I was visiting Cedar Rapids and had a dental emergency. Becca got me in to see the Dr the same day and I was able to have my tooth extracted and back ready for work the next day! Everyone was so kind and friendly, from the receptionist, to the beautiful and funny young lady that took my exams to the assistant and the lovely Dr. It was a great experience, so much so, I am switching from my primary dentist at home (Ga) to Aspen dental!! Thank you guys so much!!

I honestly have been terrified of the dentist since I was a child. Ive NEVER had even a decent experience with the dentist.Well, Im thrilled to say those days are long gone since I was lucky enough to find my DREAM TEAM at Aspen Dental!!! From the front desk team to x-ray to finance to cleaning and bleaching I have been extremely impressed! Every question Ive had (even the ones I didnt think to ask) were clearly answered for me. The whole staff goes above and beyond! I must give a shout out to Abbey, shes wonderful! She loves what she does and it sure does show in her work!Now to get to yesterday... I had 4 teeth filled. I was shaking with nervousness! However, my Dr and his assistant were very comforting and informative. They put me at ease. Better yet, I never had a second of pain!!! In fact I was shocked when they said they were finished. I cannot express my gratitude for for my ENTIRE team at Aspen Dental!!!!! Im so very thankful!

I haven’t been to the dentist in over 8 years. I was terrified to go and get my teeth looked at. Felt super embarrassed. Right when I walked in I felt beyond welcomed. I told the X-ray tech, receptionist and the doctor (Vinnie) that I haven’t been to the dentist in awhile- they said it’s okay and there is no judgement and boy were they right!! I felt so comfortable there and everyone in the building was soooo friendly. I’m grateful how they treated me and how professional they are. THANK YOU ASPEN DENTAL!!!! 😀💛

I felt comfortable walking into this office and the interactions with the staff. I had set an emergency appointment with another office to find out it was a week out. Aspen Dental got me in the same day. Thank you Aspen for making going to the dentist enjoyable

My whole right side of mouth is in horrible painMy right ear is also in pain.Setup appointment at on Monday to be seen Tuesday AM but they called back and said I got double booked and asked if I could come in on WednesdayIWill never call or give this place any of my business again

They only care about money. Treat the customers importance on how much is your mouth worth to them. The OM Rebecca is the worst. She never does what she says and lies about what she does. Shes not a good person.

My first there - everything went great - everything explained and everyone was nice and professional

I was in the office for an hour for a scan that took less than 1 min. No one talked to me through the process, just let me sitting in the waiting room until I asked what was going on. Then when I asked about giving them an internal review I was told its only for our first visit but got my disk a min later and was able to leave. I am gladly at the other office on 1st ave, theyre great.

Girls were wonderful with my son who has disabilities. Made him laugh. Took two to get xrays but they did great! Doctor was awesome with him too. They pulled his wisdom tooth that was giving him pain till he can get into his new dentist. I wish they took his plan as I would keep him there. I am now a patient myself and everyone at the SW location is wonderful and Dr Maytham Quasi is wonderful. Keep up the good work.

I had several visits here. I first came and had an evaluation performed to determine any work needed done for my teeth. They then created a recommended list of procedures I needed. I had them email me, before services even started, the procedures, the codes used to bill my insurance, and the amounts of the procedures to ensure the procedures I needed were covered by my insurance and so that I could ensure I knew what I would be paying. I also provided my Schedule of Benefits with my insurance so they knew exactly what procedures my insurance would cover and the amounts for each procedure.The work performed has not had any issues thus far. The doctor and hygienists are kind and the work they do has been entirely satisfactory.However, every single time I come here I have issues with billing and scheduling. I am repeatedly given the wrong insurance estimates, asked to overpay by hundreds of dollars and figure it out later, asked to pay for procedures that I didnt know would be happening yet, and asked to reschedule to earlier times so that I have to take off more time at work to accommodate the appointment. The only person who ever seems to be able to get to the bottom of billing with me is the office manager, who is very nice and understanding, but obviously isnt available to speak with normally.I could have handled all of this, except for the front desk staffs attitude. They have little patience for discussing billing, and they eventually lost all pretense of civility and condescended to me every time they spoke to me. They seem used to having people just pay and figure it out later, whereas I prefer to figure it out and pay right the first time.In the end they told me to pay it or go to collections. This was on the same date that I showed up after having taken time off of work, again, and learning that that appointment wasnt a check-up on the previous appointments crownlike I had been told at all, but actually another set of procedures that would cost several hundred dollars.If you want good work done and are ok with handing them a credit card and agreeing to whatever prices they say, then youll be happy as a customer here. If you dont want to overpay and are used to verifying your bills, I would highly encourage you to stay away. The aggravation isnt worth it.

