Ive only been to wash my truck once but maintenance or owners need to actually use their car wash to see that the hoses are not long enough to reach the other side of vehicles along with making sure the fittings are tight and not leaking. I got the unnecessary tye dye colored foamy soap all over my self and clothing which stained my skin and not my clothes. My hands were black with oil too after handling the hoses. These are simple fixes and that is why I gave a low rating.

The car wash is always, clean and always open. If you ever do have an issue they are prompt and polite. Its the place to go for a fast reliable wash

I went there, swiped my card. It automatically took $10 from my acct. (I get text alerts so I knew). I thought that was a lot for a do it yourself place. I go to grab the sprayer and nothing works. I look at the machine and it keeps saying please deposit $2.50. After a few minutes of trying to get it to work, nothing, so I left. I got the phone number off the wall and called. No answer of course but I left a message. Still 3 days later, no call back. I looked on my bank acct and the $10 was a hold but $1.50 actually came out. Still ridiculous since I received nothing for that $1.50 and no call back. Just imagine how many people this happens to. Guess this is how this car wash makes their money by ripping people off. I will never go back. Not the kind of business I want to deal with. Very shady and unprofessional

I paid for the $15 laser wash and it didnt clean the car at all. Litterally the rain trails from a few days before are still on the car. Worst car wash Ive ever paid for.

Carwash Country is a decently clean location. There is some tlc needed on the hoses for the sprayers. The one I used was cracked near the handle, so I was wet by the end of the wash. The timer also eats your money if you try to apply more quarters before your time comes expires. You need to put only the amount to start it, and let the time run out each time. I wasted about $5 learning this the hard way. I tried calling the company, and was forced to leave a voice mail. I have not been contacted yet. It has been about 2 weeks time now. Please dont waste your money here unless your in a pinch.

Place is in major need of repairs. Went here about a few days ago and was not impressed. The sprayer I used always had soap feeding into it so even the rinse had soap, One of the options turned everything off except the timer, The hose for the foam brush was busted at the too so it just sprayed everywhere except the brush, and the drying wand was duck taped together and didnt move enough air to move the water unless it was laying on the car. Until you see this place undergo major renovations Id avoid it like the plauge.

This car was was great for the first few years then it went downhill. Then it was fixed up...then downhill. That cycle keeps repeating. They seem to neglect things until they get terrible and only then make repairs. The last two times I tried to use this car wash I got nothing for my money. Well technically the last time I had the $1.50 privilege of getting soaked with soap by a broken hose that wouldnt build pressure to actually spray the car. By looking at other reviews it seems that its been that way for at least 5 MONTHS!

I paid for the touchless car wash. The sprayer at the entrance sprayed my car as I drove in. Once the wash indicated for me to stop, it began to spurt out a little water and soap from the front right side of the machine. Then suddenly it stopped. All the lights in the machine shut off and nothing happened.Of course there was no one there working at the car wash. I even called the phone number on their website. No one answered. Ill be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge.

Mostly fine, but we need to have an easy way to contact someone when maintenance is needed or something happens that shouldnt have. Ex: next to last bay closest to New Hope the sprayer hose had a hole in it and sprayed me more than vehicle. I had no immediate way to stop the machine(to my knowledge) plus I used my card and got charged for that short time. Went to another bay to finish up.

Do not use credit cards at this place. Count your quarters after you get them, machine tends to give you less money.Dont try to add money for more time, just put $1.50 and wait until time runs out, if you put more quarters, the machine will just stop and steal whatever time you have left.

My favorite car wash in central Texas. Never had any issues with any of the equipment and the vacs are free. How cool is that?

This is my worst car wash experience ever. I want my money back.6:51pm $3.25. Im leaving and going to another car wash. I hope this pink stuff comes off!Ii did a pre rinse, then I attempted high pressure soap, but id did not seem to have any soap or hardly any soap coming out. The dirt sure wasnt coming off. So, I tried the foam brush, then went back to high pressure soap to discover some of the pink wasnt coming off. Quickly went to other side and it wouldnt come off at all hardly as it had been on longer. What a waste of time, money, Md hopefully this comes off!Look are all the fake 5 star reviews. Blatantly fake. All thus place has is 1 stars and 5 stars. Clearly the 5 stars are fake. They try hard to cheat their ratings up. Seems like it would be easier to just do people right and actually truly get good ratings.

