Unlimited membership is a fantastic value! You can get a basic membership for $20/month, but at $30/month, you get the additional hot wax and tire shine. That also have free vacuums! I go through at least once a day, and membership is good at any location!

The Oil Change Experts do not pressure you into unnecessary services. If you ask questions, they will educate you. I mostly use the oil change services due to the wash part being so busy in the evenings!

I pay for the basic monthly service. The wash is ok, it does the job. I feel that the workers could do a little more. At other car washes, they spray your car before you go in to the car wash to help loosen some of the dirt. I have been going here for almost 2 years and only once did an attendant do this. I havent checked out the other locations yet. Also I stopped getting the hot wax... I noticed that my car attracts more dirt with it which causes me to have to come more often. The regular car wash works just fine for me. I am no longer disappointed after a day.

I just moved to the Cedar Park area and thought I would bring my van here to get cleaned. Ive visited Mister Car Wash in Austin on several occasions and loved the service every time. This one gets three stars from me because the service was subpar. I purchased the platinum wash for $36 and I was surprised to see trash still left in my vehicle. On top of this, they dont notify you when your car is done like the one on Burnet Rd in Austin does. They come in and yell out the vehicle thats done. Here, they said they wave a flag, as if anyone inside is watching their vehicle the entire time. Its ludicrous!The three stars is because they did a decent job on the exterior. The interior, not so much. If I wasnt in a hurry, I wouldve spoke to the manager then about it. If I need another car wash though, Ill either do it myself or go back to the Burnet Rd location. Not worth it (for me, anyway) to come here again.

I went to get an oil change and inspection on a brand new car. They put the under carriage shield (splash shield) back on with zip straps and had oil leaking. I took it back up there and the manager couldn’t believe what it saw as it was hanging on by a thread. I gave him the benefit of a doubt and allowed him to fix it, he promised it was done properly, I asked if he cleaned up the oil that had leaked on it, he said, “no darlin I forgot, let me go check it again.” I said I am on my lunch and can’t wait for you “to fix it again, and I will be contacting Honda for quote on fixing this correctly!” He said that’s not necessary so please give me another chance to fix it. Me being the nice person I am I allowed him yet another chance. That time they used random bolts and screws to attempt to fix the problem. I took the car to Honda and the whole plate needs to be replaced and new bolts. I have called numerous times to corporate and also to the general manager Luke of this area on his personal cell and have not received a response from anyone. The oil change was on August 20th and have been given the run around since then. The general manager, John, seems to have no respect for women or anyone for that matter. I don’t appreciate being called darling at all! I did not want to even rate this place with one star but google won’t allow me to give them what they deserve which is nothing!

These folks are kind! The customer service here is superb. I have the unlimited washes deal I think it’s a bargain considering you also get 10% off of maintenance/services like oil changes and stuff.

No 24hr rain check! Granted 8$ car wash but the the guy and the manager refused to give me a 24hr rain check. When did this policy start? Paid 8$ for my car to stay clean for 1 day. Sorry you just lost a loyal customer for 8$. Wash N Roll will honor 24hr. Heck they let me run it thru twice if my car seem dirty the first time.

Unlimited washes! Yes, sign me up! Oh wait, I did! 😁 They are courteous if you need to get a car wash, the staff is always smiling and waves as you come through. Once on my truck, my antenna fell off, they were waiting to give it to me and the guy even put it back on. #1 best service for a car wash

So we have been using this location for a few years now. It seems like the overall service here has drastically declined. Just dropped off our car to get the platinum wash, and based on the vehicle, we could have received a better wash at a gas station car wash. I know people sometimes put reviews without verification, but I do have a claim ticket from today. I thought, by dropping it off first thing in the morning, and it not being busy, we would receive a good wash. Terrible job both inside and out. Lost a long time customer.