During my visit to Aspen dental I was only greeted by desks associates the doctor nor the nurse even spoke to me to greet me before my root canal procedure was done. During the procedure both doctor and nurse were very rude. Not to mention the dr is very unprofessional. I highly recommend seeing other options, Aspen was just the faster At the time but the work and experience during visit speak for itself

Received fillings from here that were to quote the dentist that had to repair my teeth because of them being in their words so badly done the person that did them either had no idea or skill as a dentist or was doing them poorly on purpose to get me to come back.

Had to get a root canal redone and crown replaced within a few years of Apsen doing it due to the poor job they performed on the original root canal and fitting of the crown.

Aspen always seems to find a way to work in an appointment time that works for me. I recently needed to be seen in somewhat of a hurry and they made it work as best they could for my schedule. My dentist was calm and patient with me, even though I was nervous. They answered my questions thoroughly and made me feel taken care of. Thank you Aspen Dental.

This review is a couple of years past due. I wanted to wait and see how things went with my dental journey before I completed my review of Aspen.Let me start out by saying that as an adult I never went to the dentist out of fears developed as a child. A couple of years ago I developed my first tooth ache. I am in my late 40s and I have never had mouth pain. I knew my teeth were in bad shape and expected some work needed to be done. I went in to Aspen not knowing that they were a chain dentistry. They immediately wanted to pull my wisdom teeth that have never bothered me. They also wanted to do root scaling which was one thing I did need to have done. They also wanted to inject this medicine into the pockets that had developed in my gums due to Periodontal Disease, to rid me of gum disease.That medicine would have cost thousands and my insurance refused to pay for it.The entire visit didnt sit well with me so I ended up going to a dentist recommended by a co worker. He then recommended me to a Periodontist. So to cut the rest of the story short.......I didnt need to have my wisdom teeth pulled nor did I need to spend thousands on a medication to cure an issue that my body was able to fix on its own once the scaling was done.Even though I do have periodontal disease, and the pockets will never go away, after lots off work I now have healthy gums and teeth. A little over a year after my visit with Aspen I did have one wisdom tooth pulled due to decay but still have the other 3. I am now wearing Invisalign and on my way to straight teeth as well. So bottom line is......i feel like Aspen recommended unnecessary procedures just for the money.When my insurance wouldnt cover the medicine Aspen said was a necessity that made bells go off. I am glad I got a second opinion as it saved me thousands of dollars and lots of unnecessary pain.

Been on antibiotic for two days would not pull tooth and expects me to live in this pain for another week with out doing anything about it besides extending my antibiotic. Would not recommend this place at all... my tooth needed to come out now, today and they are by the book dr’s and they are the worst kind. Caring about the patient is obviously not taught medical teaching this day in age! So to the people who work there hope someday your in this much pain and want your tooth out but you have to wait a whole week plus before anything is done. Not everyone and everything is by the book and those are the best dr’s. Was treated better at dental dental and that’s not saying much!

Very fast and efficient office! 3D imaging makes it easier to see and understand your needs. This is the first place I have been that fully explained my situation and my options. Very friendly staff, highly recommended!!!

