I have rented from multiple places in Cedar Rapids and United was one of the most helpful and professional. Because they are a large regional company they have phone and online services that assist with securing a rental. Every time I have rented for residential use their online and phone service people have gone above and beyond to find me what I need for each job. The staff at the SW Cedar Rapids location were also very friendly with how they interacted with me. They are my first choice when looking to rent something in CR.
