Paula has been my insurance agent for 25+ years, first when she worked for Judy Howell and now, since Judy retired and Paula has her own agency. She is the reason I have been a client of State Farm all these years. No matter what questions I have, what guidance I need to file a claim, or what complaint I need to rant and rave about, she is always professional, CALM (which I am sometimes NOT), and most importantly, caring and compassionate. It is important to me to have areal, live, informed person to talk with when I have insurance issues and PAULA IS ALWAYS THAT PERSON.

(The agent does not even deserve one star).Poor customer service- she never answers her phone; it takes her two weeks before she returns your call. We requested a cancellation on all policies; she continued to charge me for a policy that should have been cancelled back in October of 2015. In addition, my brother had a similar experience and he cancelled his policy with the agent.