By far the worst car wash experience Ive had...The objective was to remove some fresh bird droppings and some light road dirt following recent inclement weather.I paid $10 for the mid-range Express Wash and kept my window to listen to the feint instructions from the kiosk. The kiosk said to wait until the green light blinks then said please drive forward. I set my window to close as I drove forward AND I WAS SPRAYED THROUGH MY CLOSING WINDOW as I entered the bay, with no warning, and still 8-10 feet from where I was supposed to stop and the wash was SUPPOSED to begin.The wash had low pressure spray, leaving all the bird droppings still attached. The wax was streaky, THE BLOWER DIDNT WORK, and the time remaining countdown was dim.When I got home, it took me 10 mins to wipe down my soaked interior and I had hard water streaks on the interior windshield glass when it all dried.Judging from the other recent reviews, my experience was not unique and I regret not heeding the advice of the other reviewers.

Used this car wash today. Won’t ever set foot there again. Timer would stop half way through time demanding more money. Add a quarter and it shuts off completely requiring another $1.50 to restart. Does it again. At this point, my car is covered in soap. Then when I use my debit card to get the $1.50 to rinse all the soap off my car, it charged $10.00. I would have had it hand washed for as much as that mediocre wash was today. Robbery with lousy equipment to boot. Car still isn’t clean.

This car wash is not worth your time or money. The water pressure is low and pulses when set to high pressure. It gets your car wet and that is about it. The dryers are a gimmick and don’t blow enough air to dry your car.

This place is a ripoff. Machines are set up to steal your your money.

Closest to my house and it also happens to be a pretty darn good carwash. No complaints. Its hardly ever busy too. 10/10 would recommend!

This place has fallen further into disrepair each time I go. Half of the equipment either doesn’t work properly or at all. My last trip I had to try 2 different bats before one would work and even then, the wand leaked more water on me than my car. This place needs some serious repairs and updates.

This was amazing! Ive been to many car washes, but this is by far the best experience! I have a lambo, and dont trust any car wash in the world, but this car wash gives me the unique experience to wash my own car and provides me with amazing tools to do so! I especially love the colorful foam, and not to mention the tire shiner! Recommended to everyone who wants a shiny, brand-new looking car! (Heres a picture after the carwash!!) Ive lost $15 in this car wash in the last couple weeks. I keep trying different bays in hopes that it works better then the previous. Today after I lost money, a gentleman came up to me and told me the same thing had just happened to him in a previous bay. I tried to call the number provided on a couple of occasions and of course, no answer on any of the attempts. How can a place like this continue to screw people over and nothing happens to them? No repercussions or nothing. Just allowed to take peoples money, $5 at a time.

Today I stopped to wash my car. This car wash shows a coin option or a credit card option. The coin option does not work. So I put my debit card in to pay my $1.50. I did not realize this car wash runs your card by the minutes. I used high power wash and high power rinse along with the air dry. My car is still dirty and it cost me $6.25 not the $1.50 advertised. I have pictures and would love to post them there is no option on this page.

I go thru the touchless lazer wash at least 2 times a month; I refuse to let brushes touch my car. Recently I attempted to go thru. I paid by credit card and the car wash never activated. There is a phone number posted that you can call if you have problems with a car wash feature, so I called them. The next day I received a call offering their apologies and supplied me with a coupon to compensate me for my troubles. I appreciated the gesture and will continue to get my car washed there because there is a guarantee that my car will never get a swirl on it...since it is touchless. Thank you for contacting me and thank you for offering the only touchless car wash that I know about in Cedar Park.

The laser wash has a curbed drive that you cant escape once in line. Looking at being here 30 min before I will get to my turn and I have no way of escape or exiting early. Just a heads up to anyone looking to do a quick laser wash.Never doing this again. Horrible experience.

