Super friendly staff explains everything you need to know about running your vehicle through. If you choose any upgrades like tire cleaning, you can expect 2-3 people on just your car cleaning them thoroughly. I was amazed at how clean they got my powder coated wheels! Theyre difficult for me to do at home and I greatly appreciated how hard the employees worked to ensure they were spotless! Tons of great work ethic at this place. I am impressed and glad to know they are people out there that love their job and obviously have management who treats them well.

I’m writing this review extremely upset, in April I washed my new car at this car wash in cedar park. My “shark fin” antenna cover somehow got knocked off I noticed immediately after the car wash as I was vacuuming my car. I went inside and the employees said they would look for it this happens all the time. The boy came back to inform me they couldn’t find it at this time but insured me that they clean the car wash at night that’s when they obtain all the lost parts. Well in short I returned to this car wash every day looking for my fin that apparently just never turned up. I’m extremely upset and disappointed because now I have to replace this part which is a hefty cost come to find out. $1200 for the part and $200 for a color match.. (these are the prices from my step dad who owns a dealership so this as low as he could get the costs) I am a young college student and I feel totally lied to and taken advantage of by the workers of this car wash. Beware I hope this doesn’t happen to you. The consumer should never be responsible to pay almost $400 to fix their mistake..Update 8/23/21 I am now working with Jacob about the quote (happy about that) will update as we resolve this situation!

I was expecting a better job for $18 + $5 tip for the Wash N Wheels. Bird poop residue still visible and the wheels not cleaned.

Not only do they offer different levels of car wash services. But the friendly smiles and faces, not to mention their speedy service, will have you in and out in no time. Stop on by and ask any associate about their differences in a car wash for your vehicles.

I Would like to make a recommendation to set up a Venmo account per location. It would be much easier for drivers and clients to give tips to the kids that are killing it.

Im really disappointed with the level of clean my car received on Saturday late afternoon. I paid for the full on Super Wash and I was disappointed with the amount of dirt left on my car.

This is a good car wash for the price. Outside of just the car wash, they also provide vacuums, towels, rags, and cleaner for you to work on detailing your car after the wash.The monthly memberships are really the way to go, especially if you are looking to wash on a regular or frequent basis. They are available at all the package levels.I have had a monthly membership, off and on, for the past 3+ years and have enjoyed being able to just drop by a location on a whim. And to be able to do this everyday of the month, really makes it convenient.The only reason I didnt provide 5 stars is due to the declining quality I have seen with the after wash drying services and equipment that is inoperable for days.But, I wouldnt say it is near or any worse than the norm for most carwashs.

Overall this is a good car wash. Ive had a membership for about 1 year with unlimited washes. On most occasions the experience has been good. Recently Ive had some issues with soap being left on my vehicle after the wash and some very unfriendly staff. Maybe there just having a bad day and I went in at the wrong time? Previous visits have been good. Im not sure if management has changed recently?

Don’t waste your money with the high roller wash. I Paid for the high roller wash but got the results of a basic wash. They didn’t even shine my tires or take the time to clean my wheels. I ended up having to do it myself.

Had a fantastic experience at this particular Wash N’ Roll. Every time I come I am enthusiastically greeted and quickly pushed into the tunnel. The tunnel did a great job at taking care of all the bugs and hard water marks all the whilst being delicate to ensure no damage. After the tunnel my vehicle was hand dried with high attention to detail. This experience as well as every other time I’ve been here have been fantastic. Ronald, the manager of the wash, even came to the vacuums to ensure everything was up to satisfactory. Great experience.

They setup recurring payments without even my knowledge. I have been getting charged for months now. Will never use them. You dont get any notification or any kind of receipt or email or anything that says they are charging a recurring payment. Never again.Please check your payment card thoroughly. They might be charging you without your knowledge.Will be disputing all the monthly charges.

