Brittany and Tatum were absolutely amazing today. Not only did they calm my sweet dog and comfort him, they cleaned my house impeccably. I mean were talking down on their hands and needs scrubbing baseboards. My house has never been so beautiful as it is when Absolutely Clean comes. They dont use any chemicals in their cleaning products and to make you feel a little more safe, they run background checks on all of their employees. They receive the utmost professional and detailed training. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend.

I had Absolutely Clean come out for a deep clean the end of January. This was my first time setting something like this up and wasnt sure what to expect. We moved into this house in July 2020 - a month before Derecho - so finally having someone come help me clean all the bathrooms and Kitchen, dust and clean all our hardwood floor was AMAZING!!! Everything from the vacuum lines in the carpet to emptying of all of my bathroom trashes (we have 4!). Lisa, Madie and Josh did an awesome job and now I need to get them back in to maintain that great feeling of things being cleaned. Would absolutely recommend them and a deep clean service.

I just had my very first cleaning with Absolutely Clean today, and I am legitimately in awe at how spotless my home looks! They took my cluttered and dirty house and made it sparkle, and cleaned things I had no idea they would touch like my tower fans and my Keurig?!? Highly recommend to anyone, so sincerely impressed.

I love Absolutely Clean!! I never thought I would have someone clean my house, but I took a chance and now I feel like I can not live without this service. The ladies that clean my house are always professional and easy to work with. I work nights so the ladies clean around me being at home. I felt weird at first but they kept reassuring me this is there job and told me to just sit back and relax, we are here to make your day easier. They sure do. I love after they leave how awesome I feel having a clean house!!!! It is a great feeling. I am not one for cleaning my house, so this was the way to go for me!!!! I love how it makes me feel after they are done! They are awesome ladies!!! Go Absolutely Clean!!!!!

I called Absolutely Clean one morning as a new client and desperate for a quick floor to ceiling clean on my ENTIRE condo after some tenants left it a disaster and I had a showing to sell the place in just a few short days. Julie was able to fit me in THAT afternoon! Two (and later three) of her wonderful staff came over and spent the entire afternoon transforming my condo into a clean presentable property.I was really impressed with the quick response and quality of work. Thanks Ladies!

Sadly I had an extremely unpleasant experience with Absolutely Clean. I was sooooo excited to have this done...almost giddy. Initially it was hard to get calls back to schedule the appointment. The OWNER sent me an email which was completely rude but I overlooked that since the Sales Manager was a freakin’ delight. For a deep clean of my condo it took them an outrageous amount of time to do a piss poor job of even a regular cleaning. They missed so many things. I took pictures to show these items and sent them to Absolutely Clean. The Sales Manager was very upset about what she saw...the OWNER apparently was not. They provided an absolutely absurd total cost for this “cleaning”. They stated they cleaned under the boys bed, picked up toys...nope and nope. Allllllllll toys, cupboard items and decor was removed PRIOR to the appointment. They said they cleaned 3 containers of cat litter.............ummmmmmm there was only ONE EMPTY cleaned out storage container and the litter boxes were not even in the house or a cleaning area - No animal waste in the home. They were suppose to clean window tracks....they did one window. They said they cleaned base boards....not so much. There was dust left, areas in the bathrooms missed, pretty much every corner in the house was missed. I will give them kudos that my refrigerator does look amazing. You would think a locally owned business would have wonderful customer service...in this case that did NOT happen. Again the staff and Sales Manager were lovely to work with. The OWNER was beyond rude, condescending and does not run her business in a favorable fashion. At the end I asked for a refund. She would not. She was actually going to charge me to have the ladies come back to actually do their job. The Sales Manager finally offered to have the ladies come out for free. Butttt again I would have to leave my house for an extended period of time. So beyond frustrating. I can’t stress enough how disgusting of an experience this was. Normally I would not provide this feedback on social media but I have never had such an inappropriate and unprofessional experience. I would normally think “oh they must be having bad day” and not think much of it. This is not the case

Absolutely Clean did a wonderful job for us. The staff was extremely professional from the first phone call to get an estimate to the ladies that came and made my house sparkle. I have a very busy lifestyle and needed an extra hand to help around the house and Absolutely Clean was a perfit fit! I will recommend to all my friends and family.

