This is my first written Google review and it couldn’t be written about a better experience than I received from Auto Club Detailing. When you’re going to trust a possession with someone and also spend some coin, great results AND customer service is something you hope for. Colin and Kyle offered just that. They were patient with my questions, extremely prompt and proactive with communication. They contacted me before proceeding with agreed upon next steps and took pictures. I had 2 stages of paint correction to remove swirl marks and 2 coats of ceramic coating applied. I was so pleased with their work I will FIND ways to continue doing business with them. For those that may be from out of town, their results, professionalism, and communication make it worth your drive.

I chose auto detailing club for the first time, and I chose them solely because of their reviews on google map. But I have to say that I am not satisfied with my first service, I feel that their service is not as good as the reviews. First of all when I checked for the first time, there were still pet cats left in the B-pillar, secondly there was still a lot of dirt under the mounts and the vanity mirror and its surroundings were not cleaned, etc. Their detail was done quickly, maybe 3-4 hours for the whole process, I dont know if thats the reason they didnt clean up the details.And recently I found there are A LOT cat fur on the backseats. I would not recommend this place for auto detailing.

We took both our minivan and compact cars to get full details and headlight restoration. The service was thorough and extremely focused. They discussed needs at drop off and then reviewed work at pick up. From scheduling to payment, the process was convenient and straight-forward. They dont pressure you into additional services and the staff were all very friendly.Highly recommend!!!

We had a really amazing experience with these guys! They were so professional; they walked around the car with me to ask about needs and point out anything that would be an issue during the detailing process. The cost estimates and time estimates were right on. We got both cars done here and they look better than when we bought them (each is over 10 years old). Really a great spot and excellent work!

I am a sales manager at a local dealership and I wanted to give these guys a shout out. Sometimes we have to send some of our used cars out to detail shops to expedite our process when we get backed up and these guys were hands down amazing! Not only did they deliver on time but the quality of their work is above and beyond. Their pricing is good, finished product is better than I expected, and most importantly for me is that they got the job done in a timely manner if not sooner than expected and this is coming from a dealership that has their own detail shop. Would recommend them to anyone and will refer anyone who asks to them. I have seen what they can do with dog hair and I plan on taking my personal vehicle to them here in the next month or two when my summer/fall trips with the dog in the back seat are over. Get ahold of these guys if you want a “real” complete detail for a very fair price!

Service was outstanding. Communication was outstanding. All staff were incredibly helpful and took as much time as I needed with all of the questions I had. I had a great experience with them. They were very knowledgeable and even identified oil was leaking due to loose gasket. Because of them I was able to manage only lose 1/4 of my oil than loosing my engine. I thank them for it!

Came from a long road trip and needed help with the interior as it had a lot of sand and dirt, I called Auto Club and they delivered great customer service with communication and answering any questions I had. After the job was done, my interior looked brand new! Book them now!!!!

We take our dog with us everywhere, and our car needed some help. They did a thorough interior clean and exterior wash. Overall, they are professional and super nice. We’re really happy with the end result and level of service.

This place is legitimate. They did a great job. I purchased the SUV at the dealership and they worked with them to get it in. I had level 1 paint correction done and level 3 ceramic coating done. It looks better than new. Overall, it is great value. These guys really take pride in their work and it shows. They kept me updated with pictures throughout the process. I cant wait to send the rest of our vehicles in and see what they can do with them. I highly reccomend.

We recently did a complete detail on a Honda CRV and an Audi A4. Both turned out amazing. We felt like we were driving new cars after working with this company.

I usually do not write reviews online, but I feel it is necessary this time to share my personal experience with the services provided by the Auto Club Detailing. I had my brand-new red Tesla Model 3 Performance polished by Kyle and Colin at their shop prior to its XPEL paint protection film installation. I drove to their shop in person for the appointment, and Kyle informed me that he would be leaving tomorrow but still kindly fit my appointment into their schedule despite that their schedule was almost full before Kyles departure. In order to further protect the polished paint from rocks, dust, and debris on the road, Colin and Kyle put food wraps around the entire front of the vehicle after the polish, and the car arrived at the XPEL shop absolutely spotless. From my perspective, both Kyle and Colin are incredibly passionate, care extremely about details and qualities of their work, establish friendly and long-term relationships with their customers, and basically treat any vehicle in their shop as their own. In the future, I not only will be bringing my Tesla Model 3, my Volkswagen Golf GTI, but also will be recommending all of my friends to their shop for detailed wash, maintenance, and other high-quality services.

This place is the one to go to. I don’t think my car was this clean even when I bought it brand new. They did an amazing job and were so nice and professional. I happened to mention that I got a free car wash with my oil change that same day and they offered to remove the car washing portion of my service and discount my total if I wanted them to. That really impressed me and I’ll definitely be going back.

