Car still had a mess of bugs on the front after going through. Went to the nearby gas station and scrubbed the windows myself. 20 seconds of a squeegee did a better job on the windshield than this place.

Advertised open till 8pm . Drove there at 6:50 and already shut down. Think twice about renewing my monthly contract

It was my first time visiting the Rainstorm Car Wash and it was good. I really like the vacuums. You didnt have rush like you would as at the other car wash vacuum cleaners. Especially the one I was going to because the time limit you get.

If you don’t mind a scratchomatic then go to Marketview carwash. This place is horrible, half the brushes weren’t working, and when I got through it, my truck was still filthy, windows weren’t even cleaned well. Worst money you could spend on a wash job.

I guess theyre having trouble finding workers but the Devonshire location seems to be closed for maintenance more than its open for business. The problem Im having, I pay full monthly price. No discounts, no added features, and no decent service. I drive over to the prospect location at least three times a week to keep my car clean. I know its tough finding workers but think about customers that are paying monthly fees and not having the ability to wash their car when they need to.

When it’s super busy, they just randomly assign you a wash. I paid for the highest one and the car before me got the foam and all that while I only got soap and water. This one time the vacuums were not working so I went inside to ask about them. The lady was outside smoking and she came back when she saw me. I started to ask her and she IGNORED ME! She just kept looking at a sticky note while I was trying to talk to her. It was so disrespectful. I’ve only had a bad encounter with her. Everyone else there is nice except for her. She is very unprofessional. Also the soap doesn’t get washed off completely. There were scratches on my car and the vacuums are mostly shut off. I loved going to them but the lady made it all worse for me.

I do not recommend. I paid for the top package. The wheel wells and side steps of my truck still had dirt on them. The water is dirty and left water marks everywhere. The dryer did an abysmal job.

Always satisfied with the quality of my car wash. If I am not, they will gladly allow your car to go back through. A vacuum wasnt working properly, but I was able to easily use another.

Kind of disappointed, been here several times and its always been good, this time they rushed me through, didnt clean as well still had soap on car when finished.

Came out with suds on my car still. They let me go through again. The 2nd 20 minute wait would have been fine had my car come out clean, but still came out with suds. Gave up. Not the best use of $20 Ive ever had.

Completely ineffective wash. All but one vacuum is either completely broken, missing, or has very little suction. More expensive than other options. Avoid this carwash, consider any other alternatives.

It has been incredibly difficult and frustrating to get these people to cancel my fast pass service and issue me a refund. The customer care team is rude and do not know what they are doing or where to guide the customer when in need of help. It has been a struggle to get these people to answer my calls and respond to my email. Bunch of rip offs. Would not recommend this location for car wash services.

Employees at this location are unprofessional and rude. They are unfamiliar with the services both in-store and on online website. They gave me a hard time cancelling my subscription and kept charging me fees. Please check the requests people put in online for various services to better assist customers.

Took the El Camino Sunday to the carwash. Automatic carwash grabbed the antenna and bent it and dented the fender. I filed a report with the attendant and he said it would take 2-3 days for the manager to get back with me. Well today is day 3. I received an email saying they wasnt going to pay for the damages because I have a power antenna. Well I emailed 2 pictures of my nonpowered antenna and dent. I dont think their gonna get back in touch with me so now my car insurance will handle this matter! 👍 Shame on you rainstorm carwash

Paid $30 for a wash, the exact same stuff went to work on my car as my wifes, when she paid only $15. A ripoff scam that doesnt even get bird dookie off the windshield properly.

Best place in town for the car wash you expect - theres always an available vacuum, good suction, and they often have spray and towels for customers to use. Staff is always friendly. Many options for type of wash, at expected prices, and with a good program to purchase books of washes. Never have a problem with other customers, either. Ill keep coming back!

Just find somewhere else to get your car washed! Tire shine doesnt work and vacuums are in need of repair.

The main problem I have is there is not enough time at the rinse. My back window is always a mess when I am done. Soap is still coming down on my back window and it really steaks my back window.

We saw adds for their Halloween drive thru event!! My kids and i were beyond excited, considering covid has ruined a lot this year. Well, the cost for what was there was ridiculous, disappointing and really just makes me want to avoid going there for a regular wash. My car looked ok I guess. But for $20, on the Halloween special, 3 pieces of candy after an hour wait in lines and only to have 1 person dressed up in the wash itself was such a huge disappointment.

Variety of services offered..free vacuum...many stalls to complete drying....difficult to turn out on to Prospect

I bought the highest package here about a month ago and I can’t tell you how many times the attendant is not paying attention because they are on the phone, or even start the machine on my cycle. Today was the third time in two weeks that it wasn’t even started and I just rode through the car wash to drive around and go again. It will not take to much longer and I will be done here.

I love the way my cat get cleaned and the vacuum are excellent for picking up stuff from out of your car.

Friendly and helpful. My car had been egged and the attendant let me go through twice when it did not come off the first time around. Then he helped me with cleaning products they have on hand and microsuede cloths to get the much loosened egg remnants off the rest of the way. Just friendly and compassionate with the whole situation.

Wish I could rate a zero. I had one fresh bird dropping on my clean car I wanted to rinse off so I thought I’d run it through rainstorm. This car wash couldn’t even wash one bird plop off! One big observation is that this wash uses very little water. It’s kind of hard to clean a car without using enough water. This place definitely doesn’t live up to its name. I probably won’t return.

This is probably one of the better car washes Ive ever been to. For $20 you can get the works done to your car and it comes out looking great. The only reason Im giving it 4 stars is because like any other car wash it will still miss spots. On my car it missed the back window and the nooks between the mirrors.

