We hired this company to clean up mortar dust in our kitchen. Tiles were replaced on our kitchen floor leaving mortar dust over the cupboards (inside and out), over the appliances, on the floors, in the pantry, coat closet, and adjoining laundry room. After their cleaning crew left, we had scratched kitchen appliances and a dirty kitchen floor that I had to scrub twice before walking on. The crew did not even do a thorough job of cleaning as many areas, that had been identified to an employee, were not cleaned. The Company has refused to stand behind the damage to our kitchen appliances. They have tried to tell us the scratches were there before the crew came to clean, blaming us and/or the contractor who performed the tile work. My husband and I know we were NOT the ones who scratched the appliances and our contractor did not touch the appliances before, during or after he finished his work! We have since payed the bill sent to us to avoid being turned over to a collection agency. I would not recommend this company to anyone as they do very poor work and will not admit to any damage committed by their employee(s).