Edit: After a couple of weeks of frustrating communications, Wash n Roll did finally pay for the cost to repair my truck at the body shop of my choosing. Unfortunately the limited estimate (they tried not to blend to adjacent panels) was not enough to cover the entire repair, so hopefully Wash N Roll fulfills their obligation to mitigate the loss. I will update this review accordingly. I added a star for the fact that they did finally pay, although only after several heated arguments with multiple people and threats of litigation. I would have given more stars back had they been more responsible and cooperative up front.----------I stopped in the Cedar Park Wash N Roll last week with my brand new 2019 Toyota Tundra Limited Crewmax in for its first wash. 5 days before, I purchased it with 9 miles on the odometer and brought the truck home after a meticulous examination by both myself and my salesman. The truck was perfect. Not a single scratch. I paid for the $12 package just to rinse the pollen off, wash the undercarriage, and be on my way. The kid with the brush at the beginning of the wash looked a bit weary with a long line of cars forming behind me, so he was in a hurry to brush the front of the truck. He continued all down the sides, across the hood, and I believe the back. The brush was in poor shape and I concerned with all the banging I heard. I was going to ask him to stop, but the wash started pulling forward. When done, he propped the brush loosely against the wall, and it fell against my drivers side door. I was in horror, and examined the brush as I drove by. It looked like whatever protective cap that might have been on the end of the handle was long gone exposing what looked like a sharp-edged metal tube, and I prepared for the worst. When the wash completed, I pulled off and checked the door where it hit, and sure enough there is now a nice 4 gouge down the middle of my brand new door. I brought it to the attention of the young manager on site, who took down the information and photographed the damage, as did I. We both examined the brand new truck, and noticed more scratches down the other side of the truck bed, rear passenger door, the back of the cab and across the hood. They all appeared to be the result of the rough treatment of the scrub brush. He said the proper people would be in touch, but would not offer their contact or insurance information.The next day, while completing other errands with the Toyota dealer, I had their collision center take a look at the damage. The estimator said he wasnt willing to wet sand and polish clear coat on a new truck (thus compromising the finish just a few days into ownership) and recommended a paint repair of the deep scratch in the door, I think another paint repair on the cab, and new clear coat over the areas with superficial scratches that didnt quite make it down to the paint. The estimate was $3,100.42. I brought it back to Wash N Roll to discuss with the manager, since I had not heard anything from his other contact. He wasnt interested in taking any additional information and just left it at someone will call me in a day or two.On the second day I received a call from a representative from Wash N Roll. She claimed that the owner had looked over the photos and the video, and they did not deny the damage to the door. She said was willing to offer a touch-up pen and have the truck buffed to take care of the other damage. I said no, that I had just dropped a LOT of money on this truck a few days before, and I wanted it repaired correctly.I have since received 3 estimates, including one from their shop of choice at their request. I provided all three estimates to Wash N Rolls representative, to which she replied the owner would review it. Then nothing, no answer to texts or phone calls, and there is no other contact information on their site, and they appear to be ghosting me now. They didnt even refund my $12! Uncaring customer service for clearly negligent, at-fault work. Shame on you Wash N Roll.

This is nowy favorite of all the Wash and Roll car washes. The dryer in exit is super powerful and the vacuums got the job done quickly.

Love this place. It has the right set up which makes some of the washing semi automated. Price is fair and I do like having my tires cleaned. After the exterior wash you then have the option to do the interior by hand. This suits me perfectly especially during Covid-19 times.

Wash n Roll has always been my favorite car wash in the Central Texas area. Today was a busy day for them, which is not uncommon. I had the pleasure of witnessing two members of the management team, Cal and another gentleman helping detail (drying and tire detail) cars to help the crew get caught up. Way to lead guys! As long as the teens/young adults have guidance and training and are held to the Wash n Roll level of experience, the experience will be excellent!

DO NOT GO HERE.A business shows it’s true colors when they need to actually step up and have true customer service. Like a usual car wash, we went every so often, service was fine. On May 11th we went and a piece out of our Ford Explorer came off. Without hesitancy they blamed it on the damage being there before. That story continued even after we took it to Ford and they confirmed this was caused by the machines at Wash N Roll. The fact that they didn’t even attempt to see that this was caused by their machine is pretty ridiculous. We called Jacob (some sort of manager) back multiple times and his only solution was to give us free car washes for 3 months. The part plus labor was $400+. Not sure how this is a fair trade off? It’s pretty upsetting that til this day, they have not helped nor resolved this. In fact, they told us their insurance doesn’t cover this and that’s the best they can do.So again, save yourself the time and hassle if god forbid something does happen at their establishment and go somewhere else. Plenty of places that would handle this situation with more professional.

Great place to fast and cheap

After 5+ years of patronage with them on the monthly plan I sit in line only to find out they wont wash cars with mud on them because it will take an extra minute on a busy day. Sorry to inconvenience them. I have been in there weekly for years with mud on my truck and never had this problem so it is not their usual policy. Cancelled membership and they couldnt care less. Only go there if you want your clean vehicle washed. Horrible customer service and loyalty.

Palms offers free dry towel service after you pull from the touchless washer. Wash n Roll needs to step up their game. They will only dry your vehicle if you pay extra for their VIP service. For that reason, I will forego their monthly service now. It doesnt pay to be cheap and nickel and dime your customers Wash n Roll! So Chad B responded the owner claiming towel dry services for everyone but thats a falsehood. I can read just blame it on my advanced medical degrees. The sign said for VIP service members only, but thanks Chad B owner for responding ✌🏾

I have a membership and must be decently happy but it seems all locations frequently have a brush not operating or something not quite operating. However, nearly always the wash is good and not wowing. The self serve vacuums and drying towels and cleaners are all great. I enjoy the option to just drive through the wash or do a full cleaning of I have time and want too. Overall Im pleased. As long as you dont mind a few water spots if you dont get out and dry it off. The dryers are often mediocre.

