Little surprised to find out you owe 4 months of payments when you’d like to cancel your membership

You spend a boat load of money just to not be able to bring guest whenever, guest can only come 3 days a week during staffed hours . And you have to spend $100 before your child under 16 can come into the gym with you .

I used to love igym. They kept charging me during covid. That is so wrong. Thats not the way to run a business or treat a member

I would give them negative stars if I could. If you want some advice stay away from this gym and the corrupt financial institution they use to withdrawal money out of your bank account. Even after following their absurdly difficult protocol to the letter to cancel my membership they still took out the next years $45 dollar membership fee. After disputing it with my bank, and having all of the evidence in emails and bank records backing my claim, they still told my bank they werent giving the money back. I was told I would have to call them and dispute it. I dont need to point out the obvious ridiculousness of that statement. For the price the gym was okay at best. But unless you are prepared to by an igym member for life, whether you want to or not, I wouldnt bother with them. There are plenty of other gyms around town that you can call and actually talk to someone if you need to, and also use legitimate financial institutions to handle their membership fees. Dont waste your time and money with this gym.

Large facility with lots of equipment for the price. Perfect for the individual who wants a 24/7 gym but doesnt need the frills. My only gripe is that the water from the drinking fountain is always lukewarm.

The iGym is perfect for my fitness needs. I run 6 miles on the treadmills there almost every morning and I have found the equipment to be industrial strength and very durable! Rachel and the rest of the front desk staff are always friendly and ready to serve. The locker room & shower are also appreciated. I highly recommend it!

I am a new member of iGym #1 and am really loving it so far! I was really looking for a gym that offered group fitness classes, so I was please to see that they offered different classes throughout the week. The staff is super friendly and helpful & the facility is clean! I am excited to reach my fitness goals at iGYM!

An affordable gym option. For $15 per month you have access to a gym full of equipment and lockers with shower stalls. Nothing fancy but equipment is new and the place is never too crowded. The hours could be better but its still a great deal.

Great place to workout! Very clean with newer equipment and a friendly staff. All for a unbeatable price.

Always clean. No musty or smelly air. Rates are good, $60(ish) sign up fee then $15-$20 a month. Has a decent aerobics room which hosts classes from time to time. Just your standard gym. No sauna, steam room, pool or basketball court. Sundays this location is closed, but you can use the MAC which is 5 minutes down the road on that day and it has all of these amenities. Dumbbell weights go up to 75. You get better than what you pay for, but Id pay a little more if it meant getting a sauna or steam room.

Really have enjoyed this new gym and the volume of machines available. Opens early and stays open late. Jordan my trainer is really good. In one month my 62 year old body is feeling great.

New to the area because of work. Im looking for a place to workout and I saw that they had a free trial. Go to the location and they tell me that its $20 for a day pass. Free trials are only for people that are looking to become members. Thats what I was! Not anymore! poor customer service!!! It could be a great gym but if you are not willing to let me try your gym before I decide to join...... I wont waste my time.

The facility is very clean and all the equipment is very well maintained. Staff is friendly and go above and beyond to help you in any way! I would recommend this gym to any who asked and I am happy I switched to iGym!

Love this gym! Had to cancel a while ago and had no problems, just have to follow directions. I rejoined in June and Ive had a great experience with the staff, location, and facilities.

This gym is fine for your regular workout routine and basic wants/needs. My major complaint is the payment system. I had my account on freeze and ended up getting fined for the yearly fee. After trying to get that back and cancel my membership, I was told I needed to unfreeze my account and then pay an additional monthly fee to cancel. The communication about all of this was not clear when I signed up, nor when I was on the phone with the company in charge of payments. Disappointed with the payment system. Regardless- if youre looking for a basic gym and understand freezing fees and cancellation fees then this gym is fine.

Great value for a gym. Hours are ok. Wish they were open Sundays. Equipment is plenty full and there usually isnt a wait. Free weight s only go up to 80lbs

When looking at my options for gyms memberships I wasnt sure if IGYM would be the right fit for me. I wanted something affordable but also with plenty of options. I decided to go with the VIP membership @ IGYM and its been an excellent decision. The price is right for what I wanted, the staff has been extremely friendly and are always willing to help out when you need something, there are classes offered if you choose to go to them, AND you get to use the MAC on Sundays. This is a hug perk to me because I love to break things up with some swimming or basketball. Ive recommended the IGYM to several people I know and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them again.

What a great place to work out! Ive tried everything out there and this is what Ive looked for: great staff, great equipment (both the cardio & strength equipment ROCK!), clean and cheap! And now, they have a 2nd location! I dont need 24 hrs and they let you use The MAC facilities on Sunday, so Im all set. If youre looking for the best bang for your buck, look no further. And for what its worth, I had no issues cancelling my membership last year (was injured), then signing up again.

I joined the iGym back in December 2018. I have gone nearly every day. The facility is nice. Many machines for every workout. I never have to wait for a machine to use it. I like how large the space is. The staff is amazing. They are so friendly, especially Rachel. Im so happy I joined the iGym. I like it much better than my last one. I find myself missing going to the iGym when I am unable to go. Its a great experience going to the iGym when my last gym didnt make me feel so good. I highly recommend the iGym.

The gym is nice, but impossible to cancel membership! The payment processor is difficult to work with, charges fees and is just generally on the shady side. Avoid if you ever want to leave!

Horrible! Took away money from my account more than 10 times even after I canceled my membership.. took away random money. took more than $30 at a time more than 5 times a month.theyre good when u will be a member but theyll suck u up after u will cancel membership

Everything is new and nice, hardly ever crowded unless its the pre-dinner rush hour. Staff is super friendly, and the locker rooms are always clean! Only drawback is the slim group-exercise class schedule.

This gym has all the equipment. Its clean and fun place to do work out.

Good equipment for every day gym.

The locker rooms have poor lighting over mirrors to put on makeup and do your hair. The showers are small with shower heads so high the water hits me in face. Otherwise, place is clean and staff is friendly.
