Amazing! I just got my Subaru earlier this year and it was time for an oil change. Ive never taken my car in before, but I was away from home, on my way to college. I looked online at several places. The 3.8 star rating made me nervous but when I went to their online website, it was very helpful. Unlike others around Casper, their website allowed me to schedule an appointment online without calling in *on the same day an hour later* plus they had a section where I fill out my make and model and see what kind of oil I need. When I got there, it was super straight forward. I walked in and a man peaked his head through the door to the shop to let me know someone would be right with me. A few minutes later, Sean came out and got me squared away. 45 minutes later, it was complete. I came in after they called me that my car was ready and we went over the paperwork. Im not sure of this guys name but he was very helpful also. He explained what certain things meant on the paper he handed me (like that my tires were at an 8, who knew!)Ill definitely be back if Im in the area. The only downfall is lack of parking and it was a pretty busy area so I had to park farther away. Didnt bother me much, but someone whose elderly or handicapped might have trough with the one spot.

After numerous days of unintended miss haps. Service was excellent. And they did an amazing job at apologizing for said miss haps.

I cant say enough good about these heroes. Its the day before independence day and they moved mountains for an out of towner in a pinch. What should have been an hour repair turned into a four hour ordeal because of my strange car. They stuck with it and didnt gouge me when they could have. Bless their souls.

Got my wheel bearings, rotors and all around brake pads done at this place. Took my vehicle in at 10am didnt leave till 430 because the men that were working on my vehicle were just standing around not doing a thing. Once my vehicle was done I paid $1,719 and some change just for my ball bearings to break and almost cause me and my children to crash. Then the gentleman man said he doesnt have to fix it if I kept cussing around well of course Im going to cuss if I paid $1719 just for my vehicle to not work!!! FIRESTONE NO LONGER HAS MY SERVICE!!!

Uncommunicative. Out of town for work and had to Drop my work truck off for emergency service, waited 2.5 hrs before I had to call back to check on it, they Informed me that they were going to change my tires and had to wait for approval to do so (which I had not instructed them to do).When I arrived 5 hours after dropping the truck off, they had put highway tires on my work truck that we take up mountain roads. When I asked why, they said those were the only tires that could be approved.

I was inside the firestone calling it and still couldnt get the manager to come to the desk.When I finally got his attention. He was talking with two employees and a customer. behind the glass area. Where no customers are allowed. All I wanted was my tire checked for a leak. Last Friday same tire needed air. Manger said air compressor was down at 4pm in the afternoon.

I ordered tires to be delivered & installed by Firestone. Once I received delivery confirmation, I called Firestone scheduling a time. I was able to get my new tires installed the next day early afternoon. Employees were very friendly & helpful. I let the Firestone employees know I wanted to keep the tires being removed . They removed & bagged my current tires & labeling them accordingly. Techs even checked all my fluids, function tested battery, checked brake pads & cleaned my windshield & loaded tires I kept into my vehicle. Being Im physically disabled, I greatly appreciated the excellent service! Casper Firestone earned another customer 🙂✌

I am absolutely impressed with Jim and his men at Firestone in Casper! Jim was not only funny :) but very kind and professional! Shawn first took my call and listened to my self diagnosis haha and he allowed me to tow my car (Betty White) in on Friday night, park it over the weekend and the got me in on Monday! They truly worked on my car all day to pinpoint the actual diagnosis, it was not mine. Two days later Betty White was healthy! I did not get paid the day I intended but Jim was extremely patient about the time I needed to get Betty. I will advise anyone to trust Firestone of Casper from here on out. Thank you gentlemen!

Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation, I had also requested that they look into the heating system in my car as it has been going on and off lately and the employee on the phone said that they could and that they would do a multi point inspection for me as well. I also confirmed this upon dropping it off. When they called me, they simply told me that my car was ready for pick up. I then asked if they had looked into my heating system and they had no idea what I was talking about. He then told me that they weren’t able to do this as they didnt have the technology. Then I has to ask if they completed the multi point inspection and all the manager on the phone said was, yes. I then had to ask him if they could provide me with information regarding any issues they found or whether or not it looked good. He then listed off multiple issues that he recommended getting checked out.All I can say is that I wasted my time taking my car here and that the customer service is absolutely terrible. They just wanted my money for the oil changed and knew they couldn’t properly do what I was asking them to, so they lied and said they could so that they could take my money.UPDATE -I was told someone from the store would contact me within 48 hours, It took 4 days. The person who I spoke to was unhelpful and offered no apology. They asked me, what would you like us to do and I replied you tell me, Im not the one that runs the business and they replied at this point, theres nothing we can do.Why contact me if theres nothing you can do and you dont even want to apologize? Extremely disappointing customer service.

Eric provided great customer service. I dropped my car off and they called promptly when finished and let me pick it up later that afternoon when my schedule allowed. The last place I used was very unsatisfactory and am glad to have found a new place to go! I recommended them to my family as well who was looking for an alternate location here in Casper,

I needed to buy snow tires. They recommended the same tire I had done some research on and believed would be the best fit for my car. They also informed me that to make these tires last I would need to get a different set for regular seasons, this was something I did not know. They were fast and extremely helpful. I will be coming back for sure.

What a great place! We had rented a car from Denver and were driving to Chicago when our rental started beeping and telling us our oil was too low. We got off and pulled into this place and the gentleman was so nice! He not only topped us off, just in case, but also got the car to stop beeping when the oil was full. Thank you!

