I love the choices you have when coming into this Fitness Center. From the pool, spa, and sauna to free weights and and an aerobics room with over 1,000 virtual training videos and classes! You just cant go wrong. I would recommend to anyone, of any age! Its a hidden gem in this town for sure.

Great gym with different kinds of working out equipment. Many machines and plenty of space to workout. Along with that, there is a tanning area and swimming pool with a sauna room. Very kind and helpful staff!

I joined the gym!!! The young Lady at the desk is awesome and soooo full of energy!!! Pool sauna steam, plus a spa... This place is great. Im 50 yrs young and need to exercise!!

Great locally owned fitness club with a heated indoor pool, sauna and hot tub. Friendly staff and virtual workout class on demand.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, always greeting people as they enter. There is a lot of space and equipment, so you dont have to wait to use what you want, which is really nice. Highly recommend.

This gym is soo clean! It’s awesome. The equipment is up to date. The manager is very friendly and always bends over backwards to serve the clients and guests. This is the best gym in Cedar Rapids by far! Highly recommend!

I stay at this hotel frequently for work and access to this gym is complimentary. Equipment is old, but on the bright side there is ton of it and the gym is always empty. My favorite hotel gym by far!
