My experience w State Farms was a wonderful experience. Cliff Hyman, Cedar Hill has been my agent for 13 years. It was a very good experience and the staff has always been helpful and courteous.

My brother was a customer of this agent for 27 years. He was murdered Jan if 2018. I am the executor of his estate. I got a letter in the mail stating they are cancelling his home owners policy even though it is being paid because he doesnt live there anymore. The letter and Im quoting line by line Due to the increased risk of loss associated with this property being vacant. This letter is a notice of non-renewal and will not disclose the above reason for our decision. The estate is still being probated. The person i spoke with had no care in the world about the situation. Just stated its being canceled. So I hope other can know that loyalty doesnt mean anything with them.

They are very professional and nice but they also found me the best possible rate for me