Very prompt as a new patient considering the covid. Took xrays and more than adequate consulting from the doc. This is my first visit with the clinic on the southwest side of Cedar Rapids. I want to say that it was one of the most pleasant visits Ive ever had with a dental office. My visit started off well. Got in relatively quickly and doctor was fast. Communication among the staff weird. I would ask a question and they would all look at each other expecting the others to answer. After my visit with the DR they said they needed to do paperwork and left me in the chair for over 40minutes. I eventually left the chair and walked to the front where they had forgotten about me and then told me to sit up front. I sat there. There was another lady who had been waiting to be seen for 1.5 hours even though there were staff available and rooms open... I was there for 2 hours total and never even got a cleaning...

Was a very good experience. This was the first time I had gone to Aspen. I was very comfortable, they had very up to date equipment, went through everything with me about what they found and explained the payment options. They never rushed me, they listened to my questions and aswered honestly. Wont feel so anxious when I go back this week to start procedures.

On New years Eve day, I had the worst tooth infection. I went to Aspen dental. They were understanding, they talked to the Dr. And gave me a prescription to help until my appt on Jan 2, 2020. At my apt time, they were still helpful. I ended up having a few teeth pulled.i give this time 4🌟I must tell you that 6 years I was there to get my top dentures. I was treated differently. I give them 2stars for how I was treated

Ive been going to this office for almost 4 years now and they have always been professional and courteous. Any time Ive had a billing issue, the problem had been solved in a timely manner. Im usually able to schedule an appointment at my preferred day & time as well!

So I only have 6 of my own teeth, that part sucks, but the team at Aspin never lets me feel self conscious. I have always been treated with sincere respect. They know I still want to smile, eat and look my best😀Thanks for all your help and encouragement over the past 6+ years .

I was greeted with a very friendly staff that was also very knowledgeable about their professions. I was able to obtain answers to all of the questions I had. The staff was able to inform me of future problems and what is needed to correct my dental routine. I would highly recommend this team!

First off, the team was super friendly and my kind of people, definitely made the experience a lot more fun. My favorite person by far was the lady with the tattoo on her chest, I was to nervous about even being at the dentist, I didn’t catch your name. But you were awesome!!

If I could I would rate this place of business a 0. Very disappointed in the dishonest dental practices that are being applied here. I scheduled a new patient visit to have my teeth cleaned and came to find out that you must undergo a deep clean prior to starting a normal cleaning regime. This was going to cost an additional $350 for which my insurance will not cover. When I asked if I can skip the deep clean I was told no. In addition, they were shamelessly promoting invisalign products. The Dr. that I saw was probably last in his dental class. Overall avoid this place like the plague. I was very sad to see people in there for which they were getting ripped off. I will tell everyone I know not to go here.

This was my first visit and I will be having some extensive work done so I will update my review once I have finished my treatment. The reception area was clean, the staff was nice and helpful. They were running behind but they told me up front and gave me the option to wait or reschedule. I really appreciated knowing that instead of just waiting and waiting. Dr. George was very professional and compassionate, he had my best interest in mind as far as treatment and cost. Mollie in the financial office went above and beyond giving me many options and explaining the cost of my treatment. I was very nervous walking in and they all did a wonderful job easing my anxiety and treated me with genuine care.

They kind of just tell you a Ton is wrong with your teeth so they can get you to pay for surgeries and other procedures, so they can get a bigger check

People are very friendly and the dr. explained things very well.

All staff was very polite and informative. The dentist took as much time as I needed to give options and step by step procedures that needed to be done. I allowed me the opportunity to ask detailed questions regarding dental procedures and I am the one who decided the best course of action needed. The accounting personnel was very helpful (I do not have dental insurance as I am a senior). We telephoned the 3rd party lender and received instant approval for amount needed. I will definitely refer this Aspen dental Office to my friends.

Had a really good appointment. Well, as good as a root canal can be! Everyone there was fantastic and a fun group, which helped with the jitters I might have had.

Fantastic place. I hated going to the dentist until I got to this place. Ive made more progress here that I have anywhere else. The staff is very nice and really has your best interest at heart. The dentists here really care about their patients and want to help them take care of their teeth better at home so more invasive procedures can be avoided. As someone who used to hate going to the dentist, I would recommend this place.