I have experience few car washes but this one is best of all. It gives you all the basics and few premium facilities in their basic package. I would recommend it to those who love detail clean their cars.

Truck was left covered in soap, they were supposed to spray out the bed and the child working at the start of the car wash spent literally 2 seconds on the bed and sprayed NOTHING out. To top off the experience the children drying the cars do a TERRIBLE job. These kids and this company need to be taught customer service and work ethic.

Most of the time great system and equipment is great, but sometimes all the rollers arent working. Hand dry makes up for it though, and vacuums are awesome.

A great place for car wash in this area. A $10 car wash will get the car cleaned well. Then you get the free vaccum which is powerful enough and glass cleaner solution with cleaning clothes and tissues. You get a free blower to clean engine and dashboard. And for the covid time you can get a free sanitizer to clean interior.

Awesome spot to get your car washed then they supply everything you need to detail your own interior. I was impressed and Ill be back.

Very well working wash

They were once my go to place for a quick wash. Lately the quality has really taken a dive. Usually only have the soap sprayers work on half the car and the kid with the brush doesn’t really do anything with it but kind of moves it over the rear of the vehicle... barely.

Awesome place!! I bought the 14.99 monthly membership thinking it would be so-so but it’s truly an amazing experience for such a low price! There are employees that do a free towel dry and you can use the vacuums for free. They also have spray bottles with glass cleaner and towels available for free. Also, if you display their sticker on your car, you get a free $2 add on item each visit which is worth it! Looking forward to keeping my new car clean all the time! Plus, you can visit any of their locations with the monthly membership which is so convenient!

The best weve found yet in the Austin area coming from out of state. Ive witnessed on a couple of occasions the employees putting forth very little effort in either brushing the cars down before entering the wash, and personally when drying my vehicle after. But, even given that, I am happy with it. The area to vacuum is nice, little washcloths provided to use, as well as leather cleaner and air. All around good place!

They do a decent job, but DO NOT pay for an y upgrades, what you pay for is not worth the extremely high price. Be prepared to do a bit of work wiping your vehicle down and cleaning the missed spots. This last time the car wash missed most of my passenger side. I was that side when I got home. It was not worth the hassle of asking them to take of of it. The Other locations do a better job, avoid this location.

This place is pretty amazing, you run your car through a pretty long car wash then they dry it for you (tips appreciated but not maditory). Once thats done they have a whole row of vacuums with long hoses which make them super easy to use. They also have this high pressure air thing to blow dust out from the smallest of places and an all purpose cleaner and rags....oh did I mention all the vacuums and cleaning products are free! You can pay for the car wash with you CC, so long to the days of inserting $1.50 in change every 2 min.

Best car wash for 6 bucks Ive ever had. The vacuums at the end are bad ass as well. Cheapest way to get your car clean if youre willing to dry it yourself at the end. I personally dont trust a guy to dry my car for free and do a good job, so i simply use their towels sitting next to the vacuums and do it myself.

There are 4 locations in the North/Northwest Austin Metro area - Leander, Cedar Park, Parmer, FM 620.The automated system does a decent job and for a few bucks, they hand dry and dress your tires. Its not a detail, but it is a great starting point for cleaning your vehicle.The monthly plans are a great value if you wash your car at least twice a month or more.

Best and most reasonable price for a basic wash and dry. $7 Free covered detailing areas with free leather conditioner and window cleaner. Unlimited complimentary Terry cloths to wipe down your vehicle. Staff always friendly.

The staff is nice; the service is fast and good. The price is pretty decent depending on what you want to work on. One thing I want to point out is that the towel they use and provide isnt really great for cars; it might not even be meant to be used on cars. Ive been bringing my own that I got online (from the Chemical Guys) if I ever need to use a towel.

They actually did a very decent job cleaning the van, however, they only scrubbed one side of the front and back, leaving the other sides dirty. You get a free towel dry as well which is a very nice perk. Prices are reasonable.

They never dry under the mirrors and it streaks. You can see who uses them by the streaks on the sides of their vehicles. Other than that its a good car wash.

Truck always looks great after going through the wash. The tire clean/towel dry at the end makes it better than most the competition.

Seems like this place is getting worse. Every time I go the car wash always had something not working correctly and I always have soap thats not washed on the car. That use to not be the case when they first opened. But I do like the fact that they provide free hand drying, sprays and towels to clean interior and exterior of your car and vacuums.

Why is something always not working at your car wash? I have a monthly membership and my wife goes out of her way to go to a different wash n roll. Many times we have been through hoping all the rollers are working only to be disappointed. Sometimes soap is still on my car as well. Please get leadership to fix the mechanical issues.

The girl that works there runs circles around the boys. The last 4 times I habe gone, the guys that wave you in all gave a half hearted attempt to prewash my car. One did not even try. Just stood there...litterally
