Of course I don’t have insurance with this agency. Unfortunately my son’s car stopped on him and he parked it in their parking lot. I had the car towed immediately. Meanwhile the owner came out taking pictures like he was an investigator. I then went over to him with my mask on to apologize for any inconvenience and of course he was afraid of the AA woman and man.I was polite and he took steps back like I was there to rob him.(Remember my mask is on) He did not utter a word. I was invisible. Very rude and unprofessional. I am sure he has not one black client. If anything he should have said thank you for immediately taking care of your business. I am sure he has not one black client. People:Stick with USAA and Allstate like we have!

This insurance company customer service is horrible. No one ever answers the phone. Once I called this agency at 11:00am during a week day and no one answered the phone. I had to call the insurance carrier and she sent them a message to call me. When I finally got someone on the phone the staff could not inform on my policy and told me that i had to call the insurance carrier. On top of that wrong information, she got an attitude and hung up in my face. I called back and talked to the owner. He was nice and was able to inform me about my policy. Now that I have cancelled my policy its been over 2 weeks and I still have not received my refund check. Again, Im calling and no one is answering or returning my call. I have been a customer since 2015 and will not recommend this insurance company to anyone.