Im 55 years old and have been going to Dentists all my life. Never before have I received the warm, caring, genuine customer service that I get from this team. Absolutely everyone Ive come in contact with over the past two days has been tremendous. Starting with Nicki who is the model of what every office should have as the customers initial point of contact. The whole team is fantastic. I may never miss another Dentists appointment!!

Staff was courteous & super friendly! Dentist did awesome job explaining what I needed done & why-genuine concern & fantastic manner! Abby totally rocked my cleaning & was so sweet! Molly explained treatment & care plan & was very pleasant to work with! Im actually excited for next appointment!

I was a little irritated that my first appointment didn’t involve any cleaning, just a consult, but that was my fault for not reading it right. They were fast, did a very good and detailed job both with xrays and cleaning, and had good prices. The employees were all friendly too.

Cons: 1) Arrived early for my appointment at 9:00 am. Waited an hour in the waiting room. Waited another 30-40 minutes in the exam room. This was just for the exam and x-rays. 2) told on the phone (by the scheduling department, a separate out-of-state entity) that they were running a special rate on exam/x-ray/cleaning for approx. $68.00. Was later told that the total cost of all treatments attached would be $440.00 (I was diagnosed with gingivitis and needed a special mouthwash). 3) Every person there tried to sell me a fancy toothbrush that was $140.00. It was tacked onto my potential bill, but I caught it and had it subtracted. 4) After the exam, I was told to come back for a cleaning at 2:30 pm. Waited 35-40 minutes before I left. I wasnt sure if it was going to take another 45 minutes, so I informed the front desk that I was going to see a different dentist.Pros: 1) most of the staff appears to be very nice, professional, and considerate (I suspect that corporate massively overbooks them). 2) Upon trying to pay them something for the exam, I was told that it was no-charge, and that I wouldnt be incurring any additional or hidden fees. I will hold them to it.Hopefully I wont get billed for services I didnt receive. If they keep to their word, I will add a star to my review. Long story short: great people in the local office, but I am now wary of prices and promises (on punctuality) that are too good to be true.

I would like to thank everyone involved in the care I received. Deciding to go with a full dentures was a big decision and your staff was very caring about that decision. Other than the normal tenderness and swelling associated with extractions, everything has gone rather smoothly. I would recommend going to Aspen Dental to anyone. Now I have a wonderful smile. Dr. George and his staff were amazing. I hate the dentist and had to have a tooth extracted today after finding out it was infected yesterday. Liza has a great personality and is very chipper, Dr George was very patient and make sure I was completely numb and comfortable before he started to work on the tooth and within minutes it was out and no discomfort with it besides the normal pressure. I have lots of work that needs done and I will be returning to that office in the near future!

Everybody was helpful and professional. They found me easy financing to take care of my dental work. I recommend anybody thats looking for a nice clean Office, Professional people, friendly people, and easy financing to go.

Very disappointed in the experience I had with Aspen dental. I wish there was an option to give 0 stars. There was so much confusion and lack of communication during my visit. I was referred to Iowa City to have a tooth pulled then was told by Aspen Dental that they had no record of the referral, resulting in me not being able to have my proseedure done. 100% would not recommend!

The dentist and hygienist were awesome. Its the front desk staff and call center that ruined everything. I have a platinum HMO plan though delta dental. I called to schedule my 4 yr. With tooth pain. According to the call center the closest Aspen to take kids his age was 1.5 hours away. So I drive there and the front desk tells me there is a charge to see minors because they dont see patients under the age of 18. They did wave the charge but made me very uncomfortable in the process. The lady that does the billing even said out loud how she was going to call the call center herself. The hygentist was amazing and the dentist was very caring and gentle with him. Take out the call center and the front desk staff and they are a 5 star.

I went to Aspen for the 1st time and they treated me so well. Quick 1st NP visit. Dr and staff were nice. They were able to offer me a treatment plan that was affordable. They were understanding and was able to get me quickly for all my appts.

