Moved to a house, did all the necessary steps to transfer my mail. Have been having to pick up all my mail from the post office. Very frustrating.Additionally, Ive been waiting for a package. Postal worker came up and I could see outside. She was holding my package, and just walked off, then I got a notification saying she tried to deliver it. I watched the whole time...all she did was scratch her azz and walked away. She also said her delivery time was after 3, when it had just turned 3. Just ridiculous. All I want is to have my mail come to my house. Now I have to pick that up, and explain for the 100th time that I want it brought to my house.

Had a wrong name placed on package by PayPal. That person no longer lives at my address. Packaged arrived to my address and was placed in forwarding address bin by post office, but since sender used cheapest shipping UPS would not forward package 1 mile across town. They never sent any message via tracking to me saying the package could not be forwarded and please come pick it up. They did not fill out a pink slip and leave in either my mailbox or the forwarded mailbox to let me know there was a package at the main office to pick up. THEY DID HOW EVER SEND THE PACKAGE BACK TO THE SENDER ON THE EAST COAST. So it seems it is cheaper to send the package back across the country rather than forward it 1 mile across town. No wonder the USP is failing and they want more money every year to give less and less service. I image it might have taken 30 seconds to fill out a pink slip, but I guess it was just too much work for our postal employee here in Casper, Wyoming

Completely over getting the mail from someone who doesnt currently live at my address. Multiple times I have informed the postal worker that this man does not live here, and pointed at mail box which has the names of the residents listed there. When I informed him of this his response was oh well this is correct address is it not? Dude what did I just say!? Totally baffling and you will be seeing me very soon because Im sick of it. Every single piece of mail that is in his name i wrote that he does not live here and yet still I receive his mail. So done!

So for the rude azzz lady sitting in the passport office thanks for nothing I’m so terribly sorry you had to stop doing what you were doing that was so important from your job!! You’re absolutely no help whatsoever your attitude was absolute shizer! Why do you even work there! Feel sorry for any employees that have to follow your lead! I work in the public to Lady but I don’t treat people like you do! Grow the **** up ! Or just Get out!

This review is for Suzanne, even though the line was quite long, she kept her cool and was engaged in the service and allowed it to be personal and professional. My past experience with USPS of Casper was very awful including compromised mail and false need for signatures for package delivery. But this encounter restored some of my faith in their services. Thank you for assisting with getting my PO Box set up and assuring me that my letter will be delivered to her. It was a long service engagement with multiple tasks but you did great. Thank you.

Im a disabled veteran who has to order some items online. We have a new delivery person and she is about the laziest USPS employee Ive ever ran into. She refuses to deliver packages she deems to large (even though the weight is less than 25 lbs). So I get a notice and have to pay to be taken to the post office to pick up my packages. What did I pay postage for? The mail boxes are 30 feet from the office- why doesnt she leave our packages in the office like every other USPS and other carriers do? I asked her and she said- Im a woman, I CANT be lifting heavy packages. Funny how Ive had male and female carriers for years and never had one so lazy. I will do everything in my power to no longer use USPS- and they are wondering why they are going out of business.

During the rush of the Christmas Shipping season, the staff was over the top friendly and helpful even though it was minutes before 5. They worked hard to make sure everyone was taken care of. Ive actually never experienced this kind of service before in a post office. WELL DONE!!!

Lost a very expensive time sensitive package. The lady at the window was rude and acted like she didnt care, which she obviously doesnt. Youd be better off sending your package by carrier pigeon. I paid extra money for priority mail. Well, shows me exactly where their priority lies.

Wish I didnt have to use this place... Three packages asked to be held at facility.... The same packages went out for delivery... Is it too much for me to request that several hundred dollars in packages are in a safe facility and available for me to pick up... This isnt the first time this has happened.