I discussed with the young lady at the front who took my payment for my car wash and at that time I asked her to make sure that the windshield and back windshield were cleaned inside and out when I got around to the completion area my car had been sitting there for a long time and it was not complete and when I finally went and asked about it young man said oh Ill finish that right away/ as soon as possible he wiped down the outside and the windows were terrible inside and out. I had to ask him to do the back windshield and he used evidently a dirty old rag that he washed or wipe down the outside of the vehicle with and the windshield is terrible. worse than it was when I got there. Im too fat to get in the back to do it myself thats why I paid to have it done. in addition I could not buy a Coke. I could not buy gas I was disappointed everything has changed and Im not sure if Ill go back. I really dont know why I would except youre the only car wash in the area that is operational that has someone to a actually clean the car

I have been a member of several drive thru car washes over the last few years with the unlimited plans - Mister is by FAR the best! My only regret is that I didnt give them a shot sooner.The crew at the Bell Blvd location is beyond top-notch - always a smile, even during the current Covid Crisis, and always so eager to help and just... well... be everything you want out of a crew that you see every few days. Perfect team!The other locations are fantastic as well - and the number of locations makes it so easy to pop in for a wash after a day of cruising through the hill country or running to San Antonio or Ft Worth and wanting to tuck the car away with a fresh bath.Im not going to be leaving as a customer until I find myself leaving the Austin area to go enjoy my time in the islands for the remainder of my days...

Waiting for over an hour and paying $30 for a Full Service resulted in a very poor quality job. There was a time when I had our vehicles done here. That time has passed. The interior was given a cursory wipe with little regard to actually cleaning. One would think a Friday afternoon would dictate that there would more and better trained staff. Such was not the case. This was NOT worth half the money and shouldnt take an hour and a quarter.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life! I was told by Blake Rogers (General Manager) that to get my vehicle hand finished(towel dry, tires), a service thats included in my unlimited membership, I would have to go thru the full service lane and have my interior cleaned. I explained to him that I did not want (or need) my interior cleaned and more importantly I had my handicapped child in the car and could not take her out. I was told thats the rules. Then when I complained about the rules he canceled my unlimited membership and told me not to come back! Wow!It does not make sense to me. I understand I have a membership that includes the interior. That doesnt mean I should be forced to have my interior cleaned if I dont want it. I was told that if I dont wait through the vacuum lines that they WILL NOT provide the rest of the service (hand finishing) that I pay for.I have been a very loyal customer to this place for many years. A Platinum Unlimited member for several of those years. You would think they would try to keep me as a customer. I pay $60 a month! I guess not!

Had a lot of work done on my 2012 Nissan Maxima this morning - Synthetic oil change, tire rotation, transmission service and fuel system cleaning. Cannot say enough good things about this place. Very reasonable prices and The General Manager, Justin Steed, and the Customer Service Advisor, Philip Smith, were both very friendly and helpful. They even installed the cabin filter I had brought with me at a very nominal cost, which very few other places would have done. I highly recommend Mister Oil Change Express.

So friendly and helpful. I got a simple state inspection. I literally might drive from Round Rock to come to this location. I know people would only take the time to write something negative, but they deserve 5 stars. Kudos to Justin & Ross.

Fantastic car wash. They do the pre-spray and wipe down when you go through the self service side. I came here so often that I joined their monthly club for under $20.00 a month I get unlimited washes. You still have to vacuum your vehicle out on your own but they have a ton of bays and most are empty most of the time.Friendly staff and good hours as open to 7pm every evening I believe so easy to hit after work!

Very amazing car wash with a wad of room to vacuum out your car. This is one of my favorite features at Mr. car wash. I’m so glad that they have so much room for two vacuums and an air compressor. I would highly recommend the $20 monthly membership for unlimited carwashes for is an amazing deal.

A reliable place for a vehicle wash. My SUV comes thru the experience refreshed. If youre going to have your vehicle washed 2 or more times per month, it does pay to look into the available Monthly Plans. Youll get drive-thru access and save some $$ too. The merchandise area has been discontinued and its now a large empty space, but they always have free coffee available and the Rest Room is well maintained.Why 4stars: sometimes the people at the end of the line will wipe down the vehicle as Im about to exit with towels that leave a film on the glass showing streaks & wipe marks. This is not an issue and I only mention it because it does happen occasionally but its not a deal-breaker.The Staff are nice, the results too, and I recommend this place.

I didnt buy the most expensive car wash ($22.00). But you would expect them to vacuum the inside (not), get the bugs off the front (not), wipe down all the chrome (exhaust tips, bumpers, grille, etc.). When we pulled up in the staging area there were three of the supervisor personnel (gray collared shirts) standing around and chatting. Maybe they should inspect some vehicles before they are approved to let the customers drive off. Not a good car wash. We would not recommend them.

We usually wash the car ourselves but decided to go and try a car wash service. We signed up for the Platinum monthly unlimited plan and was expecting a spotless car by the end, inside and out. When all was said and done, the outside was decently clean but you can find spots where they missed. And its not like a tough dead bug or something like that. Its like a corner of the window or something. The inside got vacuumed but there were still dust in places. I didnt expect detailing service but I expected more than this.

