Went here for an oil change for the first time, because a previous place I went had poor service. The service here is excellent. The guys were all nice and quick, and didnt bother me with unnecessary extras. He made a recommendation on the oil when I asked, got it done, and got me out of there. I will be returning! Thank you!

Have used the car wash, oil change, and vacuums. Remember to ask for the vacuum coins when you buy your car wash.So far I have had great service, all services have been pretty quick, and I feel like the value for price is fair.Nothing fancy, but they definitely get the job done and employees have been very friendly. Would recommend.

Washes are usually good, but I do often find that the interior addon is done so quickly that much is missed (corners of dash, window controls, and shifter boot are the most commonly) and many times I have noticed a film on the windows from the car interior off gassing that just gets smeared around instead of cleaned off.It is what it is, and you can only go so slow while getting rows of cars through the line.On the other hand, they tend to be *really* good at getting the bugs off the front of the car.Overall, the washes are good and Ive been satisfied. Good enough that I even subscribe to a monthly plan.

I just took my car in for a detail and got it back w/ the interior windows covered in oil and dirt. The “cleaning” I paid $110 for (which was supposed to be all plastic, vinyl, dash, door, interior windows, console, etc.) consisted of oil lathered on everything. No cleaning, just oil. I can see that they did not do any cleaning because my car looks just as dirty as when I brought it in but now has the residue they used all over everything (it doesn’t absorb). Pretty disappointing since I looked forward to having a clean car

My car is technically a small SUV according to their definition. But its a toyota prius so they nice guy at the counter gave me a discount price. My seats had oil stains and all kinds of stuff all over it but it looked brand new after they were done.The only reason I didnt gove five stars is cause my seats were still wet after the detailing. Made for a uncomfortable drive for a bit but it was fine afterwards.

I dont like the way they treat their employees. I do not patronize them. There has to be an alternative to take turns when it is 100 degrees outside.

Went in to get a bird carcass removed from my cars radiator. The staff at Triple T pulled it out and had me on my way in less than 10 minutes. Very helpful!

Disappointing. The inside was vacuumed, but the inside driver door wasnt wiped down. I think they cleaned the inside door on the passenger side 3 times. I had to ask them to wipe it down before we drove off. I expected more for $15.

My boyfriend took my car for a cleaning there recently and when he brought it back I was disappointed in the service. It almost seemed like there were a couple people working on it and one of them got distracted or had to leave because about half of the car didnt get touched. I emailed them with a few pictures and they responded for me to bring it in and get it corrected. The second time the car was done perfectly like every other time before. They were very nice and apologetic about it. Will definitely keep going there!

Check for your floor liners! Although they provide good and efficient lube and car wash services, they misplaced my custom $180 back floor liner. Unfortunately, I did not realize this for two weeks and they had already erased video surveillance. There was a vehicle there at the exact time of my service that was the same make and model and I’m certain that it just a mix up. I hope that they are enjoying my back floor liner while I am stuck with 4 front liners. 😬

Was happy with the exterior wasnt so happy with the interior still looked the same as it was😢didnt want to make a big deal was just going to not come back & put my review up, but the MANAGER NATE made it all right so I left very happy & satisfied💯💪🏾he handled the situation perfectly & I will return or all my car services💯💪🏾

This is where I always get my service done and they have always been quick and friendly but today it seemed like these young guys went above being friendly and helpful from the manager on down to the guys that towel dried my car. I dont know who did my tires the last time I was there but I wish I knew to give them a tip. Gave 4 stars since I paid for the inside to be vacuumed out but, they didnt do a good job on that.

Paid for steam cleaning of seats.Was disappointed to find that the “cleaning” left a strong chemical odor which flared up my asthma.Also, the seats were left so wet that I am concerned of mold growth. More water should have been extracted before giving back the car to me. I would have much rather waited additional time for water to be extracted than to be given back the vehicle in that state.

I’ve used your business for all of my work vehicles since I got here a couple years ago. Little disappointed to see you threw my business cards on the ground at my business to put your own up. I will be going elsewhere for the remainder of my time in the area.

Friendly folk. Cheaper than most car washes of similar quality. Complete exterior wash, with hand towel down is $20. Overall great quality, prompt, and cheap.

Worst ever!! We went there for an oil change and a half price car wash. Well, my husband got The Works. We usually get the interior cleaned for that price. Now, it costs an extra $15 to get the interior cleaned. It was so much better when Greg was there. Were all done there!! Never again!!

Been getting work done from these guys for 4 years now and have never been disappointed. Once I walk off the get some Hardees forgetting I still had my keys in my pocket, And the mechanic ran over to me. Also, they let me know if there is any other issues with the car.

The machine damaged my rim and they wouldn’t take responsibility for it! Every time I go there to get my cars cleaned, it’s half done! I usually get the works! Inside & out! And most of the time they don’t do a good job at all! The Brothers that work there are remarkably awesome, but The owner and one of the managers treated me very unprofessional when I confronted them about my situation! I was treated with disrespect and I’m truly disappointed in the service! I will never go back to that place again for now on I will be going to MARKETVIEW! And other places in my area! Where I’m appreciative & treated with total respect! I spend to much money at that place to be treated the way I was treated! I’m totally disappointed! I guess if I was white riding in a Benz, I probably would’ve got treated with respect, huh? Not, trying to make this a racial issue! But, I felt discriminated against by the owner and one of the mangers by the way I was confronted! I’m very disappointed!’

Easily the best automatic car wash in Champaign-Urbana. They hand dry each car they wash. The equipment thoroughly washes all parts of the vehicle. Also a good place to get your oil changed. They pay attention to detail at Triple T. Definitely worth splurging on your vehicle, spending a little extra money, and taking it there.

