I love meeting & helping all the people I’m fortunate enough to see everyday! Helping people stay in their homes & with their loved ones!
Ive been with To The Rescue for a year and a half now. During my time here Ive had the opportunity to advance in the company and get a significant pay raise. I feel like Im making a positive impact in my community and the life of our members, I absolute love what I do. As an Employment Specialist Im given the opportunity to create and nurture business relationships with members and public businesses every day. I get to meet and engage with all different kinds of people throughout my day, every week is a rewarding adventure.
My niece enjoyed using this service to get her where she needed to go. I felt the majority of the drivers had a heart for the people they were helping, many went the extra mile. I cannot thank them enough for being there when I needed their help the most. Thank you all for your love and care of my niece!
To the Rescue has been a good place to work. I have worked here for over a year and a half and they have been cooperative and willing to work with me to give time off when needed. Staring pay is fair but have not seen any raises.
To the Rescue is a fantastic place to work! Nice people, good communication and great clients! I recommend To the Rescue!
Nicest people and most helpful services that have turned my life around!
If I could give this place a 0 I would poor management Dont care about there employees. Had to work around covd19. No break and if you do get a break they call you to pick up a client. They make up there own rules. They follow me around to make sure that I was dropping of clleints. And calling clients to find out how the drivers were doing. Overloading one driver. Never got my last paycheck. Worked there over a year with no pay raise. They wanted me to come in to work even it I was sick Do your self a favor Dont work for them
Theyre passionate about serving their members and are taking proper precautions during this pandemic.
I worked there for two years and I have seen everything even though I was basically an overnight staff. No real opportunities to be promoted. I started with 10.0 per hour and ended with the same rate. They didn’t have appropriate protocol to deal with COVID-19 which was the final straw for me. To sum things up, I don’t recommend anyone to work there or to have a loved one stay there.
Terrible management. Loved the clients, but couldnt continue working for such an awful company. The other 1 star reviews perfectly sum up my experience. Nothing ever gets done despite so many promises that it will. Working for them was one of the most stressful things Ive ever dealt with. You want to stay for the clients, but the management makes your life a living hell. If youre considering putting your loved one in one of these homes, please dont (at least not if they have advanced physical or mental needs). The staff are not trained properly or treated well. The clients do not get the level of care they deserve. Im proud of my work as a CNA, but I couldnt be proud of my work with TTR because they didnt give me the tools I needed. I did the best I could, but I wish I never worked there.
To the rescue provides multiple services for those that need a little extra support in life. Supports they provide are 24-hour housing, day habilitation, hourly SCL, supported employment services, transportation and payee services. Every decision that is made have the clients best interest at heart.
Im a former Employee and i was promised 35-40 hours a week, but didnt get those hours. Hourly is not a good program and the guy that runs it doesnt know what hes doing. I didnt have a full schedule, people canceled often and i didnt have anything to do when people canceled. Wouldnt recommend working here unless you want to be screwed over.
Very efficient. Does a really good job. Comes on time. My dogs love her!Thank you TLR!
No real training, rules not followed, errors constantly made and covered up. Management just piles more responsibility on the lowest paid dsps. To the Rescue just wants paid per client, but definitely dont have the best Interest of them in mind. Low pay.