Took less than half an hour for an oil change and inspection! they were so nice, especially the one mechanic that looks like a mix between john travolta and post malone.

Not happy with the experience at all. They have a good Unlimited deal, but its like a waste of money due to their lack of effort. At this particular location, they left soap residue all over my car, and LITERALLY swiped the towel over my car ONCE. I had to apply some real elbow grease to wipe that residue off. It looked worse than before i washed it! I do realize this a do-it-yourself car wash, but at least have better customer service and quality. And for goodness sake, make it worth the $20 monthly charge. What a waste! I took my business to Palms Car Wash, which is a similar do-it-yourself express car wash, and they are WAY better. A little more expensive, but worth it.

Current management needs to be removed. Had a similar situation as Travis, but I paid for the platinum with the interior cleaning. Truck was partially towel dried and one quick wipe over the dashboard. When I called out the sub par cleaning, I was met with indifference.I have probably spent $10,000 by my conservative estimate there the last 7 years. No more, will take my business elsewhere.

We have been using Mr. Carwash for probably 10 or more years. Over the last 5 years the service has declined for sure. We moved out to the country but kept our membership. We usually just go through the fast pass lane and get a wash. Today I decided to get the inside vacuumed and wiped out. Didn’t want leather treatment, nothing fancy. Just the windows, console, and seats on all three rows wiped off and all three rows and the back vacuumed. That’s it. I was willing to spend 30 extra bucks. Well they told me I had to make an appointment for that kind of work, that it would take about an hour and a half. First, I have never, in all the times we’ve come here, ever heard of making an appointment. It’s not advertised, mentioned, nothing. The manager swears they’ve been doing this for the last 2 years. They aren’t busy at noon on a beautiful Sunday which kind of told me something wasn’t right. When I walked inside, it was completely empty. No drinks or snacks to purchase, no gifts, coffee, cards, etc. Just completely empty. This will be the last time I visit this place and give them my business. I am cancelling my membership.

I had just gotten my car washed, and James the manager here at the express lube area, notice that the inside was not vacuumed properly. He was then so kind enough as to air up my tires after hours, with no problem and a good attitude about it. At the same time, he walked over with me to speak to the car wash place to get a free vacuum on the inside. I really like this place and I highly recommend it to anybody. Thank you very much James for going above and beyond your regular duties there at work to help me out.

I’ve been going here for years and I LOVE them. I feel that they are all honest with me and really give me the best care possible. As a woman it worries be to go other place because I think I might be taken advantage of since I don’t know too much about cars but I never feel like that here. 10 out of 10 would recommend to everyone. And you get a free car wash after every service.

Let me start by saying this is a great location with excellent service which is why I have the unlimited pass and come to this location. That being said one of the main reason i had liked this location is because they also do an extra good job on the wheels and tires. Until recently that is, they installed an automatic tire shine machine when you go through the tunnel and all it does is cover your rim in tire shine and leave a very light layer on the tire. Dirty wheels covered in tire shine really really really irritates me. Its not so much the employees fault as they assume the machine is doing its job but its terrible. Have used them other places they all suck. Not just this one. Please return this god awful addition. Ill call and explain why you need your money back. Will have to check other locations and see if it is worth keeping my membership.

Had to go back through car wash 3 times. Told them I had places on truck that needed more attention and every time I went through they just carelessly sprayed a few spots on my vehicle as I pulled up. The tire shiner left very thick black oil all over my rims. Guy told me it was because I have low profile tires? I have 15 inch rims on a truck. Not low profile at all. I expected a lot more for an $18 car wash. Had to spend $7 more at another car wash to get the black oil off my rims.

Took my tacoma truck there this morning for a wash, Truck is clean and looks good,but I now have a broken antenna because it was not removed prior to the wash. Tried calling nobody answers the phone (leave message) no one calls back. Drove back to car wash to have manager deny breaking antenna. Take pics of your wheels before entering this car wash or better yet dont use this car wash as its just like putting your money in a shredder. No attention to detail.

Rode with my daughter to get work truck cleaned. Good at basic detailing. They tried to get a stain out of seat. Looked worse.

