I took my 2015 Subaru Forrester into Whites on Thursday to get a 60,000 mile service. Whites has always taken care of my vehicle since we purchased it. Jenna Bailey, the service manager has always gone above and beyond what ever needs we faced. She has always been positive, upbeat and exemplifies what a customer service representative should look like. This time a very expensive and costly problem was located. The staff immediately set to replacing a part at No additional cost to me! I have never seen this done in a dealership before. Jenna explained that Subaru is very serious about taking care of its customers and we are living proof that that is true. I was even given a brand new Subaru to use for the 3 days they needed my car. I quit hearing dealerships treating their customers like that some time ago. Needless to say, we will continue to stay life long customers and will certainly purchase another Subaru from Whites Mountain Motors when the time comes. Fortunately, Subarus have a great reputation for being a long lasting and reliable car. Thank you Jenna and WMM.

A cross-country search ended well with our truck purchase from White’s Mountain Motors. This was our first purchase experience from long distance. Jason provided excellent customer service, locating a truck which met our needs, answering all our questions, and making the process a success. Our family is on vacation about 1600 miles from home as a matter of fact on r way home...the rear differential was going out so we went to Whites Mountain Chevrolet in Casper Wyoming...they were the best! My whole experience was wonderful, from booking my appointment with Kim to working with Cole and Justin through the process. They were accommodating in getting the air conditioning on my vehicle checked even though it was a last-minute request on top of my scheduled maintenance.

While the lack of inventory has been disappointing, the treatment received from the various staff has been mostly superb. I called for weeks and weeks and weeks with no answer. I had engine work done on this car not even a year ago for the engine to blow up in January. Just spent $2000 just in June and now to have the engine blown is very frustrating with not being able to talk to anybody calling 5 to 6 times a day working full-time and raising grandkids I felt like nobody responded to me until I finally got angry and we talk to somebody else the supervisor never returns phone calls and I am very frustrated that I have to pay 143When they knew clearly what the problem was and because they cannot replace the engine for me because they no longer make the engine for the hummer H3 I have to pay the $143 even though I paid $2200 last June to have this engine taken care of very sad poor customer service lack of communication frustrated disappointed not ever going to take another vehicle there again overpriced not satisfied

Car came into the body shop, got quote, got call was done, all done in timely fashion, drive 59 miles, looked at car marked from where the hood hit other paint, didn’t paint other parts needing painted, and had stuff in paint that needed sanded out, drove 50 miles without a car, only to wait longer then the first initial time frame, there was no concern for the time out of my schedule to play with you all

Chance did a great job of taking care of us. There were a few corporate uppers which made some parts of the process easier while making other parts a little more difficult. Buying a car is stressful enough. And I was hesitant to even go to a dealership. I have had some not so pleasant experiences with other dealerships. However... I would recommend whites to anyone in need of a new ride. Our salesman (jason) was incredibly helpful and wasnt pushy at all. It was actually very enjoyable. And then to make matters even more incredible, after we had left and had the car for a few days, we received a call from the guy who handles the paperwork(cody). He found a way to lower our payments even more! 3 days after we had already left. These are people who genuinely care about their customers and not so much about the all mighty dollar. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I have always been a take my Subaru to the Subaru garage. We moved to Casper and started to use white mountain. So far they have not impressed me. The service rep. Kim is so slow to call back. She just does not really seem like she knows her product. I ask her questions and I get the dancing around the answer. She does not seem very knowledgeable or on top of her job.

I got the pleasure of working with chance both times I went here to get a vehicle. He got her me into a vehicle quickly both times and a vehicle that was in good shape and for a decent price as well. Also the interest rates aren’t sky high either with the finance companies that they finance through. I believe I got a 13% interest rate for my loan but I also have bad credit. That’s a pretty good interest rate in my opinion. Chance is very friendly and so is the other staff here. I would recommend to others for people to come here for a vehicle !!

Very long wait time. Was told at completion of service, that vehicle may have oil leak beginning at the drain plug since the threads have been damaged. This would result in having to have a oil pan replacement at considerable expense. If thisis accurate, the blame will be entirely on the service dept. since this vehicle has had all of the oil changes at Whites Mtn. The mileage is minimal at 84,000L.P Heim

The absolute worst service Ive had. My truck has been there for 2 and half weeks and I cant even get anyone to tell me whats going on or even get a call back. Still havent heard anything. Trading in all the chevys in on fords as soon as my truck is back.

Just bought my fourth car from Whites; I used to use Cory as a salesperson but he is no longer doing sales so he referred me to Chance, who did a fantastic job. I was looking for a smaller truck and Chance Cole called me and let me know they recently got a trade in that was everything I was looking for! It was a 2018 GMC Canyon with 64000 miles and had all the features I was looking for. It had 4WD, heated seats, remote start, navigation and leather seats! It’s a beautiful truck with more technology then I have ever seen. Chance was very kind and knowledgeable and answered all my questions and helped me get to where my payments would be what I asked for!He took the time to show me all the technology the truck had and how to work it! I even called him a hour after i left the dealership to ask him some questions about it! He is definitely a great asset and very knowledgeable! Great attitude, kind and patient young man. Provided a shuttle service away and back. Shuttle driver was very professional and arrived to pick me up for return trip back to get my truck in short time.

Horrible! Took my car in for a check engine light, idling rough. I had the codes read before hand and could have been sensors or timing chain. They automatically did timing chain, it’s expensive. We got the car back after a week, rode rough as heck, then check engine light comes back on. We got it back on Dec 23rd they said roads were icy and rough so they didn’t notice on the test drive.? Now they say struts are bad. It rode like a dream before we took it in. They didn’t notice while it was torn apart? We have heard 4 different stories about how the engine was dropped for the timing chain. We have verified with other mechanics how it has to be done and the issues that probably happened. They had my car for another full week without even calling to give us an update. Now they will not admit they messed up my car and make it right. Very frustrating, disappointing and Ive been out of a car for a month. We’re not done trying to have them make it correct. Will never recommend their work or customer service!!!

Why was I surprised that after taking an hour with the parts department just to get a spare key ordered for a 2017 Subaru, it took almost 2 hours for the service department to set up the key. I had a scheduIed appointment and they knew I was waiting for the quick job but they did not even start work for 1.5 hours. I should have known that when Whites Mountain Motors would not provide a spare key when they sold me the vehicle that it would be a nightmare to get one. Total cost, 3 hours and $185. I am done with this place.

I had a 930 AM appointment for them to change some burnt out headlights and tail light and also check blinkers as they did not appear to be working. I didnt leave until 1215 PM. Left blinker still does not work properly.
