DO NOT GET A UHAUL FROM THIS PLACE! Worst experience I have ever had. Called the day before I was suppose to pick up the uhaul and they told me they did not have a uhaul for me! We were suppose to move my daughter the next morning. They totally messed up and the 4 times I called to make the reservation half of them didn’t know what they were doing. Also the manager was extremely rude to me after I told him I had to have a uhaul. He said he didn’t have time to locate one for me.

Had a pretty good experience here. We didnt rent from here but returned it here. Ni hassel and had good service!!

So I rented a uhaul and used my bank card to pay. I was a little late getting it back to the guy who had told me not to worry about it (as I was a friend to his wife). Even paid extra for insurance on it. Imagine my surprise when I had three nasty, threatening messages left on my voicemail and my card had about 100 more dollars taken from my account. Tried to call numerous times. He never had time to talk. Stopped in twice. Waited for 30 mins or so both times, finally leaving a message to please call. Never heard back from him.THERE ARE OTHER UHAUL RENTAL PLACES. I WILL GO TO ONE OF THEM NEXT TIME.

Very pleased. Spoke with James who is the owner. He didnt have what I needed at the time but knew where I could get one and set it up after having terrible luck with the UHAUL dealer down the street. His son was a great help too and both are super nice.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS ALL YOU CAN!! RUN. This place is terribly ran and the “owner” is terribly disrespectful and will threaten you if things don’t go his way. Pulling weapons on customers. I repeat, do not go here.

I made a reservation for a 26ft truck two weeks in advance online. They confirmed the reservation, and I even called the local office to make sure everything went through.Two days previous to our move they called me to let me know that there would not be a truck available!!!I will never use U-Haul again, and I would recommend that you do not use them if you actually want to move.Thank goodness Budget Truck rental had a similar truck available.

Just called to reserve a truck. The gentleman answered the phone. I said that I was looking to see if he had any trucks available this Saturday. To which he replied; Im eating lunch, call me back in 1/2 hour. I was a bit shocked and hesitantly said Ok. To which he replied; What am I not allowed to eat? To which I said; No that isnt it I am just surprised that he would answer the phone during his lunch break. He said; Dont call me back, call someone else.Very unprofessional and rude. I too work for a company; I tend not to answer my office phone when Im on break and cant respond to customer calls.

Was not very pleased with the service from here. Had requested to be able to do a self pickup, however, they told me “they didn’t have time” to get that ready for my reservation I’d made 6 weeks early. Rather disappointed to say the least and will certainly use a different UHaul location next time.

Booked for 8 am. Called to confirm night before. They said, despite their website and receipt saying 8, they dont open until 9. Their compromise was bad enough of meeting at 8:30, but Im still sitting here at 9:15 waiting for them to show up. All the people that are helping me move are just sitting in the parking lot waiting.

I rented a tow dolly here for one day. Before I even hooked up to the dolly, I got a call saying I didnt need to come get the car. I went in and said I no longer needed it and they said no problem, theyd take care of it. I got my CC bill and they charged it TWICE. I went in and they insisted I took it and refused a refund. I called Uhauls main office no help there either. Stay away and rent anywhere else.

This is the shabbiest, most poorly stocked, and least accessible U-Haul Center that I have seen in 30 years. If you come here, dont expect much in the way of supplies, service, or vehicles. Try somewhere else first; this is just a tiny, rather disorganized small office attached to a secondhand car dealership.

Number for UHaul on the key drop box doesnt work, and hours posted are also in correct. Seems to have the same hours as the dealership its connected to FWIW

Good prompt service. Just what I needed when I needed it. Acceptable and expected cost.

They could put tongue jacks on their trailers.... like who doesnt have tongue jacks on trailers?

Was open Sunday morning. Had the trailer I needed and took great care of my rental needs

The owner was an awesome person was very helpful good place

Off the beaten path but very good customer service. The other Uhaul stores in town did not have what I needed but this store did.