Came in for an oil change. People who came after us were serviced before us, and they kept moving my car to allow other cars to come ahead of us. We waited over 50 minutes with no service. Others waited less than 20 minutes to be serviced, while they came in after us. Confronted the mechanics and they said we were in line behind the other cars, so I took my keys and left. Couldn’t admit the wrong doing. Wouldn’t recommend. Poor poor service. I would give 0 stars if that was an option. I was a loyal customer for years, but will never go back now.

I did not like my experience here. I got a full service and they didn’t do a good job of vacuuming and wiping down and bugs are still on my windshield... meanwhile I had a bike rack in the back of my car and forcefully take it off as a young adult in 100 dgree weather. Very disappointed and I would recommend the manager to retiring their staff while they are at it. They gave no directions and were driving my car back and forth between the back and the front just because I was trying to get a full service done. Highly advise people to go to palms car wash off 183, have been going there for the last 10 months and I love it.

I showed up before closing yesterday and was greeted by some teens working there that huffed and puffed when they saw me pull in 15 mins before they closed, acting like 1 more car was such a burden one literally looked at me and said oh my god really under her breathe. They hardly vacuumed the inside. Then after my car was washed i noticed how many cars they were detailing. And i though where are all the people waiting on their cars? Didnt even realize they were detailing their personal cars which one of the workers felt nessesary to speed off in screeching the tires. Makes me wonder how they treat the nice cars that people leave there to wash and what they do when no one is looking. There was still leaves on my carpet, dust all over the place on my dash and my front windshield is smudged. I use to go here all the time. Your better off taking your car across the street. Heck, at least at wash n roll you dont have to pay for the disrespect of property and lack of service.

It never fails that I pay for premium wash and they dont give me the $$ worth. Cup holders still dirty, door jams not wiped down evenly. I keep giving chances but i think Im done.

Came her today for my inspection and was so happy with the customer service. And I was here for less then 20mins. In the past i used lambs and jiffy lube but got very tired and being talked down to. Heard about this place in the jiffy lube comments, a few people said they came here and it was so much better and they were right! I think I will back for my oil change.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I paid $30 for their full service option and what a ripoff! I got in the truck and the doors, center dash, everything didn’t even look like it had been touched! I had to make them wipe the stuff down and they seemed surprised about that. So disappointing. Will never be back. Waste of money!!!!

Oh boy where do I start with this. Mr. car wash used to be a great place to get your vehicle washed with great detail. EVERY TIME I go I used to get the “red carpet” which is the equivalent to their platinum now. It’s always still dirty every time. They do a bad job vacuuming and a bad job cleaning the outside. There are places still visibly dirty after they hand wipe it down. They also poorly wipe the interior even though I PAID for them to do so. And the price has gone up for less service.

Im having a hard time staying loyal to these guys. Ill stress on things to pay attention to. Like the door jam or the fender well. Ill pay $30 for a wash and get something close to the equivalent of an $8 wash-n-roll. Its frustrating because I want to support businesses like this but they make it very hard to continue to do so.

It was ok. The building is big & like a gift shop with snack & drink machines. Friendly enough. Dont know about services because I wasnt able to get anything done in my time frame.

WILL NOT GO BACK HERE AGAIN. My husband and I dropped my car off on a Sunday afternoon around 12 to have the oil changed and car washed. We left to go to lunch. Upon returning, we were asked for a ticket, which we were not given. We explained to the girl behind the desk that we were not given a ticket. She called for someone, I guess He was a manager that came out. He stood there and proceeded to tell us we needed a ticket to pick the car up, which I totally Understand, but we were not given one. We tried telling him this 2-3 times, and he just kept replying that “they should have given us a ticket when we dropped it off”. I wasn’t sure what to tell the guy, because we were not given a ticket. Whatever they “should have done” is beyond my circle of control. I’m not sure how we can give you a ticket when we were not provided with one. I mumbled To myself (as I was Growing pretty irritated) that I would Not be coming back here again. He explained that he “wasn’t trying to argue, but he needed a ticket and they should have gave me one” I finally told him for the last time we were not given a ticket, and asked where I needed to go to get that so I could just get my car and leave. My husband went out to my vehicle (which happened to be unlocked) and found a ticket inside of it. We went to the front again, with the ticket, and they had to call someone back out again. He said that the ticket had already been paid, and I explained that we had never paid for it when we dropped it off. He had to go and talk with someone else about the situation, and I mumbed To myself again as this was getting quite ridiculous. He stood there and argued with me that someone must have paid it because it was zeroed out. He also explained he couldn’t just give the keys to anyone who walked in, which is why he needed a ticket. I tried telling him I completely understood that but I cant provide you with a ticket if your employees didn’t give me one. What they should have done is beyond my control and I cannot help that. My husband finally had enough of this and told him to stop arguing with me. After I got my keys and left, I got less than a tenth of a mile down the road before I heard Metal dragging under my car on the roadway. I pulled over and noticed they did not attach the bolts to close everything up. My husband took my car back up there and I left In his car to go home. When my husband got back to Mister Car Wash, they had our ticket ready for us to pay.Are you kidding me? Never had that kind of experience and will never return.

