I had to replace 3 bathroom faucets, a kitchen faucet, and 10 emergency shutoff valves in my house (due to issues created by the original builder). Technicians Ryan and Johnny were courteous and professional. They were able to complete the work within about 90 minutes of arrival and did a quality job.

Extremely impressed with Master Plumbing, Heating and Cooling. My central air unit quit on a Saturday. Called them on Monday and they were able to come out the same day to provide a replacement quote. Unlike the other vendors in the area that had a 4 week lead time, they were able to install a replacement unit by Thursday of that week.The technicians were knowledgeable, professional and personable. The overall cost of the unit and install was very competitive with the other quotes received. Highly recommend this company.

I want to warn people about this company. I had them install a kitchen sink faucet and garbage disposal that I provided. The work took about 45 minutes. They charged me $645 which works out to over $600 dollars per hour! To be fair the work was performed satisfactorily. The price is outrageous though.I called first and attempted to get an estimate. They wouldnt give me one. That should have been my first clue. Then the technician arrived and then gave me a price before he started the work. They could have given me that price over the phone. I foolishly signed off on it because I would have have been charged a $68 service fee for nothing.I called the company later to try and get a price adjustment but they wouldnt budge. They have seen the last of my business. I strongly advise anyone to seek out a plumber that will give you some sort of estimate in advance or at least an hourly rate.

Ryan, Brett and Johnny did an awesome job re-piping our home, installing a reverse osmosis system, and installing an air scrubber. They gave us thorough information regarding the installations and ongoing maintenance with them. My husband is a perfectionist and was checking out the plumbing work, and was very impressed with the detail given with the project! It does look sharp and has greatly improved our water pressure as well. We will definitely be going through Master Plumbing for further plumbing, air conditioning and heating needs!!

John and Johnny were professional and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. They gave me multiple options to solve my issue. I ended up having them replace the water heater. Installation was quick. They made sure to show me what was different about the new one. I will definitely be using them in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

Our normal company was busy when we had a repair come up, so we reached out to Master and it was the best choice. We now have a year membership with them which eliminates charges for unexpected house calls. We had them fix our toilet which was leaking and the rep was fantastic but then just a short bit later our AC started acting up during a bad summer heatwave so Master sent out the tech Bob. Not only was he knowledgeable, he accessed things and fix it right away unlike our previous company who had been band-aiding it for a long time. They are a team of excellent people, from the girls in the office to the two service technicians, John and Johnny, who were assigned to my project! I had called for estimate on venting my water heater, if possible. John and Johnny were on time, respectful, and informative, explaining why my current water heater would not work and giving me an estimate for replacement.Have not used yet, since I am getting other estimates, but have not decided against them.My only negative is that I was not told there would be a service charge for getting an estimate. But dont hold that against John and Johnny.

We were originally scheduled for AC installation on 6/17, but due to a change, they were able to get to us a day earlier, which in the heat was great news. The installer, Christian, was right on time. He gave me updates on his progress and was cordial and professional. While he got the air conditioner working, he was not satisfied with some levels he was seeing. He took the time to address the issue, fix it, and did a nice job cleaning up. First time using Masters, but the efficiency of the office staff and the skill and professionalism of Christian will bring us back!

John was our technician and he was fantastic. He was on time, friendly, and open and upfront about which services he would be able to provide. He answered all of my questions and walked me through the process, pricing, and our different options. Ryan and William did a thorough inspection of my home and completed the repairs in a timely manner. They were very respectful and competent. I was confused by the receipt and charges. They were either misrepresented or not explained properly. A very big disappointment. Officer manager was very rude when I called to discuss it. For this reason I would not recommend.

We’ve had several plumbing issues come up over the last year. The two technicians that we’ve had great experience with are Ryan and Austen. They both have done a great job and exceeded expectations. We definitely recommend Master Plumbing.

My shower had developed a constant drip. I called Master Plumbing around 1:00pm and they were able to send someone to my place by 4:00pm. Same day! The service tech had the issue identified & fixed within the hour. Excellent service!

This company offers a membership that gives a discount to any repairs/projects they do (which, oftentimes projects with plumbing, heating, or cooling can be expensive anyway, right?) which is a nice value. In addition, this membership allows me to get free yearly inspections on heating, plumbing, and cooling. Ahren came to my home for an AC inspection, and was thorough in showing me the data, explaining and teaching me about the results, and made sure to offer me many options for what kind of repairs Id like to do (instead of just one option). He also took pictures of the numbers/data that I could use to show other servicers in case I wanted a second opinion - which I feel really reflects this companys professionalism and desire for transparency in their services/estimates. Very thankful I get these inspections and will be getting some important repairs done soon!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Came back from vacation, to our AC not working. Was able to get ahold of Amanda and she got us scheduled same day, and kept me updated through the day. Mitch and Christian came out and maintained our AC unit and were very good at giving me updates as they checked all components of our central air for our home. They also answered all my questions and concerns.They also took the extra time to look over the ac unit due concern of a vibrating noise we heard and we able to solve the issue in minutes with no extra charge.

