This shop is great for my RV. Have been there twice in the past month. Eldon is the bomb!!! The lady owner has created a fantastic team and she jumps right in and does it all...shoulder to shoulder with her excellent staff...this is what it takes for a small businesses success. She is kinda cute to boot!!! I will be going back to the Pit Stop for all of my RV needs.

First come first serve type of place but they are on top of it for sure. They are honest and the service is great. Best oil change place in town for sure.

Had a problem with an oil change and Shane offered to refund or redo the service. Mistakes happen. Have run into problems not unlike this with other vehicles before, but have never had anyone personally call me and reach out to rectify the situation. Excellent customer service!

I drove up without an appointment and they got me in right away. I needed an synthetic oil change. Not only did they do an oil change they checked all of my vehicle’s tires and fluids. Staff was great and friendly!

I was short bond funds to pay for my entire service. The manager was very gracious and understanding. He dealt with the issue quietly and did not embarrass me. Thank you to Pit Stop I will be a return customer and will refer all of my friends and family

Always fast honest and good service

Very good. Almost as fast as a F1 pitstop. Nice people and you can watch them work on your truck from the waiting area.

They were ok... Fast but to fast woke up with a puddle in my drive i had never had before. They were 100% willing to fix it fast and vety curtious.

Just had oil changed on a Saturday noticed oil spots on ground. Thinking is was just some that was not cleaned off, looked under truck and filter was not tight and was leaking oil. Closed on Sundays so will see what happens on Monday on how they handle things? Doesn’t give you a good feeling after having something serviced and paying $138 and isn’t done correct!I’m changing my review from what I posted prior of one star for a 5 star after going back in and getting bad filter fixed. The owner contacted me and made things right and understand that things happen with faulty equipment in industry’s all the time. They made things right and have changed procedures on making sure something like this doesn’t happen again. I will still be bringing back my personal including my work vehicles.

Best place in town to get an oil change. The prices are fair, the employees are friendly, oil changes are quick, and they dont rip you off. They actually show you your air filter at every oil change so you can decide what you would like to do and they dont charge an arm and a leg for add-ons like air filters, light bulbs, and other minor options. Not to mention they give your car a quick vacuum while they change the oil! Hands down the best quick lube in town.

I went to The Pit Stop to have my tires rotated & oil changed. 1st when I went inside, no one was at the counter. After about 10min a guy stuck his head inside & rudely asked if I needed help. I said I needed an oil change & tire rotation, & asked if they could do it today? He replied, that they were overbooked & understaffed but they could do it. He then barked at me to move my car behind the silver car in the 2nd bay. I waited for someone to come talk to me to find out what was needed. I finally approached the young man in the bay as he opened the garage door to move the next car in. I was willing to leave my car & come back. He took my info & stated tire rotation & oil change, check filters, fluids, & belts & gave him my car keys & my cell #. When I got back an hour & a half later my car was parked outside. I went inside & again waited for at least 10min for someone to come to the desk. The guy informed me he would let the other guy who worked on my car know I was there. Almost 15 min after that, he came inside. He informed me they didnt get to the tire rotation, there was another car on the rack. Then informs me they changed oil & filter, topped off fluids & I owed them $92.55!!! Oil change $69.95 +an extra $7.20, $2.00 oil filter, & $8.99 to top off coolant😱 He did say I could come back tomorrow & they would rotate my tires, obviously for more money....I was stunned😵! The last 10 yrs I have been getting my oil changed & tires rotated every 6mos & only paying about $60.00 total in Utah. I cant believe anyone could afford this...DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE, THEY ARE RUDE, UNDERSTAFFED, & YOU MIGHT NEED TO TAKE OUT A LOAN TO PAY FOR SERVICES. SO VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Pretty expensive, a basic oil change is like $67. They were quick and efficient. As soon as I arrived they took me in and got the job done.

A family member recently when in (they will remain anonymous) to have an oil change. I wont go into detail, but the vehicle had multiple issues and broken parts after leaving the shop. The vehicle was taken to a more professional/reputable place of business to be looked at. After being notified of the damages, given a price estimate, and informed that the damages werent covered under insurance due to it being broken by a third party, pit stop was called. Nathan Bertagnole, an employee there, handled all the business. He was VERY unprofessional and rude over the phone and didnt let the unnamed person finish their thoughts or explanation. He then very rudely asked for the bill, hung up after exclaiming something inaudible. There were multiple other rude encounters between the unnamed and Mr. Bertagnole. He is no person to have in a management position considering the fact that he cant have a civilized conversation with someone who calmly handled an incident that him or his employees had caused. He could not take responsibility for the damages he caused to the vehicle. Neither I or the unnamed person will ever do business here again. The bill was resolved and the car is fixed, but the people skills and communication there is a joke. The way the situation was handled was borderline verbally abusive. If I could rate negative stars I would.

Always extremely quick with friendly service, they do a full check for no cost while they change your oil and give you the option to change whatever other filters and flushes you may need.

This place is great! I am new to Casper and I have found my mechanic in the Pit Stop. Honest, quick if nobody is in line and very reasonable!