The oil and lube shop is open Sundays. They even do inspections on Sundays. Nice clean shop with professional staff.

The prices keep going up and the service keeps going down.I felt like i got exactly what i paid for,kinda like when i go thru self check at grocery stores.The workers dont/wont or are not allowed to give a little extra customer service since i didnt pay for it.

Unfortunately they cant do detailing because of the Rona. But the use of the vacuums are free after purchasing a wash.Prices seemed a little high.

I love how they pay attention to detail. They do a much better job than Wash and Roll. Plus if you have one of the plans, you can use them in different locations across the country. This has been handy after a roadtrip and your car is covered in bugs.

The express wash is nice but they never dry my cars off very well, also aggravating that they never wipe the wheels off, isnt that part of the car that gets washed too? Why would someone only wash the car/truck and not the wheels?

I am extremely disappointed with the job that was done. Dried wax was left on my hood and there is still dirt on the inside and the outside of my car. Unfortunately I tipped prior to seeing the atrocious attempt that was made to wipe down the inside of my truck. Youd think theyd atleast get the dust.

Good carwash. always have had good detailing done here and now they have an express wash. also, several wash options allow you a few days to come back for a free exterior rewash if it rains.

Went to get a detail Wednesday but they were too busy to get me in and out within an hour. Guy who writes the tickets told me to come back Sunday When less busy and said he would knock a few dollars off. (Theyve done that before, super nice guys)So I return today and ask for the $170 detail and told him the last guy said to ask a manager to get a little knocked off. Manager came, said they dont discount anything and would not offer anything. Then he GAVE ME DIRECTIONS to the place down the street, H20 wash. Mister Car Wash on Bell Blvd has always done great work washing my car until today. They broke off my rear windshield wiper and did not even mention it!

When I get my oil changed they are always fast and kind. And its a decent price, and it comes with a free car wash! Totally reccomend

I called about getting my car detailed to get more information. The two people that I spoke to were on different pages. The first person I talked to told me I had to be there at a certain time. When I asked another question she put me on hold and then went to get the manager, I assume. I told him I was confused on the process and he told me to calm down repeatedly when I had a calm tone and was just trying to get information. I was in no way upset or had a need to be upset until I was treated like that.

Looks like is under new management, they dont sell gasoline anymore, I pay a monthly fee and they dont dry my truck anymore, unless you pay for a premium wash, heck, I tip the guys every time, even when they do a sloppy job, there can be 3 or 4 guys hanging out there, I stopped like usual and they didnt bother to tell me what seem to be the new policy.Im cancelling and taking my business somewhere else.....

I might buy their monthly pass for 19.00 unlimited car wash in side and out :) only thing is they are way North Im way south might be worth the trip I pay 80 a month now I need weekly car wash / Uber driver:)

WARNING: Do not let these guys do any work on your car, even an oil change. I have been there 3 times, not sure why I came back, but everytime they have screwed something up.The first time they almost blew up my battery somehow, and had to buy a $200 battery that mysteriously started smoking and overheating during the oil change, on a new truck....The second they spilled gas all over my seats, after returning several times they were able to remove the strain and odor.The third time I found out the fired their former manager who was there for 10 years . I should have just left, but stayed and then they over filled my oil by 1-2 quarts and didnt put the oil filter on right and it was leaking, I fixed it myself. I will never go back, and wanted to try and warn everyone else...

I have never written a review for any place whatsoever but Ive come here to get my oil changed the past 3 times and they are exceptionally nice and funny, they are understanding and dont push any sale on you. Love this place definitely coming back

Unprofessional. Had an oil change botched here. Had to redo and waste time getting the oil leak fixed because they stripped the oil plug. Dont recommend. 6 guys standing around and joking, not paying attention.Update: the guys were Really kind when issuing a full refund. Insisted on giving me a car wash. In the end, mistakes happen, they were happy to acknowledge that. Id go back.