We called the master plumbing to an issue we have with our basement drain back flowing they sent Emmanuel, he is unprofessional that seemed to have no knowledge of the cause of the issue but instead of finding the problem he just did what I was already doing connect a hose in my basement to to push the basement drain with power water to be able unclogged it he had no suggestions but telling me there is no problem sir, that obviously got me fired up Im like dont you see the mess everywhere, I just told myself I will not call them ever again. I can fix it myself and save $180 and not get attitude from a stranger

I asked for an estimate to repair my current a/c outdoor unit. The technician (Brett) explained that my 20-year old unit would be more costly to repair than to install a new unit. I was very satisfied with his explanations and chose to have a new unit installed by him. I chose to buy the yearly maintenance plan so that the unit will be well cared for from now on.

I returned home from a vacation to find my AC not working. Master Plumbing Heating & Cooling was able to set up a service call for that afternoon. Had a collapsed pipe under my basement floor and Ahren and Emanuel out to fix it. Both guys were great. Ahren was the lead on the project and worked up several different estimates, some of which allowed for me do the excavation work to save money. Work was completed quickly and to a high level of quality.

I have used Master Plumbing for years. I initially chose Master Plumbing because of the quick response time. But, Ive stayed with Master Plumbing because they have great technicians like Sean that helped today. Sean has gone above and beyond on several occasions, including working long hours and weekends. Hes friendly, explains things clearly and does an excellent job. Technicians like Sean are why I trust Master Plumbing for all of my heating and plumbing work.

I would not recommend this company for a variety of reasons. First, no complaints with their customer service. Technician showed up on time and quoted $615.00 to repair minor items on a toilet. Was very rude and disrespectful to my wife when we refused to hire them for repairs. Paid the service fee of $63.00 and asked him to leave. Upon hiring a Licensed Journeyman Plumber who works for himself, learned all the toilet needed was a $12 part from Menards. I would seriously consider getting a second quote from another company before hiring Master Plumbing.

John was our tech. Our water heater started leaking (after 25 years); John came out that day. He found a heater that would fit into our small space and hook up to our older plumbing set up (not an easy task); he replaced some galvantized piping with copper, sealed up some leaks, installed a new water heater, and got us up an running in under 3 hours! Very professional, nice guy, competent and fair. Very pleased.

I called Master Plumbing when a pipe burst in my new home and they were able to fit me in immediately to repair the pipe. Sean W. & Emmanuel O. were the plumbers helping me out and they were very professional and also super nice! I installed some new filters for my reverse osmosis water system myself but after doing so noticed the water was a bit cloudy for a brief second before becoming clear. Called Master Plumbing just to make sure I didnt mess anything up. John and Johnny came by and gave me a little education on why that was happening while essentially double checking my work. Was very grateful for their help and expertise!

I originally had them install a gas dryer for me and the service was absolutely great! They were on time and the cost was very fair. Since I had just moved to Marion I signed up for the Green Club which came with free inspections. Austen J. did the plumbing inspection and did a great job. He answered all my questions, provided honest insight, and thoroughly inspected everything. I will definitely be using them again in the future!Edit (1/12/2021): I had to replace my water heater (15+ years old and finally gave out) and Austen did the installation. He did a great job and had the old one out, the new one installed, and was on his way in just about 2 hours. Couldnt ask for better service than that!

After waking up and discovering a very leaky tub faucet, we called several plumbers. Master Plumbing was the only one that would come in the same day without charging an emergency service fee. Ryan was very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Master Plumbing.

Excellent Service. A bit pricey though. Bob came to my home in the middle of big snow storm - his company truck would not make my hill so he went and got his personal truck WOW talk about customer service!!! He fixed my furnace and was extremely courteous and informative and even sold me on their regular maintenance program for which I am now a member. Repair cost was pricey @ $129 considering it was a minor issue that just required the flame sensor to be wiped off and Bob said he didnt charge a diagnostic fee so that was just to the cost to wipe off a sensor that took only a few moments (and you can buy a new one for under $10) and if that would have been the total cost I wouldnt have thought twice but there was still the service fee of $68 on top of that. Bob was great though for sure and obviously I will be utilizing them in the future since I signed up for their maintenance package.

I had a check up on my furnace today by Bob and Christian. This is the second time they have been to my house. Both times these guys were courteous and very good about not tracking snow into the house. They explained what they did and also checked the thermostat to make sure it was ok. I had some questions on how to use it and Bob was able to address my question easily. He also noted that I hadnt registered it yet so I could get additional functionality. They explained they went over the furnace, changed the filter and disposed of the old one for me. Ive used Master Plumbing, Heating and Cooling at least 6 times now for all the services they provide and Ive always had good service.