Vacuums are horrible, they cost a dollar for 4 min...IF it actually decides to turn on, when I tried to switch over to the fragrance it took 2 min off my time, and wouldnt spray. There are places close by that have FREE vacuums and towels (I cant remember the name of it...) The only reason I gave it 2 stars, and not zero, is bc its open 24 hrs.

WORST EXPERIENCE! DO NOT COME HERE! Sunday afternoon me and my wife came here to clean my car and we ran our card on the machine everything seemed ok until the pumps would not turn off! We stay there for an HOUR trying to turn off the machine but was running our card. We canceled our card! The bank can’t do anything until we get an official total but it’s still processing! We called the store number and DOES NOT ANSWER!!!! I WENT THERE TODAY AND THAT SAME PUMP IS STILL RUNNING! I CALLED TODAY AGAIN NUMEROUS TIMES!! No answer, I called police to make a report because I didn’t know what else to do they can’t do anything! This has been the most stressful I’ve ever been. It’s seem like to be a SCAM! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN!!!!! YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!

Waste of $8 spent this morning! After all this rain, I figured I do a quick wash. I never use an automatic wash. Now I know why I dont use these. My car looks the same before the wash!! Dont use this place!!!

The only thing that works without an issue is the cash to coin machine. Every machine has something broken or malfunctioning from the spray nozzles looking like a dog chewed them, and like the most disgruntled mister fix it used scotch tape to fix leaking hoses. The brushes look like a tooth brush that has been used for years to clean every truck stop bathroom across the country. The carpet shampooer acts like theres a national shortage of fluid and shampoo and then the vacuum doesnt even deserve to be called a vacuum. Its obvious whoever runs this place really DONT care of the customers experience. I will say that the Auto wash MAY be the only thing thats worth trying out youd be better off going anywhere else instead.

Been going here 5 years. Vacuums work better than other places. I usually do the drive thru wash & happy with it. Last week somehow the machine didn’t credit my cash and the owner fixed it by texting me a code; I really appreciated it. (Takes cards too.)

Good location, clean, and well lit at night; however, some equipment (foam brush) did not work several times we were there. Automatic wash and interior cleaning is available.

They dont use any water softener, I washed my black truck and you couldnt even tell the waterspots were awful. Complete waste of money. The dryer is a joke, its a hand dryer. My blow dryer has more power.

First vacuum stole my monet and didnt work. Second vacuum stole my money and didnt work. Third vacuum turned on, very low suction, barely cleaned, and then fell apart half way through. No signs on who to contact for a refund. Thiefs.

This place sucks, its a rip off! I used this car wash to was my home AC filters, takes about 3 min, they charged me $10. I usually go to Connies Car Wash off Crystal Falls and it only costs me about $3.75. I went here out of convenience with my errands. Ill never go there again. Go to Connies, way better and cheaper!

Worst car wash in town. Save your money and go somewhere else. The laser car wash barely works. Half the cycles don’t even spray soap. Undercarriage is useless and doesn’t even work. Again, save yourself the frustration and either wash your car yourself or go somewhere else.

A few comments for the owners. Put signs up that tell you exactly what you are getting. I used quarters but didnt know what I was going to get for my quarters or how much to put in. You may put a sign that says: :30 per quarter or takes about $4.00 to do a really good job. Less if you are fast and have two people.Overall, Id give high marks to this place other than I wish there was something that told me what it costs before I put my quarters in.After reading the other posts Im glad I didnt use my CC. That would have not been good.Would I go back, sure but take about $3-$4 of quarters to do a good job. Scrub first then deposit the quarters.The place is clean and well maintained.

Was decent before but going downhill. Today as I was about to finish my wash the line above the bay was spilling tons of tire cleaner all over my car and wouldnt stop, which probably ate all the wax off my car. Very annoying.

Worst place in the 512 to wash your car. Nothin works right. No water pressure no soap the vacumes do nothing . Save ur money and spray your car off with ur water hose and open ur doors to let the wind blow out the dirt and ur vehicle would be cleaner then if u spent $20 here wasting your time. This place is a truth joke and it used to be the best around. Not to mention the pot holes before and after the bays so after u get ur car sprayed off with the low pressure water and no soap then u get to drive threw a big pot hole if you don’t step in it while your wasting your time washing your car.
