Needed to move something extremely heavy Enterprise has trucks with tailgate lift. May 1300 pounds easy to move. Very clean truck and ran extremely well. Very thorough introduction to truck so I knew how to operate

The initial transaction was flawless. My complaint is how unkempt the truck was. The windows were so filthy, it was hard to see out when the sun was shining, just thought vehicles were cleaned better prior to rental

There was a last-minute change and I had to travel to another city to get my rental. I was pretty upset, had to take two Ubers and a bus to get there. They were apologetic and provided adequate compensation for my trouble. The rental was exactly as I needed it to be, and made my move much smoother.

This was a nice place to rent a truck that had towing capabilities but it would have been nice if they offered unlimited miles like they do other rentals also if they would have explained more about diesel trucks we had never used one before

A best rental car service in Cedar Rapids. I have rented car from this location more than 5 times and every time I got best customer service. They fulfill the addition request as well like if you require AWD feature, you can request them and they will arrange the same. Pick and drop-off option is also available. Thank you Enterprise.

Rented a truck to move a few things and enjoyed driving the big van
