Mr. Sharkys is always clean with everything working as needed! Its conveniently located and well lit if youre needing to go after the sun goes down. The staff and manager go above and beyond to make sure every need you have is met with a pleasant demeanor always making you feel welcome! Its nice, in todays new world of disconnection, to have an old world personal customer service experience!

Decent place to wash your car yourself. Clean bays, working equipment and attentive staff.Few things to be aware of:1. Different bays have different rates. So if youre unlucky like I was, youll get a more pricey bay2. If you use the card instead of coins, you dont really get any indication of how much youre spending. The little led is very difficult to read when youre operating a pressure wand, so I definitely spent more than planned. Still cheaper than some drive thrus, but not the 2.25 I thought I would pay for 4 minutes3. The machine itself takes a minute to respond. So if you switch to soap, it takes maybe a few seconds to change it up. Just be awareWell be back for sure. A little better prepared also

Everything worked as advertised. Change machines, etc. My only complaint is that each washing/waxing/etc session costs $2.75. Generally you need two (2) so when you show up with a $5 bill, you are short 50 cents. This means you better bring 2 extra quarters or be prepared to search your car for those 2 extra quarters!! If only it could cost $2.50 each......

Always go here to wash my giant truck cuz one stall is big enough. Hose on brush could stand to be longer thou. They always keep it clean and staff work hard and answer questions

I went to the location on Cypress Creek and the automatic washer didnt work after I paid, but I called the maintenance line and Paul was very apologetic and gave me a refund at the 620 location. The guys there were extremely nice with great customer service (seems unheard of now a days) I will definitely be returning.

Love Mr. Sharky’s. The free vacuum is a lifesaver, and the staff is constantly emptying the trash cans! The guys always do good work on my car when I take it through the wash too! Throw them some cash as a thank you every now and then!

A little pricey but good place to go. Cards and quarters are accepted in the washing area. Only quarters in the vacuum area. There is an automatic wash if you dont want to get out and do it yourself.

Wonderful Carwash!! Great Staff!I love bringing my cars here. Do it yourself style, that accepts credit cards, or leave it to the pros in the drive thru. Both get my cars sparkling! The vacuums work great, and if you forget your interior cleaning supplies, they have some for purchase. The staff is friendly and helpful. I 100% recommend Mr. Sharkys!

Nice, clean, newer wand self wash. Good pressure and lots of soap. Vacuums available. Takes cash or credit. Also has a hand blower if you want to blow dry your car. The day I used it there was a staff person on site.

I have 37 × 13.5 tires on my truck with a 6 inch lift and it fits thru the tunnel- Barely!!! But they offer unlimited car washes for pretty cheap and always free vacuums!!! Great place!!!

I absolutely recommend Sharky’s to everyone. Pablo, the manager, made my experience so pleasant. I dread washing my car as I have fibromyalgia and scrubbing it can aggravate my symptoms. To most, washing your car is a necessary chore, but to me, it’s a fight with my body. Pablo, of course, had no idea about my condition. When I pulled into the self service section looking rather confused, he welcomed me and asked if I had been with Sharky’s before. Since I hadn’t, he decided to show me the ropes. He was professional, friendly, and all around warm and welcoming. I cannot say enough how grateful I am for his guidance and his help with the heavy lifting of washing my car. It made my entire day! 10/10 will be returning because of Pablo and his amazing customer service skills.

Used a credit card for timed wash. Self service side worked as needed! Washed off 18 hrs of bug guts! Havent used the other side. Would definitely recommend. Only took pictures of what you can purchase and of the vacuum area

They almost always get it right! Car Wash businesses tough to be 100%. Theres always lots of competition and employee turnover but these guys do a better consistent job for the money than most. I know what Im talking about because I used to own my own car wash. I loved the business and always looked to Sharkys to see what they were doing from a competitive standpoint. Thats why now that Im out of the business I go there. In my opinion their tunnel wash is a better deal than their self serve. Their self serve is always well-maintained their brushes look like they clean them regularly which is a big deal to me because I have black cars that can show scratches easily.

Trash cans were over filled, and the area felt dirtier then what a maintained carwash should be.

This is the second time I went to just spray my car on the self serve. On the meter it literally said it was like $3. I check my card and its $10 charge. I already had to cancel my membership before because the staff is never onetime to open onetime. I do rideshare so it matters. When I need a quick spray down in that area, I resort back to sharkys, however I will not be doing that anymore since its $10 just to spray some water regardless of what the meter says.On top of that, there are always drug addicts in the stalls at night. RIP Chris. You were a hard worker., an addict, but a hard worker at the least. I suggest using Wash and Go. You can use any of their locations on a member ship. If they had night self serve for the random times I needed a spray down, I would be happier. However, they have free disinfectants, free towel dry, free glass cleaner, vaccumes are free and better. If only they were 24 hours.