The staff at Aspen Dental were all very sincere and offered their knowledge openly. The facility is clean and welcoming- be sure to say hello to Flossy! The free x-rays and consultation for new patients is a nice benefit as it is great way to summarize your oral health. They squeezed my cleaning in that day. It had been years since I had last seen a dentist, and I was a bit ashamed. The folks at Aspen Dental made me feel relieved. They were genuinely happy to see me and help me get back on track with my oral health. Great experience!

I couldnt be more happy with Aspen. I got in right away. Every single person that worked that day was respectful and they explained everything that I needed done. Dr. George was very good. I would hands down recommend this Dentist office.

I have had 2 crowns within the last year break or fall off. I spent a majority of my fall last year dealing with them not able to get the crown to stay on after I had a crown I had no issues with break after 13 years. The crown that they replaced has since broken after less than a year. My “family” dentist back home had treated that tooth so if there were any issues the next dentist should not have had to do much. They filed my tooth down to almost nothing and then had me sign a waiver that if the crown didn’t work out then I might have to get an implant. It’s like they purposely screw up the crowns so you’ll have to shell out more money later! This is what happens when things are run like big business and the family dentists are the ones that act in their patients best interest and care about the work they do so it lasts! I looked for a different dentist under my insurance plan so I would have to deal with these people again.

Im not overly fond of the entire business model of these clinics. There are lots of waiting times to maximize revenues especially when you have to see the MD. However, I would fully recommend this place based on my experience. The staff I met was friendly at all times. Everyone had the welcoming attitude you expect from any kind of service you pay for and the human touch required at any medical facility. Kudos to that staff.

The young lady that performed the cleaning on me she was very professional during my entire visit. Very informative in details, explaining everything that she was going to do. No complaints, very satisfied with the services provided by her, I would definitely rate her with 100 Stars. See you guys soon.

Save yourself the trouble, find dentistry elsewhere.I am beyond shocked and appalled at the way my friend was treated today. She came in on an emergent basis for a broken crown. She was waiting to be helped when she heard nurses, Aspen Dental Staff, blatantly making fun of her. Speaking openly and loudly enough for my friend to hear. My friend felt humiliated. People who are supposed to help her, being so cruel and rude. How dare they be so disrespectful to a client?! Unacceptable.

New dentures. So happy with them. Replaced old pair. I can bite into a sandwich and chew raw vegetables. You take so much for granted. All staff are pleasant and professional. Im very happy with the service I received!

Dr. Sasch and Nikki and Bailey helped me so much. I have a huge fear of the dentist and was nervous. Nikki helped me to feel comfortable and calm during my exam.I cant remember the name of my hygienist but he was really nice as well. Dr. Sasch was quick and funny and I felt all the pressure melt away when it was all over.Bailey helped me to budget out a plan and was very understanding of my financial situation and helped me figure out what steps to take. I will continue to get my dental care at this facility. I had a wonderful experience.

When I arrived on time to my appt, I was told they “triple book.” If wanted to wait I could but it would be a long time. When I make an appt I keep it and I expect a professional clinic to do the same.. or at the very least explain their triple booking process from the beginning!

**Edit**After posting this review the office reached out to my wife and completed her procedure billing us for the remaining cost and apologetic over the experience.**The Dr. is amazing and most staff are good, other staff are rude and unprofessional. Be careful going here. In June billing systems were down for a couple visits. My wife was given a toothbrush she thought was part of treatment. Later billing showed $135 charge,paid, on a date a week before she was given the item.When I went into the office to discuss the billing I was treated very unprofessionally. The women pulled all of my wifes account information up and showed me what they had on file, one document showed the day in question and no billing for the item so the girl closed it and said if my wife could provide a receipt from that day she would honor it, knowing that wasnt possible. I stated, you had everything pulled up there before I could say more the women raised her voice and told me she didnt have anything pulled up (like I had just accused her of something when I hadnt). I chose to walk out and the women came out into the front where I finally got tired of it and snapped back.Now my wife sits on a $1400 bill for portions insurance did not cover after because she did not return and has had to deal with an incomplete crown procedure.I should also state that while they are harassing her over bills they arent clear on I have $2k sitting on my account, my money just sitting there for a year. Isnt about money, all about integrity and professionalism.