This place is all about great service. When I want to get my oil changed I love to come here since they offer half-off on a wash with oil change, including interior cleaning. Its fairly inexpensive and they handle the whole process. Drop off car at one end, and it comes out the other end with fresh oil and a wash.

Im always a little nervous about using a quick change service center but these folks have never disappointed me. Their service is fast and I have never had a problem. I would also recommend getting a car wash while youre there because they really do a good job and the price is great.

Brad is amazing at what he does and i could never say thank you enough... my charger is a little over a year old and still looks brand new after he is done with it...

I do not understand all the high reviews for this place. Yes they clean your car if you give them your wallet. If you pick the basic option like me, not only they do not provide complimentary cleaning products to clean the parts that their cleaners did not clean, you get only 5 minutes with the vacuums. 5 minutes is a short time if you have a big car to vacuum. Long story short, unless you want to pay 50 dollars to them so that they will throughly(!) clean your car, you should avoid it.

The car looks much better but when I got home I had to soak up water from the floorboards. The driver side front and back, the towels were really dirty. I brought the placemats in and hung them on over laundry rack and they just dripped water - once again the driver side was really dirty. In certain light, it looks like a scrubbing pad was used on 2 spots of my hood.

Love Triple T normally but on last visit, got oil change And wash and they didnt even get oily bird poop off side of car! Didnt notice til I drove away. Grrr.

Great interior cleaning service. For $15, they hand clean the whole cars interior. Totally worth the cost, I dont think I could do any better even if I had spent an hour cleaning it myself.

I took my vehicle here and needed the seats and carpets shampooed. I brought it early in the morning and was told it would be ready by 4. I arrived a little after 4:30 PM and they had not even touched my car. The guy at the desk was very rude and this made me very irate. I am typically a calm person but his smug attitude took me there. I was very disappointed in myself for yelling at him. My issue wasnt that it wasnt ready, it was that no one called me to let me know it wasnt so I could make other arrangements. Needless to say they rushed the job and gave me back a wet car which was impossible to dry due to the rainy weekend we had. I tried contacting the manager the next day and in poor form, he defended his employees and criticized me for yelling at his smug unprofessional employee. Needless to say the customer service was poor and the job they did on my car was mediocre at best. Will never use them again.

I will never patronize this overpriced facility again. How they’re able to get away with charging the outrageous prices for their detailing is beyond me. The inside of my car is still dirty and I would have been better off going to one of those car washes where you go through the wash and do it yourself. I spent nearly thirty dollars for a half ass car wash and the guy who called himself cleaning my car was beyond rude and ignorant!!!! Never again!!!!

Ive been a customer here for years and I am sad to say that I am completely disappointed with their service. Ive had them change the oil in several different cars I have owned and in the past, if I had any issues, they had no problems addressing them.Here lately, they have refused to admit wrong doing to the point of blaming me for asking them to do the work THEY recommended I needed done. On my 2004 GMC Envoy, they suggested I change my serpentine belt. I agreed to let them do the work and less than a week later, the belt THEY installed broke and ruined my water pump. When I returned to them to inform them of the issue, I wasnt asking them to pay the repair cost of the water pump I needed to install as a result of their work, I simply want them to refund the money I paid for the service they did on my car. I was told it was my fault for agreeing to let them do the work they suggested.The previous management would have handled this in a more professional manner. I didnt think I was asking for anything unreasonable.I took a newly acquired car to them to change the oil and to have them check the fluids. I knew my air filter needed to be changed but wanted to see if they would tell me about it. I checked it before I left home so I knew it needed to be changed. They told me the air filter was fine and that it didnt need to be changed. I looked under my car to not only find that they did not even check the air filter, they didnt replace splash shield properly when they removed it to access the oil filter.I have been disappointed in the decline in the service over the years and will be taking my cars elsewhere. I love their car wash but Im more concerned about my engine than the exterior. I would NOT recommend this establishment to anyone for servicing their car.

I had an oil change and car wash/interior clean. Could barely tell they did interior cleaning and when I asked about and went back the cleaning crew had such a negative attitude towards me and not interested in doing a better job at all.I will not return.

I think they run the wash cycle faster when the line is packed because I get the same wash all the time and it sure does seem longer when its not busy and the car does seem cleaner

Inconsistent interior cleaning quality, opted for wheel cleaning but apparently didn’t even touch them.

Had a messy van detailed here. They initially missed some spots but the Detail Manager bent over backwards to make sure we were satisfied. Even gave us 2 free car washes for our trouble. Would recommend to everyone.

They were supposed to detail a minivan, that was extra dirty on the inside. The regular price for a mini-van is $199.00 they charged me an extra $50, because it was extra dirty. It was supposed to be ready for pick-up that evening, however I picked it up the next day. Not only was it still wet inside, but it still had dirt & grime on the inside paneling. They refused to adjust the price and were quite loud and argumentative about how long they worked on it and with how many people. I feel over-charged and ripped-off. I could have done this myself, for a fraction of the price and twice the quality. I would NEVER recommend their services, not even to my worst enemy.

Good car wash for people who are never going to do it themselves

Ive gone here for a few oil changes. Normal prices, but a nice waiting area. One time I went they fixed the routing of a tube without me having to ask or pay extra.

Friendly, and did a wonderful job. A bit pricey though.

Got headlight restoration done here yesterday. They charge $30 a piece, but it is totally worth it! the headlights look brand new now. They also offer $5 wash which is worth the money.