Honestly doesn’t even deserve 1 Star. I have been to my fair share of do it yourself car washes and this was by far the worst I’ve ever been to. The maintenance on this place is obviously not kept up. The raggedy foaming brush did nothing but add more dirt to my car. The high pressure drying tool had absolutely no pressure to it. $2.75 cents per 4 minutes doesn’t even seem to be true. Spent the $10 limit for what seemed like no time at all only to end with a car where extra dirt was just spread around. Biggest waste of money I can think of. So if you like to just throw away cash, this is the place to go. Definitely will not be using this place again and I advise anyone else to do the same.

I spent over $10 for a total of six tenets of a vacuum and a shampoo a matter fact I ended up I spent 12:50 for 6 minutes thats ridiculous

Been using the self service bays for years. Went to go wash my car today and they told me Im not allowed to use my own soap, bucket, and wash mitt. Sure hope they dont expect me to use that brush they provide on my car...I dont like scratches on my perfect paint.

We are from Dallas visiting & this is by far the best car wash I’ve ever been to. Especially for the price. They even dry off your car & are very customer service friendly! I would give 15 stars out of 10 if I could. Would highly recommend this place !

I was at this location (NFM 620 Rd) for the first time 2 weeks ago, it was nice, clean, not really busy and the vacuum is free, but the big issue is when I used my credit card they took $10 off my account and I used just like $3, they never refunded me. I spoke with the owner and he told me that they will send me my money back (He told me to send him a message to the phone number attached on google!) I did that but ..15 days after no response!!! I dont think that Im going back there even if everything else is perfect ...I dont recommend it either. You have to be careful about you credit card...or you can only use cash!!!!

Decent prices, good location, gets the job done. You can use a credit card for the drive thru wash, but you have to have change for the vacuuming. Does an overall good job at getting the dirt off, including the tires.

Pretty good car wash, open 24/7 on the self serve areas, and at least the last time I was there, they still had free vacuum service. I dont know if that still stands. What drives me a bit nuts about these places though is, they will accept a debit card for the car wash, but for anything else you must have coins. Consider allowing a debit card option for towels and Armorall, etc......

Horrible service and a terrible experience. Had my truck cleaned and they left the key in the ignition and drained the battery. The stall it was in didnt have enough room to get a charger in there. Once I got the truck back 3 hours later, the carpets had this HORRIBLE smell. I took it home and had to wash them myself. My wife took her car a few months later for detailing and there were streaks in the car, and it didnt smell very good inside the car either. Never going here again.

Went through the Automatic wash. I had some trouble with the machine taking my card, an attendant quickly came out to help! I enjoyed the service and my car looked great after. I would definitely go back again.

Nicest self car wash around. A few more car washing options than other self car washing places, like liquid spray wax and tire cleaning soap. It shows on my bank pending transactions as $10.00, but once they finish processing the transaction, it shows the correct amount. It confused me on my first experience.

Machines automatically charge you the maximum price of $10 no matter what even when the machine says it will only charge you based on time. I spent $3.46 worth of time I expect that to be what I get charged. Went to get a refund and he took my card info down so the manager could give me a refund. I think he took it down just so I would leave. So bad machines and bad customer service, will not be coming back other than to get my refund.

Ive never had any problems at this one. Last time I was at the one on 71, one of the Bays was not accepting cards at all so I had to move to another bay and then 4 minutes into washing my vehicle it stopped working. I had to go find an attendant and he added five minutes to the timer for me and I dont think it ran the five minutes. I gave up and left.

Do not use your credit card in the self wash bays. It will charge you $9. Same as an automatic wash.

Frist time come here .Wasted five dollars, set up brush, did not have any car wash fluid, a waste of time and money!

It is a money sucking business. Took anywhere from 1.5 minutes to 2 minutes for the system to switch from any of the amenities such as the soaps and wax (tire wash, pre-soap, high pressure soap and high pressure wax). The biggest problem was that there was no high pressure wax to complete the task I was there to do. Plus there was no one on site willing to help fix the problem. I tried to get the attention of a guy working the auto-wash but he just walked away. Needless to say I wont waist my time going there again, Im sure there are other businesses willing to put customers first.

I have washed two of my cars here using credit card on a timed charge. I used up $5.00 on one visit and about $6.00 on another yet both times MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED $10!! I will never come back here. Rip off!!!
