Dave & Avery came & did the great job they always do. I was working at home today and they respectfully worked around me & left my house looking & feeling beautiful. Im always happy when they come around!

We just had our first cleaning service and it was fantastic! Colleen and Kailey were hard working and very thorough. They are also very lovely ladies!

The Cleaning Authority staff are friendly and open to requests as things come up. After my mother fell in her bathroom, they have made sure there are no slick or sticky areas on her bathroom floor.I really like their process of rotating areas for deeper cleaning through their schedule. We have them coming on a bi-weekly basis. the house is just more comfortable to live in.

Dave and Avery are amazing! They always do such a great job. On cleaning days, I always come home from work early, just to enjoy how nice the house looks! 😊

I have used The Cleaning Authority for 8 years. They have been very reasonably priced, professional, and always give a quality clean. There have been a few times that they have missed some spots for sweeping or vaccuming. I have taken pictures and emailed them to Customer Service, and they have come back that same week to provide another clean at no cost to me. I also have enjoyed their rewards program over the years to get free cleanings for just being a customer! I have referred friends to them as well, and they also enjoy having them clean their house.

The first time they ever showed up was good. After that, I’ve never had a good performance from any of the multiple crews we’ve received. I’ve complained multiple times to the manager with reassurance of change that never happened. They give you this big list of things they’re suppose to do each time and it’s honestly laughable considering how much they simply don’t do. The unprofessional behavior was also a major point. Smoke breaks, obscene small talk, and cleaners smoking weed in their car prior to cleaning. I would not recommend this company to anyone

My house is noticeably cleaner!!

Bad experience poor cleaning. The trainer lisa half does everything and thinks shes Jenna when it comes to her job. They play favorites and that is not how a company should be getting ran. Jenna needs to learn how to handle disputes better between employees because she is losing good people because of her ignorant staff members.