I purchased tires here about a year and a half a ago. Awful tires that did not do well pulling back trailers or on ice. These tires were guaranteed with a 50,000 mile warranty. Had tire that was damaged, that could not be repaired. They offered to prorate a tire of lesser quality that was discontinued with no warranty available, but because of the tread life, recommend to replace all 4 tires. They offered 100$ off the price of a new set. So I paid around 1300$ for a set of tires with a 50,000 mile warranty and 18 mo and 18000 miles later I need another full set. Strong work guys!

Very honest and knowledgeable. They found a much cheaper fix for my tires than replacing them and promptly got the work done. They have earned my continued business.

On a long trip from home about 8 hours away, started have car issues. Pulled in and got in right away but they said it would be 2 hours just to diagnose. Well 4 1/2 hours later they said they found and fixed the problem. Well not the case back on the road and still had the same issues and paid a tone of money. Also during the repair the guy left to go pick up his wife. They had know clue what they were doing and way over priced, also the ac pully came out broken from the shop when it was fine before it went in.Got to the next shop and was told what was done wasnt even anything to do with the problem and some of the parts they put on were broken. Dont waste your time or money going here.

3 1/2 Hours for a flat tire repair is totally rediculous, while i sat in the lobby for 2 1/2 hours. I knew they were busy when I showed up but was told it could take 2 hours, okay I understood and accepted that, but it was stupid to set there with my car a the rack for the last 2 hours. not any sort of excuse or apology when it was finally done.

While on vacation, we experienced brake problem. We were traveling through Casper Wyoming so decided we would have to correct the issues before moving on. Realizing there was a Firestone (reputable) dealership in Casper we called early (6:30 am) Sept. 8, 16. Reaching Jim on the phone, he was very concerned and understanding with our crisis and was very accommodating. We had our truck in the shop @ 8 am where it was determined that we had caliper and rotor damage. Jim and his team had our repairs completed and us back on the road before noon this same day. Jim, we thank you and your team for the proficient and courteous service we were provided. It is people like Jim and his team that provides Firestone with a good reliable reputation.

Took my truck in for a multi point view inspection which noted I need front brake pads and battery replacement (*Firestone quoted me about $700 just for replacements) but yet got it back with messed up lug studs and nuts after inspection. I had to replace all 8 lug stud on one wheel on top of that another set of lug nuts. I recently got new wheels with new lug nuts that fit and firestone was the last to mess with my wheels. I nicely asked if they can do anything for me but was told they couldnt. So disappointed with them. Most definitely not getting service there anymore.

No complaints with several visits for oil changes and tire rotations. I also got a new set of tires there. No complaints. They seem to be pretty quick to get my vehicle in and out with no appointment.

I came here by mistake (intended to go somewhere else) but am so glad I did! I cant describe how wonderful Eric and Jim are but I am so grateful that they were willing to help me today and make sure my car was safe to drive. Thank you so much!

I took my truck in for an alignment and oil change. The guys at Firestone identified problems with my vehicle that I was not aware of.These issues wouldve prevented me from driving safely, and I needed to get to Denver to make a flight the next day. These guys stayed late to fix my truck.Cant overstate how awesome this Firestone location and its employees are!

Went in for a vehicle inspection.Three days later all 4 tires locked up unexpectedly and my car is on the side of the road. Extremely disappointed especially after making it clear my kids are in this vehicle with me at all times.

Terrible dealing with the people behind the counter. Ended up not having them do the work because of rude attitude. Prices quoted for repairs was reasonable just couldnt get past the manager guy and his attitude.

Excellent customer service, outstanding and detailed work by the techs, great pricing for services, excellent follow up, they dont try to talk you into replacing unnecessary parts, very straight forward on what they do to your vehicle along with being knowledgeable on the mechanics and they are willing to show and walk you through the parts they replaced and why. Highly recommend them for any services needed for your vehicle.

I give one star only because I have to give one to write a review. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with them over the years. From my window switch being broken twice to not receiving the sticker in my window to remind me about my next oil change to buying all brand new tires and not getting my warranty honored less than a month later when I got a nail - they charged me for the fifth tire!! There were other annoyances... Awful!!

They where very helpful and thorough they found a problem with our tires that could have been potentially dangerous I am forever grateful they are as thorough as they are

Jim is a lifesaver. After blowing 2 tires on the freeway and damaging the rims. Jim pulled a rabbit out of a hat and got us back on the road. Well forever do business with this store.. and do the 2 hour drive from gilette. I cant thank you enough for all the hard work and more importantly someone that actually cares about their customer. Its a rare thing to find but it exsits here.

If I could give less then one I would. I came in on a Friday the week before and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday. Came in on Tuesday and waited at the front counter for over 30 minutes befor I was even talks to then when I told them I had an appointment I was told it would be over 2 1/2 hours before they could even see me/get my car in.

I took my vehicle in because it was vibrating badly. They looked at it and said I needed new wheel bearings, tire rods, and rear shocks for a total of $2700. I took it to my cousin who is a mechanic and he checked all of them and nothing was wrong. Ended up being rear u joint which was snapped. Went from $2700 to $20 fix. Very disappointed in these guys and trying to rip me off.

Wish I could give 0 stars. They are full of lies. They dont fix what you ask them to. They are sly and shady! I will make sure to share my experience and will never return!

They broke the sensor on my tire and fought with them for over 2 months to get it fixed. Couldnt find a place anywhere in Casper that could fix the sensor and ended up having to drive all the way to Colorado to get it fixed.

Got me in and out fast.

They worked with me to get some tires for my car before snow hit, and they informed me of different tires I might need or what they had.

I went to see about used tires for a utility trailer I dont use much. Had to spend 250 dollars on brand stinking new ones. Really sucks. I guess its a liability nowadays but welcome to the over governed world we live in now.

Were open on a Sunday and got me in and out after I limped in missing a tire on my trailer.