I am a former employee. I worked here for 6 years. If you are a female and considering working here, let me tell you what you will be up against. For 6 years I was harrassed, assualted, and threatened every single day by male members of management! When I finally spoke up and went to the Post Master General about it, they chose to keep the assultant and refused to move me to another location! They will not fire established employees no matter what, so they do what they want when they want including doing whatever they want to the females and nothing is done about it! Every single employee is treated badly and if you are not liked, they will make your life miserable until you quit even if you are a good worker. If you stand against them, they will retaliate until you quit. While working here I developed anexiety and panic attacks and was hospitalized several times because of it. People need to stand together and make this stop! This is happening to every female in this place and we are all afraid to speak up! This is your wife, girlfriend, mother, daughter, sister, cousin, niece, they could all be suffering and too afraid to speak up!

I was checking my tracking and it stated that they were unable to give me my package because no one answered the door. Thats complete garbage. I WAS home and they didnt even leave a note stating they were there or even knock... Not happy because the item in the mail is over 400$ in value. Use FedEx or UPS people! Tried to call them to fix the issue and got the run around....

I got a notice that my package was at the post office. I was “helped” by a woman named Michaela. She said that my package wouldn’t be ready until the next day, after she verified that it was physically at the post office. I told her that I spent extra money to have it delivered today, and she told me that I “should have ordered it earlier”. She could not have been more rude.

If I could rate the postal service a zero I would. I put in a change of address to have my mail forwarded. Not all mail has been forwarded. I tried to find a LOCAL phone number for the Forest Drive post office (where I have dead mail) and I get an 800 #. I have been ON HOLD for over one hour. The postal services loses billions of dollars annually and the staff, particularly at this Casper location and the location in Evansville, Wyoming are rude and indifferent to customer needs. I suppose when you have a guaranteed union job you can be jerks and not care. Let FedEx and UPS deliver the mail; I guarantee their shareholders wouldnt tolerate losing money hand over fist year after year after year like we taxpayers lose.

Im so so so upset, three separate times Ive gone into this post office to buy stamps and the postal workers told me they could throw my stuff in the mail for me. A month later and my car payment never made it to the bank twice this has happened with my car payment and now a gift card sent to my mother in law in Colorado never showed up!!

There has been several times that I have used USPS express mail in shipping packages to Casper, Wyoming. This particular USPS branch has refused me on several occasions to not allow the recipient of the package to pick it up, preferring to have the package arive late. By allowing the package to be let its not only an inconvenience to me, but dictates a refund creating no charge for the shipping USPS has already incurred. The employees there forget whos paying for this service, plus its driving there customers to other shipping options. I dont believe this situation occurs at all USPS branches or in anyway SAP for the USPS, but because of these slackers of handling situations like mine, this really should be a concern for the Post Master at this branch, which Im hoping this review will actually do.

They were extremely rude and unhelpful to all my questions. Just moved into a new place and wanted answers. I walked in and was very polite and didn’t even get greeting... got more of a snood attitude from everyone there. Customer service is customer service no matter what type of business it is... and theirs is HORRIBLE!

Just a heads up for everyone, the post offices no longer go to your front doors for a certified letter if you ever need a signature. You have to drive all the way to the post office to do any certified transac. So far it is in metro Casper areas.

Every time I stop at this post office and try to drop a prepaid package in the inside dropbox, the Dropbox is locked. This should be statistically impossible, but it doesnt appear to be. Its very frustrating!

I had 11 packages that I had purchased Priority Shipping for - I dropped them off Nov 23 and they SAT AT THE POST OFFICE for over 5 days!!!!! They weren’t scanned having been received until Nov 28 at 11:30pm!!!! I ended up having to issue refunds to my customers because the packages were so late!!! I’ll never use USPS for shipping again!!!

Worst experience Ive ever had. A postal supervisor promised my mail would be placed on hold because they were having problems making keys and my stuff was returned to sender. They lost my mail 2times and I have not spoke with anyone besides one lady that was actually nice.