Great service, professional staff. Have not had any issues on waiting, they have gotten me in quickly with appointment times, and follow through. I do not feel as they tried to up-sell me on anything, merely given me the options to choose the path of their advice.Overall they helped ease the anxiety I had about going through the process of getting my issues under control, everyone has been extremely pleasant and friendly, very reassuring that I chose well to visit this office. Dr Bahadur is extremely knowledgeable and upfront with me, and my hygienist is beyond amazing, intelligent, gentle and a pleasure to visit! I would highly recommend, and this is coming from a guy who held an unfounded fear of dental work ;)

Better experience than I had expected considering the work I was having done. They were ready for my appointment a little ahead of time and had me on my way in just under the time frame they had given me. Very minimal discomfort from the work and I felt professionalism mixed with a light atmosphere in the room. Overall definitely a good experience.

The lady at the front desk was not friendly at all. the dental assistant was amazing but the actual dentist was not friendly and rushed out of my room without even giving me time to ask questions. very disappointed and will not be back

Honestly I did not take of my mouth over the years...my doctor told me to see a dentist because my gum disease may cause serious problems with my health. the people at aspen really took care of me and now I am not embarrased to smile. I was surprised how things have changed since i last had a tooth out - it was much easier and painless this time. I even sent my friends there. Thank you aspen!

Went to schedule an appointment, and they dropped my call twice. Then I tried calling a third time, they connected me to another patient who was trying to contact them. Final try, got through and they started making fun of my last name. Cancelled my appointment right then and there. Very rude people.

I had great experiences during previous appointments with a tech who is no longer there, Mackenzie. I arrived 30 minutes early for an appointment today. I had scheduled the appointment via phone on Tuesday. 30 minutes was excessive, so I knew Id have to wait a bit. I wrote my name on the list and spoke with reception so I had no indication that anything was amiss or that I was in fact *not* checked in. 20 minutes later, they call me up, not to go back for the routine cleaning I anticipated, but to verify spelling of my name, my appointment type, and appointment time. I waited 20 minutes to be told I wasnt on the schedule and there was nothing they could do. Very unprofessional and incredible frustrating.

After being nervous about going to the dentist, they made me feel relaxed.. They were always making sure that I was comfortable. I will be back to thefamily for my dental needs.

I would love to rate the dentist here, but I couldnt wait the requisite 1 hour to get in! Sat in the waiting room too long. Would rather pay another dentist higher % and get good service.

Took my mother in for severe tooth pain. Staff was super friendly, but we waited 2 hours for a dentist to bang on her teeth, causing more pain and speak about what he would fix that other dentists did. I was shocked when she came out crying and in more pain.

