Alexis stated multiple cameras were not working and they did not have that footage(go figure). Alexis then tried to make a point of there being a sign posted that the business is not responsible for the damages caused to vehicles BUT there was another sign with the operating hours on top of half the message and a cone blocking it (these were moved almost immediately after I pointed it out).I had gotten an estimate for the damage before the meeting ($1,000) and the adjuster stated these kind of carwashes can easily get rusty paint or other debris stuck in the brushes that would cause this damage, the scratches were new, and that it would be consistent with what I described the carwash was like. Alexis stated the workers are trained to clean the brushes every night, but who knows if it is actually done.Overall this has been a very frustrating experience. I was told I would have to make an appointment with another manager who had a very limited schedule to go over everything again. I am waiting for a response as to when this meeting can take place. It is disappointing the amount of run around it has been with no outcome. I would hate for this to happen to someone else.

As far as automatic car washes go, Ive had much better. The rinse missed a lot of soap on the sides and rear of my small truck. The tailgate came out dirty. I would have expected this kind of wash from your local gas station automatic wash, but not one of the monthly plans type of car wash. Compared to other washes, the car seem kind of rushed through the line, not much time to let the cars actually get washed and clean, just soap on and then off, still looking dirty afterwards.

For $10 I expected the car to actually be clean.

Driver brushes not effective. Even after going thru 2x. Not visiting that location again. $10 is to much for 1/2 a wash.

Never going again. Last time the person in the entrance didn’t tell me the vacuums were not working, as well as the carpet cleaner. But he did his best trying to sell me the monthly pass! When I complain about the situation, employees said nothing, not even sorry about that! I complaint through the website, because they advertise 100% satisfaction guarantee, and they didn’t even reply my message. There are other car wash in town that are way better, don’t waste your time and money here.

For $8 you can have this car wash soap up your car and then barely drizzle water on it so youre left with a nice green/blue soap residue all over that you have to wash off yourself. My car was cleaner before it went through. The only good this about this wash is the vacuum cleaners. Not worth it.

Rainstorm has a convenient set-up with spaces to wipe off the car after the drive-through wash. They play music and provide towels and spary bottles of glass and body cleaner. They have an excellent floor mat cleaner that you run the mats through that does a great job. The vacuum cleaner is included too. I like the set-up a lot. If you dont have a place to wash your car at home this is a good option. You can just do the drive through and be on your way or you can stop, use the provided towels and wipe off all the door edges and do the floor mats, etc. The drive through wash is like all the others. They are getting better but they never really get everywhere. They all miss spots. If your car is covered in dried bugs it may not all come off (they will let you go through twice).In the end, if you do a real deep cleaning you are doing most of the work yourself.

Not a cheap date, but the Rainstorm experience is worth the money. Wash is decent, attendant there to guide and answer questions.Then after the wash, unlimited time with the vacuum, rags to wipe and several cleaning solutions.You can also save money by getting a membership.

Great! Okay, so not so great after all! Terrible actually. I have tried on numerous occasions to cancel my monthly unlimited wash package. No one returns calls, no one cancels my package, and no one issues the required refund. Instead they just keep trying to dip into my credit card account. BUYER BEWARE!

We wash our car here 3 to 4 times per week when the weather is nice. The people are great and always friendly as we drive thur line. The vacumm and towels are wonderful to finish up cleaning my car. I would tell everyone to pay the monthly fee and keep your car washed.

My car was still dirty after the wash.

AVOID this car wash. DO NOT go here. My car got stuck in the middle of it. Operator had to turn off the machines and walk over to the car and tell me what to do to get the car out. And he actually had the gall to ask to me if I moved my steering wheel or used the accelerator or brake. When I got out to inspect the car afterwards, it was still half covered in soap. Take your hard earned $8 and go elsewhere.

The car washes do a very good job, after you wash your car there are free vacuums that run constantly with no time limit as well as the car wash owners provide microfiber towels, multi-purpose cleaning spray and glass cleaner for your windows and trim on your vehicle. Best car washes Ive ever been to.

