My stylist was very nice and personable. She also listened to what I had to say and my cut came out AWESOME!!! I have a terrible time finding a stylist that produces what I ask for or desire. I will be Back!

Not the best cut I’ve gotten there. The cut was very quick and it wasn’t as detailed as it usually is. My beard and mustache were not trimmed properly and it felt like the clippers were just run over the top. I had to redo it when I got home. My ears were not trimmed and my neck was left untouched. It felt as if the person doing the cut did not know how to use the clippers properly.

Sarah did a great job and I got the cut I came in looking for. She was great and I highly recommend them for men and women, young and old.

The service was quick and polite the entire time. People were responsive to what I asked for, but the haircut itself was done poorly and lazily. I had razor burn all along the back of my head. And the style I had asked for was done with such haste that upon looking closer, I could see uncut areas and mismatched lines.

My visit was a walk-in, with no pre-registration. I got seated within 10 minutes, and my barber did a wonderful job. Super clean inside, smells great, and the barbers do a phenomenal job of making good conversation. MVP experience, hair cut, beard trim, and tip all under $40... Yes, please!

My last hair stylist left the area and the service at Sports Clips was beyond my expectations. Great prices and service.

I will never be returning to this location. My experience was the worst haircut in my 27 years living. To start off, the “stylist” cut my ear right off the bat, and caused it to start bleeding, and out a band aid and continued. I should’ve walked out there. Instead, I was nice and just took it as a simple mistake and let it be. But after the hair cut was done, it was terrible - should’ve known from the start. Neither side of my hair was even. There were uneven bald spots. And because she cut my head and put a band aid on my head the sides were obviously not going to be even. She never offered to make the mistake right. I just paid and immediately had to go get another haircut to fix whatever was left of my hair style. I’m sure they have other stylists, but I will not risk coming back to the Old Farm location.

I got a 50% off coupon from them in the mail. They would not honor it. Have not gone back. Less than professional. The stylist did not have a professional attitude.

Not bad, felt like a bit of a rush job but worth the time and money

When I asked for a fade, I expected something close to it. There was no fading in between and the barber decided to cut way higher where I told her to and didn’t even try to fix it. Almost charged me $25 even after not getting the shampoo or anything extra. I will not be coming here again.

She was great as well. In fact both started for Sports Clips around the same time so I found out by asking questions. Well with these two I will be back again. Old guy talking here. Just saying.

Hey Jesse, i enjoyed my cut a lot so that aspect of the service was top notch, massage at the end was a nice touch too. One small note, when I signed in my name didn’t translate over to the waitlist screen, so I had to talk to one of the employees to bump my name up otherwise I would’ve been waiting an extra 45 minutes. Minor detail though. Overall great experience, so I appreciate that

I truly enjoy going to this Sport Clips location. Every time I walk in the girls are extremely friendly and welcoming. Its very refreshing to have them call me by name now that they know me from coming in over the past couple of years. Ive never had a bad experience, and will continue to go there for my haircuts in the future. The only downside is once in a while they are so busy it takes a bit, but with the TV and magazines in the waiting area its no big deal. A+

Let me just say I really like the MVP. It is a service I had not experienced before, so the scalp massage, hot towel, massaging chair And shampoo combo is great. Very inexpensive splurge.As hair cuts go, as with any next stylist up place, it was hit or miss. Ultimately this is why I stopped going, too many misses.

I like going to this sports clips because its so close to where I live and its the most convenient. Trust me the haircuts they give here are like no other and theyre so good about what they do. So if your ever in need for a haircut drop sports clips you wont regret it!

Easy to setup appointments, friendly staff

I take my 5-year-old son here. We were lucky enough to get AJ last time and again today. He was over-the-top excited to see her because he loved his last cut. She did the same awesome job today and I have already recommended her to several of my friends! Sport Clips is the place to go for a quick haircut with friendly staff and a relaxing atmosphere.