Its a pretty fast car wash place even when its busy. It still manages to get people through fairly quick, the only downside is bcuz, of Covid theres only 3 stalls open to vacuum your car. So if its busy youll be waiting for some time. It doesnt dry your car off completely which sucks so you also have to hand dry the rest unless you dont mind air drying it by driving into the wind. The reason for the rating. If somehow they slowed it down a tad bit, I bet it could dry the whole vehicle. So meh, its ok. The circle K gas station car wash up the street is better in my opinion but sometimes its open and Ive seen it when it wasnt on a nice day so Im not sure how the operating hrs work for that. I do love the payment plan. Pay $32/m for unlimited car washes. Just drive up to the gate and the sticker they give opens the gate fairly quick.

Amazing experience! Super well maintained car wash that did a great job cleaning my car (soap smelled good too). They also offer your typical free vacuums plus a detailing cart including bug removing solution, all purpose cleaner, windex, and towels! I will definitely be returning!

My car was in a PILE UP at the Prospect Location.. A car hit me from behind and I was pushed into the car in front of me.. I was being dragged through the entire wash... my car sounded like it was being crushed!! The police was called and we spoke to Brandon /Management! We were supposed to be compensated..I was told the exact amount of my check as if they had it in hand.. i was assured it Was to be mailed out on that Friday and would be to me ASAP.. NEVER RECIEVED COMPENSATION OR A CHECK MAILED.. NEVER RECIEVED A PHONE CALL . NO EXPLANATION.. every time I call no one ever calls back.. and my Honda is Visibly Damaged!! I will never suggest going here.. go at your own risk.. if something happens you’ve been warned

Very fast, awesome amenities (towels/vacuum/different soaps so you can detail the car after the wash).Used it twice: first time car was filthy when it went in, and ok when it came out.Took it back with the “1 rewash in the next 5 days” cupon, 3 days after the first wash, no problems at all.Will come back as soon as the car needs it!

Not sure why I waited so long to use this facility. I signed up for the $20/month at their newest location on Neil St which also gets ability to wash at any other Rainstorm. Does a good job of washing and even shines your tires. Vacuums are very powerful

A bit expensive, but totally worth it. They provide free vacuums, free towels, and free cleaning supplies to clean in interior of your car. Today they were giving out free air fresheners that had a $3 off coupon code. I definitely think next time I will sign up for the monthly pass because its just a bit more than one car wash, and you can go as many times as you want in a month.

So i paid $8 for a basic car wash and i an extremely disappointed. As another reviewer said they dont use enough water so I still had soap and dirt on my car when i left and my car wasnt even that dirty. when i went to use the vacuums they are clearly clogged because they couldnt even pick up pet hair. Also im pretty sure i got a scratch on my car from after going thru the car wash. There goes my brand new car. What upsets me the most is that in Chicago (where i live) the exact same car wash is $3 and at least my car comes out cleaner and the vacuums work. This car wash is a rip off and i wont be back. I highly recommend you stay away its not worth the month or potential damage to your car

Ive only been to this car wash about 3 different times now. I had signed up for a subscription which I think is the cheapest option In town for car washes especially if you do a lot of driving. Id have to say for all of 30 some dollars a month, I can get the nicest car wash they have everyday if I wanted. Its actually a relatively good deal to as I said if you drive a lot like I do when your car gets really muddy and dirty over time. It may sound like not a lot for that 30 some dollars just to get your car washed but when you figure for an automated car wash in the area is while over $10 at Circle K for the highest quality car wash that they offer and I paid 30 something a month and go daily if I want. If I had to say one negative thing as I said Ive only been going for three times, I have to say it would be their schedule Ive heard questionable comments online about their open hours, but have not personally experienced any such abnormalities.

The 10 dollar car wash leaves bugs, doesnt clean windows very well, and rims are left nearly un-touched. But for 10 bucks hey, I dont mind wiping down the remaining spots myself after vacuuming and washing my windows. Vacuums could be better, some had pretty poor suction. I had a much better experience at the one on South Neil street. Similar concept if not the same and better quality.

Decent car wash, however they have charged our card for our long cancelled membership each month. After calling many times, I finally had to get my credit card company to block transactions with them and refund the incorrect charges. Thank you Chase Bank, no thanks to Rainstorm

At both locations in town, you get in and out with a generally clean car and theres a decent selection of products for detailing not to mention ample vacuum hoses that are powerful enough to do a decent job on the carpet and upholstery. I like the bug and bird poop prep bay where you can pull in before entering the car wash.

Have been on the fence about canceling this for a while. Today was the last straw. After going through the carwash several times over the last couple weeks there is still a rolling brush that is not working. Says now not been working since late last week. Also Depending on time of day or whatever day washes take different times and you dont always get what you pay for. Today I go through and as usual one of the brushes pushed my passenger side mirror up but this time knock the housing loose. As I waited to talk to an attendant they were talking to someone parked in the handicap spot buffing their car and the attendant walked away. I will be contacting rainstorm and canceling my subscription and hopefully we can come to an agreement on getting my side mirror fixed.

Let me first say that Rainstorm does one of the best car washes anywhere. Plus, they have free vacuums, and they provide slightly damp washclothes - perfect for drying every crevice of a car and picking up every bit of dust and dirt inside of the car. The only downside is the price.

When they first came to town I loved them. They did a good job of pre-scrubbing the front of the car and windshield to remove residue.They stopped pre-scrubbing and they was isnt as clean. I even had to go back through immediately more than once because the windshield was not clean after the wash.I finally stopped going after I started noticing scratches on my car. It was from the car wash.

Monthly unlimited wash plan. Towels and cleaner to dry your car. The drying sucks in the wash it self so you have to let it air dry or use the towels. free vacuums with the wash.

Prices are ok, sand washing is good, however the drying is pretty bad. I always have to stop by the vacuums and spend 10/20 minutes drying the car with a cloth.