I have fallen in love with this place. The monthly pass is a must have. Unlimited car washed and access to vacuums, rags, and cleaning supplies. The customer service is always through the roof and I have never once had a bad experience here. My only concern is that I believe the rubber turnstiles that clean the car are scratching my paint. My car may have always appeared to have little scratches all over but I have not recognized them until Ive started going here every day.

I am happy to be able to pop in and vacuum my van since it needs it having kids. I did the monthly membership that included the bug wash, but the staff only provided it once. So I downgraded back to the minimum wash.

First time trying this carwash and it damaged my rim. I was then told a manager would contact me within 3 to 5 business days like this sort of thing happens all the time. Left with a dirty, soapy car and a damaged rim. I recommend staying away if you like your car in one piece.

When first opened had 2 people working to prespray and brush sides of vechile. Now they just guide you through. Going to cancel as car doesn’t get clean.

I always get a good car wash here, like the attendants that pre wash the heavy stuff off first and the vaccum system and the microfiber towels are a nice added feature as well, the price is worth what you get .

June 2018 Update: As others have mentioned, the quality of the carwash has gone down considerably. The past few times Ive taken my car through it didnt get nearly as clean as it used to. Not sure if they changed the formula or the machines are just old and worn out or what. The vacuums and cleaning supplies are still good but be prepared to basically hand wash any really dirty parts of your car. They say if youre not satisfied that you can go through again for free, but even 2 crappy washes back to back still wont clean the car thoroughly.It really makes me wonder if their whole business model is to open as a good quality car wash, get people to sign up for the monthly subscription, then cut costs by using less soap, shorter wash times, fewer employees, etc. and hope people dont notice or just dont bother cancelling their automatic subscription.-----------------------------------------------------------------------Original Review: This newish (as of May 2016) carwash is my new preferred spot. The wash job was decent, though like most automatic washes, it didnt clean under my spoiler or in the grooves by my sunroof. This is the only carwash I know of in town that provides free microfiber cloths and a selection of free spray cleaners (glass cleaner, bug remover, multipurpose cleaner) for customers to use, in addition to free vacuums that actually work well, with the usual flat nozzle but also a crevice tool option that is very handy! Theres also a carpet floor mat cleaning machine that is free to use, and seemed to do a decent job of cleaning the mats.Way better than the north prospect Rainstorm that doesnt have the spray cleaners, microfiber cloths, or floor mat cleaner, and the vacuums there seem to barely work.Theres a bathroom inside thats very clean, and an ice cold water dispenser too which is awesome after you vacuum and clean your car in the hot sun.They do offer monthly membership plans that automatically charge your credit card every month, from $20-$40 a month per car, (limited to one wash per day), but Im kind of wary of automated monthly billing, Ill just pay as I go.I just hope the extra perks at this location arent just a limited time thing for the grand opening. If they disappear Ill find somewhere else to go.Cons: wash job wasnt as good as a hand wash, but on par with other automatic car washes, and the prices are kind of high, especially for the fancier washes with more options. Very mixed bag. Got the salt off my suv, but the foam was not properly rinsed and froze to my mirrors. Not worth the $12.

I got the $20 monthly unlimited wash package and it is completely work it. This location keeps rags for you so you can wipe down your car with them.

Never knew a car wash can be THAT bad. Its very expensive, does not wash any spot that is not plain open, like the top of the bumper, does not wash wheels at all. The worst part is that it bends my license plate every time I use the wash and the personnel have the nerve to blame my car (Mazda6). Find a better place.

The self vacuums were confusing, turns out the lot I pulled into didnt work. No big deal, figured it out and theyre FREE so I loved it.

This is my go-to place for car wash but it seems that they recently changed the system and it get worse. Plenty of soapy water left after washing the car. Comparing what its used to be, the new system tries to save a lot of water so it doesnt clean off throughly. Need to find other place for car wash after using up all my gift card.