Will not be taking my car back here anymore. I have used this location before a few times without an incidence, however, today, I took my car in for an inspection. Everything went fine, then came home to find out they had put in the wrong license plate number. Called up once and was hung up on, then called right back and got a hold of someone who told me I had to bring my car back in. So I drove all the way back there to get my car inspected for the second time all because they keyed in the wrong license plate. All of this I would have forgiven but it was the way I was treated when my car was finally ready. One of the employees walked into the room and said Who has the Subaru, didnt even address my name and just gave me the updated paperwork and said it is correct now. No apology. I expected to be treated better for a mistake they had made. Will never be back and will never recommend this location.

This car wash does a wonderful job cleaning outside and inside my car while I wait in a comfortable inside area.

Left here earlier disappointed. Inside of car wasn’t completely wiped down. When pointed it out, I was told that it looked like I had gone through a few puddles..... really?! 50$ for a car wash and a quick wipe down that was incomplete is not worth my time. Will use Superior Detail with Christina and Norman for now on

I have been to this place a couple times. I would never say they did an exceptional job cleaning the inside of my car. I have been told when asking if they sold gum that we are NOT a gas station even though they they do sell gas! They were rude. This last time I was here they could not wash my car because of the rack on top of my SUV. No problem, I asked if they would just clean the inside out even though they could not send it though, he said they were too busy and could only dust it for me! That is the last time I use them. I am currently VERY pleased with H2O car wash just up the street!

Blake Rodgers has the worst customer service I’ve ever had & I use most mister car wash locations in Houston & Austin. Do not use this location if you want to avoid this headache. Hopefully corporate finds this review of help & notices this problem. I am not the first to write a review on his poor customer service.

Great job for quick washes! They even do a quick hand dry and offer free self vacuums. Cant beat the price for their fast wash.

Had oil change and inspection done here. Spoke with the GM James Barbosa who was very friendly and professional. Been going here for years and they are always super fast!

The wash is great, but it takes forever for someone to start drying your car. Plan on spending over an hour before your car is actually done. I hope they hire more people to dry off the vehicles.

Very slow and car did not get clean. Rated a 1 star because you can’t rate a zero. They will be out of business soon. Car was second in line for vacuum with 2 lanes open. Took 26 minutes for it to get into wash bay.

Been here a couple of times but they don’t really pay close attention to detail and that sucks because I usually get a full serve. Today I felt the need to leave a review because first of all I get there and the payment machine isn’t working so have to go inside and pay which is fine . But to make it worse my car wasn’t cleaned good and also I have a missing aux cord for my iPhone which I did go in with but one of the people felt the need to take it out. I will not be going back to this location because I feel like I’m not getting value for my money and can’t really trust them.

I am in the car wash club. Go about 3 times a week. If you like a clean car, this the place go

I was looking for a full service car wash, not much better than the gas station car wash

They do ok, I guess its hard to wipe down the dust on the dash and console., The oil change people are very courteous.

Quick service but higher priced.

Free Popcorn and Coffee. And Blake (Manager) in the Service Center is great!

I always get the red carpet detailing and they have done an awesome job with both our cars. Well worth the $50

Great place to get a oil change.

Not very happy. They showed me what I could get at what price and it was more of a spit shine. They left a towel on my hood. Didnt clean all the interior left my keys on the tire. Just not happy with my $40 plantimun wash (or whatever it was called). Just dont think they care that much. Seriously doubt Ill go back.

Great place to get your vehicle maintenance done at the S Bell Blvd also good place to have your vehicle washed. There are Two locations in Cedar Park for vehicle wash.

Price is great! H2O wash down the street charges more and does a worse job. My dad nor I were impressed, but we have always liked Mister. Some times when they are busy they miss stuff, but for the price I will always come back! Even with a drive through wash they still wipe down the outside of the car for you! !

STAY AWAY!!!! youll be better off staying home and spraying your car with a water hose.

This place is very confused, car wash? Gas station? Convenience store? Waiting room? Event room?Poor customer service.

What happened to this place?Oil change facility used to be staffed with kind courteous knowledgeable staff and now it’s represented by shy scared employees that don’t encourage any kind of sales or maintenance.I will not return because it seems they don’t know what they are doing!The car wash included with their high price is the basic minimum of a car wash with no personalized service at all.