I would like to thank Brett and Emmanuel for there professional work and courtesy when they came out and checked my air conditioning system.I feel better now knowing it is still in good shape.

Instead they were able to come over the very next day, at a time I was available, and even called ahead to give me time to confirm and get everything in order. Mat K was professional and explained everything so that I wouldnt feel in the dark, as well as was very kind to my daughter and the family pet, even when it tried to get in his way. He didnt try to rush the fix, he made sure it was done right, and even took an extra second to fix a seperate issue he saw, since he already had the tools for it and it required no parts. I cant give higher praise. As a new home owner Im definitely calling again if theres ever another issue.

Outstanding customer service! My furnace decided to stop working after hours. I called two other contractors first and neither answered their phone. Not only did MPHC answer, but I was greeted by friendly Autumn who set me up with a tech the next day. I was called twice the following day to update me when the tech was scheduled to arrive. Mitch showed up, he was very friendly and helpful. He knew exactly was the problem was and fixed up my furnace straight away. These guys are the best and will now be my go to service contractor!

I bought a water heater through this company 2 years ago. Their tech was very nice. He advise if I bought the more expensive water heater through them that I wouldnt have to worry about anything for 3 years because everything would be covered under the warranty.When the pressure switch went out I called the company. Their customer service was very rude and told me that I was lying and their tech would never had said that labor would be covered. When I told them that is what he said their customer service manager said it didnt matter because they have it in writing that labor is not covered. (typical corporation like mentality). Deny deny deny and have it in writing.Will never use this company again as their tech sold me on an expensive water heater with the understanding I would be taken care of if there was issues. That clearly isnt the case, and this company clearly doesnt care about you once theyve sold you the product. The manager already told me she will reply to this complaint and explain to all of you how I am wrong. Take it for what is worth. Go elsewhere to have your work done. Will not be using this company again.

Ahren N. came to my house for plumbing maintenance. He was friendly and took the time to fully explain what he found during his inspection and showing me the different products they had available. He did not try to oversell what needed repairs, which is something I highly value.

Beware, “extremely” dishonest company! During an annual inspection this company “disable” (capped the gas line) a 14 year old furnace, said it was not repairable. They admitted they found nothing wrong except high CO levels in the exhaust pipe. No CO in the house. Everything else was “perfect.” They then insisted on a several thousand dollar furnace upgrade. They tried to get a quick signature and sale. We got a second opinion from another smaller HVAC company. He was able to fix the furnace and have it up and running in no time. CO levels tested in the exhaust at 100 ppm (well below acceptable limits). The furnace is perfect and good for many more years. Be careful for dishonest companies like this. There are many out there. Get referrals and read the reviews!

They are terrific at keeping their customers informed about appointments and many times have been available earlier, which works out for me. Ahren N recently came to do my plumbing inspection and was knowledgeable and friendly. Great service.

Water heater pilot wouldnt light, John came and got it going and seeing how it was an old heater, decided to replace. Had to order the new heater as is an 18 and no one stocked it. He showed me how to light the old one if it went out again and then came in a couple days and replaced it. Was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Was quick, and friendly. Will definitely recommend MPCH!

What great service, I was out of heat all night, and was up till 1am in the morning fighting with my heating unit to figure out the problem, I called the next day around for Heating companies and Master Plumbing, Heating and cooling answered and they were able to come in 30min I met Brett and Emmanuel both did an awesome job, they found the problem right away. They were very professional and quick, they knew what they were doing, big thanks to Brett and Emmanuel!! and of course Master Plumbing, Heating and Cooling!

John fixed both our shower and our toilet today, and all I can say is I would 100% use them again! Highly recommend!

Austen did our plumbing inspection and he was great to work with. He was on- time and professional. He wore a mask (because of covid) the whole time. He was friendly and provided quotes on a new water heater, toilet, and bathroom sink. I would definitely recommend!

I contacted Master Plumbing after a poor experience with my home warranty. The contractor they dispatched appeared to be inexperienced and eventually recommended a $1400 replacement of pipes to solve a blockage in my kitchen sink. Master plumbing dispatched Ryan C. who took the time to thoroughly inspect the pipes. Although he agreed that a pipe replacement was not an unreasonable recommendation, he recommended a much cheaper solution first (while taking the time to let me know of possible problems that may arise with that solution), and had the problem solved in less than an hour. Ryan C. had great knowledge of how to troubleshoot various problems he encountered, that the first contractor had no clue how to solve. I was also able to ask Ryan C. about other plumbing options I had been considering and he provided me very valuable information. He even suggested things I had never considered, and I never felt like he was trying to sell me on anything, or trying to up-sell unnecessary repairs or upgrades. He merely provided me with the information and allowed me to make the best decision for me. I will definitely be contacting Master Plumbing again when I am ready to proceed with my various plumbing upgrades, as well as future plumbing issues.

Very professional - our service was delayed due to other emergencies, but they kept in constant contact with me so that I knew exactly what was going on and when I could expect them to be there.