Very knowledgeable and professional. Fixed some major holograms introduced by my car dealer. Their exterior detailing made my Mazda CX-5 sparkle!

Went there to get my car polished. Talked to kyle and he set me up for an appointment, wasn’t for sure about this place at first but the day I picked up my car I was impressed, my car turned out beyond I expected. Paint looks great shines like new. Their service is great as well. Very friendly and great price for a professional detailer. I would totally recommend this place. I had to drive 50 minutes one way just for them to work on my car and not a single regret. I would totally go back to this place. I was going to be in Champaign for exactly one day and wanted to get my mothers FILTHY car detailed. It was easy to make a morning appointment online and I had it confirmed within the hour. Upon arrival Joy was skeptical they would be able to get the car as clean as I might have been hoping (I booked the Premium Interior Detail service) and thought I might want to go with the cheaper Express Detail service. The detailer (didnt catch his name) felt confident he could get most of the stains out, so left it for me to decide. I figured if he could get half of the stains out it was going to be money well spent so I went with the Premium service.The owner, Sam, arrived at one point, introduced himself and even worked on the car a bit. The service should take about two hours, but this car was especially dirty and they spent three hours on it. Sam and the woman I first spoke with both checked on me at separate times to make sure I was okay with them spending extra time on the car. I had no place else to be and was perfectly comfortable working remotely in their waiting area (they have free WiFi) and told them to take as long as they needed.I wont say the car looks brand new again, no one would be capable of performing that feat, but the end result is honestly amazing. The vast majority of the stains are gone, the car smells nice and Im no longer afraid to touch the console. My mother almost cried when she saw how clean it was. She lives 45 minutes away, but as vowed to return to UI Auto Club in the future.

They did an amazing job deep cleaning our car. It was in pretty rough shape when we brought it indue to two (often muddy) dogs. The team was super professional, right on time, and very organized. Would definitely recommend.

I rarely post stuff online but I am a firm believer of giving credit when its due. Got my new car in January and had stopped by to meet up with Kyle prior to my first wash to get familiar. He is knowledgeable and passionate about cars and very considerate when it comes yours. Got a Hand wash done and it was done with excellence and pride. As such, I now have washes scheduled every 2 weeks with them.Building from my in-person experience, I was scheduled for a wash this morning. Just before heading out, not knowing that It had already started snowing/raining at the club location, Kyle reached out to me asking if I would like to reschedule my appointment as washing it in the current weather wouldnt be an ideal scenario for the car nor me. Goes to show they really care about you, your car and your wallet. He managed to reschedule for tomorrow and I shall be one very happy returning-customer. Great work Kyle and the team! Keep it up and I am spreading the good word about you guys.

These guys are it! Ive been here about 3 or 4 times and always leave happy. Its about $45 for exterior + interior wash on my hatch back and takes about 1.5 hrs. The service is great too, run by uiuc alum. They will get every spec of dirt (no matter who is on duty). I went to another place like this back home and they basically stole $50 dollars from me and treated me like garbage. Here, you will feel like you owe them money. Plz go here, will not disappoint! Easy 5 stars :)

You can tell Kyle really cares about his customers. My car looked amazing after I got it waxed here, and he also took car of some scratches on my car, free of charge. Prices they charge are very reasonable and worth it for the service youre getting. Would highly recommend Auto Club Detailing if youre trying to get your car detailed by professionals!

The people were very nice but the quality of their detailing was not worth $200. It was supposed to take 4 hours and they got it done 1 hour. It wasn’t a thorough job. I would equate the quality of work to a $50 detail job.

I got the maintenance detail done on my car and they did a wonderful job. It’s very clean and they dried it well (so I don’t have to worry about water marks). They are up front about pricing and are very professional. The waiting area is very comfortable as well. I’ll definitely be returning :)

Hands down the best detailing Ive ever experienced. They have serviced both of our vehicles for interior and exterior detailing, paint correction, glass treatment, and rock chip repair. They are car people and care for their customers cars as they do their own. They are more expensive than other shops and they take longer, but thats because they do it right and dont cut corners. Were always thrilled with the results and feel like they really go above and beyond. I cant imagine going elsewhere after experiencing the quality and service at UI Auto Club!

Phenomenal experience! I called to get information about an interior detail cleaning and Kyle was so helpful. He was able to clarify questions I had about the service from the website and I was able to book a next day appointment. The whole experience was professional and my car is immaculate. They were able to get out food and coffee stains. Highly recommend!!

They did a great job at a reasonable rate, I got their complete package on my 2018 Chevy Equinox getting ready for another cross country trip and they made it like new.