I can not say enough good things about my experience at sport clips and with my stylist Jamie. The products and services they offer are top notch. Its like a quick spa visit for men. I went to this sports clips because another barber shop butchard my hair on two different occasion. The first time leaving notches in my head, the second time they did what they wanted not what I wanted. I almost shaved my head it was so bad....until I came to this barber shop.my stylist was a manager with the initials A.M. . she was great. Made the experience worth it. She had quite the challenge fixing my hair. She did it though. She was gifted.Staff there was great. Staff made customers laugh and feel comfortable.There was no wait. This sports clip on Kirby is way better than the one by the mall. Great attention to detail. Very professional. The owner should be very proud of the Manager A.M. .People forget this one exist. Its behind Panera bread on Kirby. Check them out. Really glad I went here. Ill never go back to the other one. #Found.my.new.barber. Thank you A.M. for doing such a great job. Now I can look normal for my vacation. My wife thanks you as well.

Received one of the worst haircuts Ive ever received from this store. Low fade with lines showing and around my ears are curved ridiculously.

Sport clips is a great place to get your hair cut. Im very picky about who cuts my hair but when I walk out of this place Im a happy man. All the girls are super nice and great stylist. But theres one girl there named Mary M who is absolutely a beast. Top notch. She will have my business for life.

Theyre ok when it comes to pulling up a conversation. And if youre just cutting the top of your hair its fine.However beware if you have a beard, they will run it over with a lawnmower and call it a day.Also $30 for a haircut with beard trim, good God.

Checked in and waited for my time my name is Will. Lady comes in with son 30 minutes after Ive been there. Waits for next available stylist (Im on deck) and says i forgot to check in and moves to front of line. And i go from on deck to 23 minutes. This is after i recieved a text stating less than 10 minutes. Wont go back, whats the point of a check in? Wasted an hour

Uneven cut, asked for the double mvp and I could tell she didnt wanna do that much work so she insisted twice on me just getting the mvp. Pushed the buzzer on the side of my head harder than the shoulder massage. Personality of a brick wall as well, had a good experience before with this location but wont be back.

So professional every time and easy to chat with and how they dont pressure you to buy things in the store.

I have got one of the new hair dresser and I wasnt aware first that she is new but her work gave me some hints that she is kind of new - after the hair cut is done, she called up an experienced hair dresser to review the work and she recommended few changes but she went ahead and fixed few styling. overall they both did an amazing job and I am happy for what they did.

This is my second visit. Always friendly and professional. Makes you feel appreciated that you came in. Had A.J. the first time and Kayla on todays visit. Would recommend both. Awesome experience.

I had been looking for someone that could cut my hair the way I wanted the first time without having to look in the mirror and ask them to fix it or go higher or shorter or whatever the case may be. When I walked in I asked everyone that was working who had the most experience with high and tight cuts. They all deferred to a woman named AJ. She gave me the top of the line package for a discount because it was my first time there. I explained to her exactly what I wanted and she started cutting. I asked her to go as short as she could, preferably with a staight razor on the sides and back. For whatever reason they cant use razors there but they use a device called a super shaver or shaper shaver or whatever its called and it actually does just a good of job if not better. When she was finished it was exactly what I was wanting. Couldnt have been happier. I called in a month and a half later to schedule an appointment with her and I came to find out that she had moved to the Decatur store. Not really that big of a deal for me since I live roughly halfway between the Decatur store and the Champaign store.

This place was great, but if you randomly get one person enough times they start skipping you in line so you keep getting that person. Unbelievably annoying when you just want a haircut from anybody.

I have tried other salons and barbershops in town, but now that ive gone to sportclips, I will NEVER go any where else! The store is extremely clean, you get to watch tv the whole time, the stylist are professional, friendly, quick, and the girls give the very best haircuts in town. I always get the MVP haircut which includes a steam towel, shampoo and a shoulder neck massage all for under $25! Its incredible. I highly recommend trying out sportclips, you wont be disappointed!