Wow! I was super impressed with how great the absolutely clean team did with cleaning my home. The house is spotless and shiny in each and every room. The girls were very friendly, hardworking, and professional. I am so glad I finally decided to have them come and start cleaning my home. I just wish I would have started sooner!How nice it is to have some extra time now at home to focus on other things besides always having to do lots of time consuming cleaning. I also LOVE their healthy, earth-friendly organic cleaning products that they use. What a nice added bonus it is. I plan to order some of thier products to have on hand to use myself as well.Thanks Absolutley clean crew!! Keep up the awesome work!!

Tuesdays have become my favorite day of the week because I know when I walk in the door at the end of the day, my house will be CLEAN! There is no better feeling! And since I know theyre coming, it keeps me accountable to keeping the clutter around the house to a minimum (though theyre happy to de-clutter for you, too). Absolutely Clean uses organic products, which I love. They are consistent & very willing to work with my schedule when Im having company or leaving town. The only thing I regret is not using them sooner!

I love this company! They are always professional, warm and caring. They have gone out of their way to make sure I am happy and satisfied...and they are great cleaners to boot! woot woot!I have used Cheaper services before that got more done faster.... but never got the sparkle. If I wanted something done half way, I would go with cheap, if I want it done RIGHT...Im sticking with Absolutly Clean as my experts.

I saw another review similar to the experience I am about to describe... We agreed upon 6 hours with a team of two people to deep clean our home. I spent three hours de-cluttering the night before the team came in, not to mention we have de-cluttered our house by a complete Pod worth of belongings/furniture, etc., and we are not hoarders. We are trying to ready our home to list it to sell. That being said, I spent over 12 hours at work the day that the team was supposed to clean my home. The bathrooms were clean, but no better than when we had Molly Maids. Molly Maids managed to clean our home with a team of two in less time. Molly Maids would tidy our childrens rooms and put thoughtful touches on them, similar to what the good reviews say about Absolutely Clean... but thats a side point.When they were done cleaning, a note was left explaining they had deep cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen (we have an apartment sized kitchen), sunroom, and surface cleaned the eating area (less than half the size of a dining room). The surface cleaning did not include wiping off the table. The deep cleaning of the kitchen did not include cleaning the floor. The deep cleaning of the bathroom did not include the fan vent cover. No bedrooms were touched, not even the hallway carpet could manage to be vacuumed.We had to call Absolutely Clean to try to convince them not to charge. They had our credit card information-- stupid to blindly give that out ahead of a service, admittedly, but they asked for it over the phone ahead of time, and we thought its a local business, why not? Anyway, they wanted to originally schedule more time at a cost-- that was the reason it wasnt clean-- more time was needed. Then they offered to come for more time to finish cleaning free of extra charge, to which my husband refused because we dont have all week to wait and see on pins and needles if this is really going to be cleaned or not because we have a house to list to sell. So, bottom line, their offered solution wouldnt work for us. My husband got the bill cut in half to $222, but that amount of work was NOT done. I called back to plead with them to not charge anything. Their response was that they had to pay their workers, who had come and done a job. So now, Im out $222 and in for a lot of extra time trying to get a job done I dont have time to do and spread the word so others dont end up in a similar boat. Perhaps coming out and doing an estimate of the time it takes to do a job correctly would be beneficial to potential consumers, or a guarantee of some sort.I recommend Molly Maids or to find someone else if you are having a similar experience as it seems to be Absolutely Cleans way or the highway.

Absolutley Clean is currently cleaning my Grammies house..shes not on the internets so Im leaving the commment on her behalf.. she recently had hip surgery and just cant keep up with things ... shes one of the best house cleaners that I know ... and I have been amazed at how her house SPARKLES after Absolutley Clean leaves!

Terrible customer service. Was told there was a 15% charge just to refund unused services, when I didnt sign anything that stated that. They are in it for the short-term gain, not the long-term customer.