I have been using their services for merely half a year. I started with express detailing and now got the level 2 ceramic coating. Staff are really knowledgeable and friendly. Not only they provided me with awesome services, but also educate you with the product which they are using. Plus how you should take care of your vehicle when you want to take care of it on your own. See photo below for the email conversation I had with the service manager.Also, if you look at the one start review here, I would not suggest that you should leave anything expensive and tiny in your car when you leave your vehicle. I couldnt speak too much for this. But business owners wont touch your personal belongings when they give you service.The only thing I would hope to add in for the service page is to let us schedule service 30 days in front of time rather than a 2-week short time window. Other than that, I vouch for their service!

Took my 1976 Corvette in for a “spring cleaning” and was not disappointed. I had the full service exterior and interior done and the car looks amazing. Definitely something I’ll plan on doing at least once or twice a year from now on. Top notch customer service from everyone involved.

I have never had a car detailed before, but I imagine having a experience that I was given at UI Auto Club is exactly what someone should get. I gave them a challenge with my SUV that had dog presence, stains, smells, and just extremely dirty. They said they would try their best and they sure did! I have never seen a car this clean! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They did have to take more time then the time estimates given on the website, but I knew it would take them longer to clean my car. They still completed it in a very timely fashion. I am very excited to use them again in the future!

My car had been stolen and I called to see if I could get my car detailed after claiming it from the police station, I gave them very short notice and needed it detailed before making the 3 hour drive home.They took my car into the shop immediately upon arrival and did an amazing job. My car looked like brand new when they were finished. They were awesome, professional and very reasonable.Wish they were located near St Louis Mo I would definitely use them again.

This was my first time having my car professionally detailed and I could not be happier with the outcome. The staff was very friendly and talked me through what would need to be done. These guys are solid, beyond knowledgeable, professional and their work is amazing. Having recently relocated here and not at all used to what snow and salt can do to a car (especially ones that I dont even let the dealer breath on if I can help it) I was thrilled to find a place that I could not only take my cars to be professionally washed, but also detailed,with professional grade detailer product brands that are identifiable top shelf brands to those that care about their car paint in the detailer world, and much to my surprise each time is carried out flawlessly. And thats saying a lot as I dont let many people touch my cars, and those that I have over the years, Ive usually just had prepare myself for less than perfection. But not with these guys, Kyle and his crew have become by #1, and I lived in So Cal for decades where there are some great shops.But these guys take the cake.They have now washed and detailed both my BMWs a handful of times and each time they outdo themselves! Last month I left with Kyle my literally brand new custom built blacked out 2020 X6 which had just came off the production line to put on a ceramic coating, including the wheels which turned out 1000x better than I even imagined it could! While they had it, it snowed but was forecasted to melt and be nice out a few days later so Kyle not only offered (he must have read my mind!) to keep it safe until I could come get it and drive her home sans slushy salty roads. A godsend to this OCD car paint clean freak!They are also a breeze to communicate with and schedule with online or phone or text, etc. They also exceed any customer service threshold I had prior and make coordinating and communicating with not only a breeze but actually enjoyable!Again...hands down the best in the business, and Ive lived in major metro areas around the country and am beyond OCD about who and what touches my cars!

We have a X5 that hasnt been fully detailed ever since we drove it off the dealership parking lot 3 years ago. We have two kids who kick the back of front row seats and there were some stains on the carpet as well. When we picked up the X5, we could hardly recognize the car since its very pretty and clean like a new car. The car smelled really well and they didnt use harmful chemicals either. The waiting area was clean and well maintained and we were given free bottles of water while waiting there before the delivery. All in all, it was a great experience and we strongly recommend this place. Given the cost and service quality, we can hardly imagine a better place in Champaign area.

This is a Very Professional shop! The men are knowledgeable and the service and wait area are top end. Their products are gentle yet powerful. You will want to put them on spreed dial when you see how excellent your vehicle will look!

Simply the best in town. Their online scheduling system is super convenient. When I enter the door, the staff Colin was already there with a huge smile and welcoming handshake. The store was extremely clean with modern design, plus comfortable sofa and lots of yummy snacks. You can choose staying in the store for a few hours browsing internet while they work on your car, or coming back later. I left the car there for a night. Second day I needed to come in the evening to pick up the car. Colin and his staff (sorry forgot his name) was waiting there just for me. They walked through every single detail in the car. I thought my Sienna were totally ruined by the toddlers, but now it looks brand new again! Their professionalism and the service quality is definitely among the best I have ever seen across all industries. I could not believe this is a 100% U of I student run business. The only suggestion is the sign at the entrance, 2 uber drivers missed the entrance picking me up and dropping me off. I wish the sign was a little bigger :).

I had an exceptional experience with these guys. I made an appointment online and picked the top of the line package. I showed up and they were ready to go. The guys were friendly and welcoming. The lounge in which you wait is nice and comfortable. They offered me free water or tea. They have free WiFi. I liked the big window where you could watch them work. The car came out looking great. They addressed all my concerns. The car looks better than when it rolled off the lot. I would definitely recommend them.