Avoid Aspen at all costs. While the office is clean and the desk/hygiene staff are very friendly, the dental work is terrible. I went in at the end of May due to a toothache. I had a cleaning done (they told me I had to have a special cleaning done in each quadrant because my gums were unhealthy, even though I floss daily and brush). Dr Yoon told me that there were a few fillings to do, and that my toothache was due to a filling that fell out. Fast forward a week and all my fillings are done, and I’m in constant pain. My jaw aches, my teeth all hurt, I’ve got several small canker sores in my mouth. I went in to have a sharp part of a new filling filed down and Dr Yoon started shaving down the WRONG tooth, and not the filling I was talking about. 1st big red flag. Over the next month, I repeatedly went in while in tears because my face, jaw and teeth all hurt. He just said, “oh it’s TMJ pain” without bothering to look deeper. He recommended that braces or Invisalign could help my bite and make it better. Then he gives me a prescription for a few days worth of Ativan to relax my muscles (even though Ativan isnt primarily a muscle relaxer, according to the pharmacist who gave em to me) So I scheduled with the orthodontist to be evaluated. He tells me that my bite is alright, he’d gladly do cosmetic braces for me if I wanted, but that he didn’t think my bite was causing tmj issues. He also tells me that he found 3 small cavities that my dentist has apparently missed. I go back to Aspen, and the regular dentist and explain the situation (Dr George) looks at my mouth again and tells me there aren’t cavities where the orthodontist saw, but that I will need probably 5 crowns. Where that came from, I’m not sure. So I leave upset and immediately go see another dentist the next morning who I’ve heard nothing but good things about at The Dental Center. He tells me that my tooth that had been aching, along with the molar behind it, both had old cracked fillings that needed to be corrected- Dr Yoon has apparently thrown a new filling over top of a broken old filling! New dentist fixed that within 20 minutes and the pain decreased significantly. He also informed me that I don’t need any crowns, my gums are healthy, but that I do have 3 small cavities which he fixed up. I then ended up having tooth pain in the bottom molar that touches the one that Dr Yoon “fixed” with a stupid filling, and it turns out that the high bite from that filling potentially caused one of the nerves in the tooth that it makes contact with to die, so I had to have a molar root canal done. I was finally able to get Aspen to refund me for the “treatments” they gave me, but I am still in consistent jaw pain as of the 20th of July (so almost 2 months) due to all the trauma and having bad work left in my mouth for almost a month while being assured it was ok. I’ve dropped 15lbs from not eating, I’ve spend $$ on Dr. appointments, chiropractor appointments, therapist appointments, trying to find a solution for the pain. My work has been effected, my social life has suffered, and I find that I now have terrible anxiety over thinking that my teeth are falling out, despite my new dentist telling me that I won’t be losing any teeth and that my oral health is good. It’s hard to focus on anything else when your mouth and face hurt- eating sucks, talking sucks, laughing sucks. No jaw position feels like a normal resting position. Knowing that if that filling had been fixed the day I went in two months ago, all of this pain and mental upset couldve been avoided makes me sad and angry. The dentist’s chair is a very vulnerable place, especially when you’ve had work done, and knowing that I put my trust in a dentist who didn’t do his job makes me question every single dental professional now. How do I know who’s telling the truth? Like I said, the office staff is truly very kind, and even the dentists seem nice, but I doubt their education and intentions. Avoid this place at all costs. And always get a 2nd (or 3rd) opinion for your teeth.

This office seems to have a good dentist and modern equipment. However, it is the most disorganized dentist office I have ever been to. Be prepared to have you appointment time ignored and wait wait wait. I finally left after two hours and no treatment plan.

They are friendly and kind. They worked with us when needed to change time last minute.

Just like always, had a great experience at Aspen! Everyone is always so nice, and also a job well done!

The office manager could not get the billing right, charging me for services I did not want and not charging me for what I did want. She also was very quick to process me without explaining properly what I was processed for. My experience was similar to making a purchase for a used car or an item in a pawn shop.

I went in as a new patient, they scheduled my appointment right away. I wanted a cleaning, but they found a tooth that needed a cap since the old repair was cracking after years of use. We did a deep cleaning which was little to no pain! I highly recommend the office!

Had toothache and called the 800 # on Sunday and was able to get an appointment first thing Monday morning. Doctor was very friendly and helpful!

I spent $8,500 On The Comfort Care Dentures. Had the top denture replaced twiceplus it cracked in the same place 4 times. I went in last week and they fixed the cracked denture (that cracked once again in the same place). That only lasted 3 days. Went back & they refused to fix it. I was told I need to buy a new upper denture. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO A PROFESSIONAL DENTAL OFFICE!

This is the best dental office I have ever been to!!!

The Staff is very friendly. I had to come back several times to adjust a crown and they were very understanding and set on making sure I was satisfied. I really appreciate their service.

My 92 year old father had a tooth extracted at Aspen Dental. This was the aftermath...they told him he must have it pulled after it cracked. It cracked because they tightened the prongs to his partial that connected to that tooth. Really???? I wonder how much they will charge him for these botched visits? Please everyone, find another Dentists Office!!

Everyone at the office in Cedar Rapids is very nice and always super helpful! Both doctors are so informative and the hygenist Bridget is amazing! Thanks so much for putting me at ease about my dental visits!!! Couldnt be happier!
